Yes, basically we can not experience what we are not the vibration of. But we manifest every minute of every day, we manifest what we are the vibration of. We dont have to learn how to manifest because we are already doing it.

Absolutely, and this why being mindful, self aware of ongoing thoughts, feelings, emotions, imaginings etc is so important. The subjective, subconscious mind does not filter and categorise these into useful, not useful etc, or consider the effect on the originator as positive or negative, it will rather accept such thoughts, feelings, emotions, imaginings as they are, and express they into the experience of the person. This is why everyone is the product of a lifetime of such thoughts, feelings, emotions, imaginings etc without realising it or understanding why "things happen" to them.

By being constantly mindful of thoughts, feelings, emotions, imaginings etc, and only accepting those consistent with the desired experience, will they experience the life and experiences they most desire.

I fully understand what you are saying Frosty, and there is so much to consider. We can say beyond any possible doubt that we can express or "create" our own experience, positive or negative by impressing it on the subconscious mind intentionally or unintentionally through thoughts, feelings and beliefs, and by the use of affirmations, imagination and so on. We, or at least, can say that nothing can appear in our experience without a mental pattern corresponding with it, a mental pattern that could have been lodged in the subconscious mind for years. Are we sent lessons to try us? I would say not, the only caveat being we do "incarnate" into situations - social, gender, location etc where the Higher Self or Eternal Spirit knows is the most ideal for our purpose on Earth or other planets.  Also, people tend to immediately label events and situations as "good", "bad" etc. which are dualities in the way the ego perceives things without knowledge of the bigger picture. Earth is a very "trying" planet to incarnate on which is why the Higher Self chooses Earth as a fast track opportunity for evolution, and one which only few venture to take. The nicest kindest souls are often the most advanced Spiritually and can handle much more than others who are less so. While it can seem perplexing, it is often best not to think about it.

I'm very much interested in knowing about my past life as my current situation is not what I expect in life to happen with me. I am not getting any answers to my question from the consciousness (GOD) which makes me frustrated and depressed and sometimes suicidal.

My purpose of knowing my past life is only to understand whether my present situation is related to my actions in my previous life.

First of all "time" does not actually exist - it is a simply human construct. So there can accordingly be no "past" lives or "re"incarnation as these suggest a linear progression which has no basis in fact. The process erroneously called "reincarnation" is actually that of concurrent "incarnations" or "lives", expressions of Higher Self,experienced on Earth or other planets in the eternal moment of now, the process of which is as follows:

We all have a "Higher Self" which is the lowest member of a hierarchy of Higher Selves extending all the way back to the "Highest Self" of God, Source. The lower Higher Selves wish to evolve Spiritually through this progression, but before it can do so needs to attain a necessary state of perfection at its own level - vibratory frequency. The way it accomplishes this is concurrently send numerous autonomous incarnations, or personalities, expressions of itself, to Earth and other planets, each of which is placed in such circumstances as either male or female in order to acquire a block of experience which contributes to the overall perfection of the Whole Higher Self. The combined experiences of all such personalities providing the Higher Self with the necessary level of perfection to continue inwards to higher vibratory frequencies, as amore perfected Eternal Spirit.

So you can be absolutely assured that there is no "past life" influencing you in your current life, and neither does "karma" exist in the way it is usually portrayed.

I just want to know and accept anything bad i have done or what is making me struggle in this life.  Because when things does not work the way it should when I put honest efforts, whether it is related to job, relationship etc. I feel so much heart broken that i cannot explain.

Your perceived "struggle" is entirely of your own making. We create our own experience through ongoing thoughts, feelings, emotions, imaginings etc which impresses the subjective, subconscious mind which in turn projects them into your life experience according to the intensity of your Belief. In your case your obvious belief is that a non-existent past life is influencing your life negatively

What you need to do therefore is to "cancel" these erroneous beliefs with its associated thoughts, feelings and emotions and replace them with positive ones consistent only with that which you DO wish to experience. The first step is to know, absolutely, that there is no "past life" affecting you in any way, thus freeing yourself of that belief.

I really want to know what kind of person I am? good or bad? why I am struggling when I do not hurt people, why things happen with me which I do not deserve.  I just want a normal life when I am not expecting much.

There is no "good" or "bad" - only experience. "Good" and "bad" are dualities created by the ego.  You cannot "do" anything to the material world, simply because in reality it has no basis in fact beyond a combined projection of humanity as a whole - it is effectively a dream or simulation. It is all fluid energy at a certain vibratory frequency influenced by the mind at both a personal and collective level. Again, you cannot "do" anything to the world and it cannot do anything to you. You are the unique creator of your own experience.

God, Source Loves EVERY human being unconditionally and infinitely no matter what. Like "karma" there is no judgemental God or retribution. To God, everything humans do is Perfect, and a valuable contribution in the return to our Divine Source from whence we came.

I realise this is a lot to take in, but once you do you can begin the joyous experience of creating the life of your dreams.

In light of seeing benefits from every situation no matter how horrific it may be, I am thinking of WWII for example. Millions of people lost their lives, but one of the great benefits that emerged from it was that it provided opportunities for women to prove that they can handle their husbands business while they were away. They proved that they can handle hard labor work at factories and be smart enough to manage finances and businesses.
That was a big turn for women's rights that were suppressed for centuries. And the orchestration was to have extreme forced event to demonstrate something that the masses were not seeing or initiating to change on their own without force. So force was presented to get their attention. And on a higher level all these victims have chosen to play that role of "sacrificing" to help reveal and push along needed changes within society. Women's rights is just one of the many changes that occurred as a result.

And we should also be mindful of the fact that "death" does not exist, and accordingly no one" lost" their lives, but rather continued their lives at a different frequency, usually the Astral, where they are generally considerably happier than they were on Earth.

Both "world wars" particularly the first, seemed horrific at the time, but as you say, in hindsight so much benefit from humanity arose from it. And yes, this is why cause and effect is so perfect, even though situations may not seem like it at the time. In fact it seems often the case that the most extreme events ultimately give rise to the most extreme benefits.

I absolutely agree LightBeam. To say, with certainty that we ARE God, to the majority of people, especially religiously inclined people, is a step too far and usually causes some negative or even aggressive reaction. But as Jesus said "In that day you will know that I am in my Father, you in me and I in you". How much clearer could it be? Likewise with saying there is "no good or evil". The entire planet is a collective dream, drama, simulation, to which extent not even "real" in absolute terms, and certainly nothing to become emotionally involved with. And yes, absolutely, the only way to know this is to rise above the material and unite with the Spiritual.

I have been reading this topic with interest, so I would like to offer my own perspective.

The only way to make sense of all that is taking place in the world today is by rising above the material world and the ego mind to view from a from a purely Spiritual, Eternal perspective. Everyone and everything in the Universe is Source, God, and is therefore immutably and eternally Perfect. To consider someone, something or some situation as imperfect in some way is to consider Source, God to be imperfect which is impossible. From the perspective of Source, God All is perfect, it is only the dualistic thinking of the conscious mind, the ego that labels people, things or situations as imperfect in some way.

We also need to take into consideration the immutable principle of Cause and Effect. Every cause has a corresponding effect and is part of a chain of causes and effects that begin and end with Source, God. From a very limited temporal perspective humans have no perception of the origin of a cause or of its corresponding effect beyond the temporal event horizon. Only Source, God knows the entire chain of causes and effects which are always perfect. There is no "good" or "evil", these are dualities of the ego which always wants to label things, there is only the immutable, eternal Perfection of Source, God.

Also, to address the question of why anyone would choose to come to Earth at this time, the answer is they don't, because reincarnation does not work that way. All "incarnations" on Earth or other planets are sent concurrently by the Higher Self, the Eternal Spirit, who places incarnations in accordance with what Higher Self requires to gather all the experience it needs to continue the journey as an Eternal Spirit.

Humanity IS  entering a new universal cycle which has come to be known as the "Golden Age". To attempt to make sense of it from the extremely limited perspective of the human ego, bound by temporal time-space, which does not actually exist anyway, is utterly futile, as is becoming emotionally involved with and trying to make sense of current events. Only looking back in many hundreds or thousands of years will the people of the time more clearly see how the cycle unfolded, just as previous such cycles have.

It all comes down to FAITH and LOVE. Not the religious "faith in God" but Faith IN God, As God. Faith in the Eternal, Immutable Perfection of God that the Universe, including everything on Earth is functioning perfectly. Faith that everything happens for a perfect reason, and Faith that are indeed entering a new Golden Age. As Jesus said "Love thy neighbour as thyself" and that means all humans and all life without exception and Love yourself as God, Source infinitely Loves us all.

I have suggested more than once that one of the best courses of action is to never watch, listen to or read the so called "news", which is both irrelevant and potentially emotionally harmful. We are only responsible for projecting our own universe and not get emotionally involved with that of the rest of the world. Only by focusing on the perfection of ourselves and own universe can we positively contribute to the increasing vibration and perfection of the Whole. Instead of watching the news do something that actually does bring you Joy. Or go into nature, where the Perfection of Source, God is always very evident. 

As to the question of "are we proud to be human". We most definitely should be. We are privileged to be here on this planet at a pivotal juncture in the evolution of humanity, and one in which we are all participants and contributing to. Keep the Faith and above all enjoy it, knowing it is all Perfect. Love yourself, everyone and every "thing", it is all of Source, God. We are Eternal Spiritual Beings and Expressions of God, Source. Our time here on Earth is but a blip in Eternity, so enjoy it, use it wisely with Absolute Faith and Unconditional Love.

I agree, it is somewhat surprising how congregations are so quick to revere a normal person who wears fancy robes, waves incense around and speaks Latin. But religious affiliations are handed down through generations and children from a very early age are taught that they "belong" to a certain religion, and that this is normal without questioning it. But as you say, as more people experience Astral Projection, which has grown considerably over the years, and other metaphysical experiences, as well as NDE, the status quo will naturally shift towards the Spiritual.

I think the church is becoming aware that the time is quickly approaching where they will need to adjust their views or their system will be crushed.

Definitely. A shift from control based religion to Love based would be an excellent start. After all, Divine, Unconditional Love is a primary message of Jesus and the Absolute Truth of God, Who orthodox religions purport to represent to the masses on Earth.

As the Transformation quickens, orthodox religions must either alter, and altar, their approach to God or fade away, leaving only Spiritual traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism etc..

This is the Gayatri Mantra of Hinduism:

There have been several Transliterations from Sanskrit,  but broadly means:

"We meditate upon the spiritual effulgence of that Adorable Ultimate Supreme Divine Reality
Who is the Source of All spheres of life.
May that Supreme Divine Being Enlighten us, that we may realise the Supreme Truth".

Sufi mysticism is about the mystical union of the Lover, represented by the male ego, and Beloved, the Divine Feminine, represented by Divine Love. The "Lover" seeks to reunite with his Beloved by "sacrificing" his ego, focussing on the Heart, out of his absolute Love for the Beloved, The Divine, that they may be ultimately reunited as One upon the return Home.

There will also be a shift away from the patriarchal God of orthodox religions, referred to as "He", back to the Divine feminine, associated with pure Love.

Iggy pop most certainly enjoyed a "wild" life experience over the decades to say the least, but beneath it always seemed to be a genuine person. It is wonderful to see this video of his life now.

Excellent message, thanks for sharing this video. I definitely agree that most "channelled" messages of the sort that are rife on Youtube cannot be relied upon for many reasons. The only way we can know if they are genuine is by the message itself.

As the message, touched upon, beware of the agents and purveyors of fear - their main purpose is to prevent humanity from knowing who we truly ARE, Divine Beings of Love and Light experiencing a transition to a planet of Love and away from the fear based past millennia. The single simplest step that can be taken is to switch off, never watch, read or listen to the so called "mainstream media" and their "news". We create our own experience and there is no need to become mentally involved in whatever experience is being portrayed by these agents, which is invariably fear based, and never uplifting, and is ultimately a "simulation" anyway.

As I suggested in a post yesterday - We should see and feel with The Heart, not just the eyes, ears, and intellect, the Divine, Unconditional Love in everyone, all life, everything, and every situation, and be Grateful.

This isn't ego oriented approach, just to accept everything as they are.On the contrary i am trying to make choices without putting my ego or prejudice in actions.I am little bit struggle to tell everything i think coz it is not my first language.

It is true to say that everything is perfect in the moment, and to just go with the flow. But of course living in the moment and going with the flow also means not engaging the mind to make conscious decisions.

I do not mean like that sorry for misunderstanding, i am realistic guy like Rudolf Steiner.People need to go step by step and understand things like they are not convert them or force themself to convert them with unnecessary "love", for me this is worst thing human can do himselfs. My approach is accepting things like they are because in long term it will help you more instead of forcing yourself to love or anything else.Unlike many of you here i do not have too many experince or anything but i do understand, what is necessary, what is not and fear literally waste of time.Once people do understand that every single doubt about fear will be gone, atleast this is how i learn.

You can never make true progress from a logical, rational, ego oriented approach. We can only Become and Be One with and assimilate that which we wish to Be. Your phrase "unnecessary love" is an oxymoron. Nothing is more necessary than Love, after all, Love Is All That Is.

I really enjoy listening to classical piano Sonata's, mostly Mozart, but also Beethoven and a few others.

Many years ago I made a series of high frequency brainwave entrainment sound tracks based upon ethereal music which I also really enjoy, modulated with mostly using isochronic tones, but some binaural. I may find one and share it here sometime.

On the subject of music, I feel very fortunate to have been well into my teens at the beginning of the 1970's, which I personally regard as the absolute greatest decade for popular music, and which in my opinion will never be surpassed. There was just so many genuinely talented great bands and artists back then making great popular music. I particularly enjoyed bands such as Roxy Music, Dire Straits and Queen. Two other artists I particularly enjoyed were Enya, who has an amazing voice, and super talented musician Mike Oldfield, who played all the array of instruments himself and mixed them together to create excellent tracks. His first album, Tubular Bells, was ground breaking at the time.

Well I digressed from the main topic somewhat, but I would be interested to hear if anyone else remembers these.

I have really enjoyed reading this topic and all the comments.

On the matter of overcoming fear - while different "methods" can certainly be very useful in combatting fear while experiencing the non-physical, the absolute approach to this is not a "method" at all, but rather a state of Being.

On Earth, as in all creation, human beings ARE Source, The All, God - aspects of or children of God if you prefer - with the same infinite power, participating in a human experience. The main reason that low non-physical entities can invoke fear is because they are well aware that most humans do not realise or express their own immense power, and behave accordingly through fear etc. It is this great weakness that these low entities leverage for their own nefarious purposes.

The absolute solution therefore to all situations and experiences, physical or non-physical is to Know, Be and Express our true Power and Divinity, and above all, Love. Entering the non-physical radiating our true essence of Divine Love, will not only protect against all lower entities, but rather, they would not even attempt to interfere in the first place, but rather go and seek a weaker person to terrorize. Fear is the only weapon these entities have.

Source, God, created humans even above the Angels, such is the power we have within us.

Learning what's happening to my body with sleep paralysis has taken away a lot of the fear and even inspired me to meet the challenge with the hopes that I would find something even more wonderful in the unknown.

Countless people have experienced sleep paralysis, and some do regularly, and are often terrified by the experience. It is so prevalent in fact that it is classified as a medical condition often treated by drugs and/or psychiatric therapy.

From the perspective of AP/OBE it is very helpful to know what causes sleep paralysis, because once fear is overcome it may be converted from an object of fear to a valuable and reliable opportunity to experience and explore the "non-physical".

The primary purpose of sleep is so that the body can "recharge" and re-fresh energy for the daylight hours. As the sleep state deepens, there is a phenomena known as "REM" or "Rapid Eye Movement". This is the moment when the conjoined Etheric and Astral bodies move slightly out of vibratory phase with the physical body. During this time the body is recharged by Universal Energy through the bodies etheric network of energy meridians and chakras, and the reason why we awaken feeling recharged and refreshed.

At the end of the sleep cycle the Etheric/Astral bodies move back into vibratory synchronisation with the physical and conscious awakening occurs. In the case of sleep paralysis, full waking consciousness occurs while the Etheric/Astral bodies are still out of phase with the physical as in an OBE state, so the mind does not have full control of the physical body, which causes the physical feeling of paralysis. Once a person understands this it is very straightforward to convert the opportunity into a projection into the Etheric, aka "RTZ" and proceed with non-physical exploration by imagining, commanding etc to float upwards.

A closely related phenomena which also scares people is waking up with a jolt as if falling from a great height. This occurs when conscious awaking and re-synchronisation of Astral/Etheric bodies is very slightly out of phase, and reintegration is experienced as the falling sensation.

Yes, we on a mass level are experiencing exactly what we have created and agreed on collectively. When we shift or perceptions we will create applicable reflections. But we can not experience what we are not the vibration of, and that applies on a personal level as well. Those of us who already know beyond any doubt and have no fear are experiencing connections on a personal level.

People often ask "how may I change the world". The truth is that the world can never be changed on a physical and intellectual level.

We ARE the world, and the entire universe. The only way we can change the world is to change ourselves, from within.

It is indeed quite remarkable in this day and age still believe that Earth is the only place in the infinite universe inhabited by intelligent life, notwithstanding overwhelming evidence to the contrary. It is equally extraordinary than governments and their cohorts seek to seal this from the masses for their own nefarious purposes. Of course their are countless intelligent alien species, at different levels of evolution, in the infinite universe, and of course the governments and their agents are not only aware of this but also collaborating with them

To add to my first post on this subject.

Many decades ago the general public had a very different concept of "aliens", the general perception being that space suited aliens with antennas sticking out their helmets could, at any time, land in flying saucers and zap everyone with "ray guns". There is one particular incident in the USA that demonstrated this very well, when in 1938 there was a spoof radio dramatization of H.G. Wells The war of the worlds".  People believing this to be a real news bulletin panicked, and there was national hysteria, stampedes, even suicides. Here is an account of that incident:

Of course humanity has advanced a long way since then, and numerous people have reported seeing UFO's and many have experienced close encounters including abductions. Airline pilots frequently see UFO's but are forbidden from reporting it over the radio, instead either saying nothing or filing confidential reports upon landing. Fighter jets have attempted to intercept UFO's which proved futile as the UFO's had vastly superior speed and manoeuvrability. I am sure that humanity today would not be perturbed by a "first contact" and many would welcome it. So the question is, why is the government and their agencies may not only concealing it, but since the 50's have been meeting and collaborating with various alien species?

Edit: Of course yes, we should take into consideration, as LightBeam pointed out,  that the ET's may have specifically requested of the agencies that their presence remains concealed to avoid any possible alarm among the population, such as that mentioned above, and which they most definitely do not wish to be responsible for.

We are surely however nearing the time where benevolent alien species will take their own initiative and present themselves in a very powerful and undeniable way, which will be to the benefit of humanity as a whole,

The modern Bible is the result of a collection of texts and verbal accounts from a time where the languages, in particular The Parables, spoken were in an ancient, now defunct language known as Aramaic, the language of the person who came to be known as "Jesus", and which was a pre-cursor to modern Hebrew. The New Testament, which included The Lords Prayer, was later transliterated from Aramaic to Greek, then Latin - when the Romans invented Christianity in 325 CE - and finally to medieval English. During this transliteration process, much of it the original message was lost or altered in translation, and conceals the meaning, power and often beauty of the original.

One of the most iconic passages in the Christian Bible is the "Lords Prayer". Jesus highly likely spent most of his earlier years with a secretive order of Jewish Mystics known the "Essenes" who prepared him for his forthcoming ministry as depicted in the Bible.

This original Lords Prayer is both beautiful and Spiritual and I would now like to share it here: Those who are familiar with the modern Biblical Lords prayer will no doubt recognise its similarities.

Oh Thou, from whom the breath of life comes,
Who fills all realms of sound, light and vibration.
May Your light be experienced in my utmost holiest.
Your Heavenly Domain approaches.
Let Your will come true – in the universe just as on earth.
Give us understanding for our daily need,
detach the fetters of faults that bind us,
like we let go the guilt of others.
Let us not be lost in superficial things,
but let us be freed from that what keeps us from our true purpose.
From You comes the all-working will, the lively strength to act,
the song that beautifies all and renews itself from age to age.

Sealed in trust, faith and truth.

Below is the original Aramaic version as recited by Jesus, was among a recently discovered cache of Essene texts known as the "Dead Sea Scrolls", and which was later alphabetically transliterated from the Aramaic original:

Avvon d-bish-maiya, nith-qaddash shim-mukh.
Tih-teh mal-chootukh. Nih-weh çiw-yanukh:
ei-chana d'bish-maiya: ap b'ar-ah.
Haw lan lakh-ma d'soonqa-nan yoo-mana.
O'shwooq lan kho-bein:
ei-chana d'ap kh'nan shwiq-qan l'khaya-ween.
Oo'la te-ellan l'niss-yoona:
il-la paç-çan min beesha.
Mid-til de-di-lukh hai mal-choota

I find "sincerity" as one of the key and necessary attributes to deep spiritual ascension. Be sincere and authentic to oneself, to all you meet be it in a fleeting moment during the day or have prolonged relationships with. Be sincere to all animals, nature, to the planet to spirit to God to the universe etc... the list goes on.  Sincerity is lacking on this planet, which is why things are not as good as they could be.

Absolutely. And to this list I would include truthfulness. Be true to others, true to self, and true to The Divine.

I wish to marry God. God the Beloved. God the Romantic Partner.

This is almost exactly the way of the Sufi, Mystics.
