usually i have to wake up at 7am to an alarm clock, stand up and turn it off then put my clothes on etc. so it's not easy to remember my dreams.

Today i had 2 lucid dreams, i tried to visualize my bedroom but nothing happened i did this a few times but no matter what i did i didn't get out, so then i gave up and imagined a jet and started flying  :-D (i know that im already out of body when im in a dream, no need to tell me that.) also there any good techniques to induce lucid dreaming without using a dream journal ?

I think Isochronic Tones are better because

1. you don't need headphones

2. They entrain the brain quicker and more effectively due to deeper wave forms generated

3. They can entrain the hemispheres independently of each other.

The boy suddenly ran into a little side room into a modern kitchen area whereupon I watched him being beaten by a cooking pan by a man... he came from out the kitchen... back into the tree-root-room and returned to the smiling position next to the girl. He repeated this action a few times. He then stepped forward and said "Tell her I love her and that's all that matters"... His name was Christopher. I got this telepathically.

So I wrote this down exactly as I witnessed it on the group thread... and a lot more detailed than the above description and a lot more personal in nature.

The girl 'Krista' sent me 6 pms.. each one more concerned than the next. The last one imploring me to take down my experience because of how utterly personal it was. She began to accuse me of somehow hacking her email account and that I must have been reading correspondences between her and her fiancé Chris.

It turned out that her and Chris were absolutely crazy about Peter Pan... her house was white amongst an estate with wooden houses and her living room was green... she used to have a bedroom covered in musical posters but they had redecorated.

The most profound information is what I had gleaned form meeting their nonphysical counterparts. Chris... had a problem... he was constantly caught in a loop of childhood physical abuse... this created problems in their relationship which made him seem distant. They were coming to a point in their relationship where it was either make or break. They both lived in a lovely fan-based fantasy world of Peter Pan.. they wanted a Peter Pan based wedding. But their parents and family were pretty against this.

My OOBE had gave them the confidence to have the wedding as they planned :) ... they have been married now for 2 years and I speak to her often on Facebook. Job done.

Another was a woman also in Canada. I went to her house, described it to her in minute detail and saw a strange snowman ornament sat on her side table in her living room that she usually put out at christmas time... like a disney snowman character.. utterly horrible and tacky. Thing is.. I had this OOBE in late february. She said that she had left it there and forgot to put it away with the rest of the decorations. She hated it... and so did her family.

The really funny thing.. is that it now sits on MY shelf in my house. She FEDEX'd it to me.. :D... saying maybe because I saw it.. it was my destiny to have it.

That is awesome, what does my house look like ? :lol:

I can't AP yet, now im mainly doing the robert bruce's rope method and sometimes repeating a word in my head, if i get some headphones i'll use binaural beats while doing the technique.

When I first began this I bought a Binaural Beat program for $100. Then I bought into a entire AP program for $225. Yes I did find success with them. When I spent that money I was showing myself my own level of commitment. This kind of thing works for me. I know myself and I know what makes me tick per say.

Each and everyone one of us knows what it takes them to succeed at something. You have to find that "drive", that "key" on your own. This is when the personal part of this process is so important.

We are all individuals and in that individualism we have different things that make us "tick". That help us to achieve things that we wish in life. Look inside yourself and find yours!  

i try to meditate everyday but my back starts to hurt after about 7min, i cross my legs and sit straight.

"I woke up near my window and I wasn't on the floor I was like a little flying and when I realised I was not in my body and I'm not touching floor I just like my body rotated foreword and I didn't touch the window I rotated thru it and I was going down I got scared so I closed my eyes and just like crouched"  i can't really tell if you had an OBE with that information :|

actually you don't visualize the rope, you feel yourself climbing it  :-)

you should also include a breathing relaxation, breathe in slowly until you can't breathe in any more, then hold for a few seconds and then while exhaling relax  (exhaling should take at least 10 sec) and repeat about 50 times, then count 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 - 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 - 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 - 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 - 5 6 7 8 9 10 - 10 9 8 7 6 etc. and only count on the exhale so you are not focusing on your physical body. then make sure that you don't have ANY tension in you body, also don't even think about your physical body, and always Lie down with your body along true north. also you can have an OBE from lucid dreams which is probably the easiest way of all.

there i a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol is depleted throughout the day but then surges back in the early morning in preparation to wake you up. The interplay between cortisol and melatonin creates THE ideal sweet spot for OBEs in the early morning.

The best time to do it is at : 4-5:30am

During this sweet spot relaxation is easy because of relatively high melatonin levels and you've been relaxed for several hours during sleep. Alertness is easy because cortisol brings with it a rush of two other stimulants called epinephrine and norepinephrin. These stimulants are meant to help wake you up but you can use them for dream alertness instead.

At bedtime you're low on cortisol and melatonin. By the time you've relaxed enough to fall asleep your cortisol levels are so low you have virtually no chance of regaining lucidity.
