1.) The concept of time that we use to create order in this reality is to me the same during an OOBE. It depends on how captivated you are by what you are experiencing. No two beings will ever view this the same but the actual concept of time we use can still be measured objectively. A lot of people believe that time does not actually exist and I'm trying to avoid that approach since time is a very real concept that we can't get around. My elementary understanding is that time is actually equal to space. For example we can measure the space between two objects by the linear distance of a course between the two and the time it takes to traverse that distance. I know Einstein is laughing at me right now.

2.) No need to assume that anybody is lying about anything they post. This is all theoretical so in theory there could be someone who exists that has never wanted to be another person or wanted to live a different life. With that said, you asked a few questions but I think your essentially asking about time again. I believe you're wondering if someone could complete an epic journey in one OOBE that took frodo three movies to complete. If that is indeed your question than the answer is yes and the reason is quite simple. Using Frodo as an example, he has the ring and he knows where he has to go and what to do with it. He can will him self there in an instance. He can will the ring there and not actually go himself. There are just too many variables to consider. But if one chooses the long route and the slow mode, they can break it up into more than one OOBE. There's really limitless possibilities.

3.)Again, I'm not sure what you are asking but I believe you want to know if an OOBE can cause someone to lose their memory or identity or cause them to take on a different identity. If you're wondering if it is possible for someone to wake up from an OOBE and believe they are superman, I would have to say that is possible if the individual was already suffering from severe delusions. But the OOBE would not cause the severe delusions and would only exacerbate them. On the flip side, after many OOBE it is almost always the case with everybody that they change the way they identify with reality and this is always in a positive manner.

I hope this answered your questions. Proceed with amazement.

I read somewhere that Thomas Edison used OOBE's to solve problems he was encountering in his mundane work of lighting the world after dark. It is on record that he would place a coin on his head as he was falling asleep while sitting up. As he would fall asleep the coin would drop and wake him up. The old school version of the alarm-clock method, I suppose.  He would do this over and over again until he achieved whatever his goal was. This isn't proof of his belief in projecting but the only other reason why he would do it is to torture himself.

But this is entirely different. Because I am essentially awake I am completely aware. It's almost like I'm closing my eyes and waiting for a few minutes then turning my attention inwards and finding the nonphysical waiting for me. But it's not an actual 'inward' action because it uses tactility and the sensation of being physical within the nonphysical.

That's what I'm trying to capture. Out of all my oobe's, i have only had about 10-15 where I was completely aware from start to finishand I knew that nothing I was experiencing was from my own projections and they are usually the shortest. Most of my oobe's are a mix of awareness and control and my own "fantasy" but I still wouldn't classify them as just dreams. The longer I phase the easier it is to fall into the dream trap, where you for one reason or another I lose awareness and the dream takes over. Like you said, or at least implied, when you wait until after SP sits in to phase, we're at the mercy of our tendency to let the normal dream process take over.

Well, hell, chellebelle.
I mean well, hello, chellebelle. Yep, most of us find it's not the best thing to tell others. I'm from a really close and loving family. A really close, loving, and strongly religious family. I could get to the point and say that my family is devout Roman Catholic. I should have known better to tell them about all this but sometimes they trick you into thinking they are tolerant. Well, not in my experiences. At least they haven't asked me to be exorcised. Not yet.

If you keep an open mind you'll find a lot of info here that will line up with the way you think. A lot will contradict it, as well. That's why we need an open mind. Enjoy.

I'm inclined to give most people the benefit of the doubt since my old belief system stunted my growth so badly. I thank God or whomever for this forum as I simply do not have the millions of dollars to spend on a therapist that would probably screw me up worse. But yeah, you called a spade is a spade.

Anyways, I laid back down to take advantage of the state I was in. I'm still missing something. I reached the point that I could have phased but it wasn't the same. My focus entranced me and it was still the same ol' method only I was using a different subject to take me away. I guess in a sense it could still be the same as you described since I was using my touch sense but it misses the mark when I have to spend to much time to achieve phasing.

Oh well, how I get there isn't important right now. But it is so damn cool to do it at 'will' I'm sure. Maybe you should do a step by step only it would read.

1. Make the decision that you want to phase.
2. phase

Good luck guys, if this sounds too hard or complicated, I will gladly try to simplify it further.

That would be worthy of a sticky just to prove a principle. lol

Much to do about nothing... just say no... I havent been to an alien world.

If I may be so bold to assume you were addressing me. I never said that I haven't been to an alien world. It's all clearly fascinating and relevant to growth.

Taking the time to post and just saying no, I haven't been to an alien world is really worthy of the-- much to do about nothing qualifier. Actually so is acknowledging it with a counter post. So thank you, I realize have some more growing to do obviously.

Again, just my thoughts.

Wasn't he the inspiration for the movie, "The Men Who Stares At Goats"? I watched another movie from the 90's about remote viewing. It was about a retired FBI agent who used remote viewing to find serial killers. It had Ben Kingsley and the leading actress from the Matrix. It was very good.

Edit: I decided to not be lazy and answer this myself. I did not find where Ingo Swann was credited as an inspiration but Paul Smith certainly was, as well as Joe McMoneagle-the legend in my opinion. It's hard to think of Swann without Smith so I credit Swann personally. I can't believe I missed this news.

The movie with Kingsley is called, "Suspect Zero" and was made in 2004. Very dark and creepy but good none the less.

Most of my nonphysical excursions and from dream LDs are vibrant... But normally I have entered quite a deep state and so it becomes more of an 'event'. My body is asleep and I normally perceive quite a catatonic state physically speaking.

The reason why these new OOBEs are different is the non-event, non-SP nature of them. Being still awake is the reason they stick out.

What is interesting is that most of the time we are trying not to concentrate on tactile and/or physical sensations. These however constitute what could be construed as almost Matrix-like phenomenon.

That's why this is fascinating to me. Because most methods require us to "tune out" in the physical sense but this flips it on it's head.

I often post about "capturing" the way something feels in the moment. Being able to recall the way a certain experience feels though my physical sensations really helps me to grow as a consciousness.

It's like Sir Isac Newton (SP?) watching the apple fall from the tree and being inspired to explain gravity. A revelation of sorts. I'm sure he had seen many things fall in the past but he was in the right frame of mind when he watched the apple drop so he caught his snap, so to speak.

I initially failed to phase with intent while I tried to work out the method because I had no "feeling" to recall to help me visualize my astral arms working while my consciousness was still on the physical. My lucid dream revelation helped me capture the feeling that I can focus on the next time. It's not enough to simulate the way something feels (in the sense of touch) in this reality. I also need that epiphany feeling to recall. That a-ha moment, if you will. When I combine the epiphany feeling with the simulated touch sense, I think I will see success soon. Make any sense? Very cool indeed.

CTC am has been one of my favorites for about ten years now. I remember it was right before Halloween and I was working a night shift and I came across the show. They were doing there annual special of ghosts to ghosts and I was hooked.

I am no longer fascinated with ghosts and demon stories since I have formed a new belief of what they actually are.. But i still enjoy the shows about aliens and bigfoot. Most science stuff as well.

My take on shadow people--One of the initial doubts that I had about phasing was if we were really interacting with other beings in dimensions, planes, universes, or whatever; then it would stand to reason that they could interact with us here in this reality. Voila-shadow people. Ghosts in the classic sense don't fit since they were once a part of this reality. Now most people here freak out when they encounter what I now believe to be an other dimensional consciousness exploring our reality as we explore theirs in turn. But mankind has a whole has not accepted this and so they put bad connotations on most of what they fail to understand. When we travel to their realities, they don't freak out on us because maybe they understand more then we do as a whole.--Just my way of not discrediting my current view and is not necessarily even close to the truth.

Wow. I decided to see if this would work for me. It did, but not at first. I've experimented with different methods in the past that have worked but I base success usually on my clarity and vivid recall. Awareness is of course crucial, but the experience is not truly beneficial if it is not clear or I am unable to remember it.

But I have never been aware of actually moving my "astral body" while part of me was still in the physical.
[side note-this doesn't sound like phasing in the "Frank" sense, does it?] I wanted to attempt this since I thought it sounded like a great way to insure a RTZ awareness as I have always had trouble getting there. My usual techniques send me to far off "realms". Anyways, It didn't work and I fell asleep into a dream that I turned very lucid at exactly the right time and then I had my tactile phase. It was stunning enough to make me post this when I woke. It's almost 3am here.

---In the dream. my younger sister and I returned to our childhood home. The home wasn't our real home as kids but I accepted it as fact in my dream. I don't remember how long we were outside the home but a close childhood friend, Tiffany, of my sisters prevented us from going inside. Now Tiffany is real but the woman in my dreams portraying her was not (IDK who she was, but she is important to my phase). I always liked Tiffany since we share some crazy memories, she was wild, much to my liking. Back to the dream-Tiffany was distraught and acting weird. She told my sister that it was time to talk about "it" and face the music. My sister begged her not to but Tiffany grabbed a shovel and started digging up a flower bed that is real at my real home now. I felt bad for my sister as I thought Tiffany was about to reveal a terrible secret that my sister didn't want to relive. Tiff finally dug up a small shoe box full of bones that I instantly knew were from a run away teenager when we were kids. The run away is not real to me in real life but I just instantly knew his story, though I can't recall the details of his story.

I obviously thought my sister was somehow dragged into this horrible tragedy but I was shocked when my sister turned back into a ten year old and had an evil look on her face, but this Tiff and I stayed the same age. Suddenly the ten year old Tiff (this was the real child Tiff) and some other kids came around the corner of the house but they were not aware of me. My kid sister smiled at me and went to join them. They then re-enacted the murder of this teenage runaway. The runaway was overpowered by all the kids and my sister stabbed him with a really big stick and he turned into a pile of bones. They turned on me and the adult Tiff stabbed me with the stick. I started to turn to bones but I grabbed the stick to pull it out of my stomach.

That's where the tactile came into play. As I was pulling it out, I could feel the roughness of it. I even recall feeling like it splintered my hands. I was still holding on to the stick while my body was returning to normal. I gained my awareness in that instance and the dream faded away as did my visual clarity. I was in a darkness but I knew my surroundings through instinct. I have no doubt that I could have navigated my way there. The new Tiff was still with me and since I now had my awareness, I asked her who she was.---

I still don't know who she is but I think she is a real being. I remember when I asked who she was, I had the thought that she was gonna say something else. something other than what she actually told me. What she said is goose bumps important to me so I want to keep that little nugget to myself for now.

Sorry for the dream detail but I wanted your opinion on the tactile phase part. This was weird for me since my dream was very lucid and I had all my senses, including smell--for a second, I could smell the ocean near my home now. When I phased, I no longer had the visual at all but I just knew what my surroundings were. I know you said your tactile phase was very visual with vibrant colors. My lucid dream turned to awareness phases are usually just as vibrant. I rambling now but I just wanted to say that had you not posted your experience with a tactile integration, I would not of have my goose bump moment (at least not this soon). Thanks.

There is something about the man on the stairs that I don't trust. Interesting.

Oh about your first post that started this thread. You might be in for some surprises as I think a tactile integration for you would be much stronger than the visual. Don't you work with your hands building movie props and such? I know that is very visual too but constructing anything is very "hands on". I base this on the principle that people learn best using different methods. Personally, reading helps me the most, even without a solid frame of reference. I'm never completely right but when I have a chance to affirm a belief, I'm not far from the mark most times. Of course, this wouldn't apply to quantum physics and such as I lack even a shaky frame or even a frame to start with. You catch my drift, I'm sure.

It's like you've married you're strongest learning attributes, the visual now combined with the tactile. After some hanky-panky betwenn the two might give birth to a revelation of the ages! Very cool and interesting.

I wonder about a lot of the same things you do. But only in this reality. I can want the answer to something so bad in this reality but once I phase it quickly loses it's importance. I haven't forgot about it but my priorities shift as drastically as my focus does.

For example, A few years ago I told one of my skeptical cousins about all this and he laughed about it. I was offended and wanted to prove it to him somehow.  I would project and find him in the RTZ but I could never think of a way to prove anything to him. I finally asked my guide about it and he (he was a she to me then,  it's weird I know) and he showed me how and It lost it's importance to me. My guide also asked me why I wanted to prove it. I realized that I just didn't like being laughed at and my guide laughed me back to bed. The equivalent of an astral wedgie I suppose.

So I think you have answered your own question in a way. After all, you are asking questions about subjects  that are very interesting to you, yet you have not used your own ability to project to answer them. Perhaps you shift to new priorities as well.

Just my own thoughts on the subject.

when the consitution was written ppl were firing muskets that took like 15 minutes to load and shot one round at a time, if the ppl who wrote the constitution saw the guns we have today they would probably shlt themselve.

I understand your concern. The US army had a video made to try and calm the fears of the soldiers who might encounter the german M42 machine gun. I believe it was nicknamed Hitler's buzzsaw and it's rate of fire was unmatched through out the entire war.

But if your really interested in what The Founding Father's thought about the evolution of warfare and weaponry, they wrote plenty on it. Remember they were aware of horse drawn cannons and such and knew that everything would be improved upon. So they knew it was coming but yes, they would probably excrement themselves.

I've always believed that AP'ing at will was an inevitable outcome for people who continue doing it with intent. I wonder what the skeptics would have to say about someone who could AP before a surgery with no anesthetics. I know people have always been able to block out pain but this would take that new a new level. Just wondering.

How long are you able to phase this way?

Hey while your here, when you brake threw do you actually open your eyes like it feels like you would of opened your physical eyes but you've broken threw so its your nonphysical eyes..?

The question you have about vision is probably a big concern for all beginners. My take on it is that once you have shifted your focus, if you choose to be in a body of sorts, then yes it is like actually opening your real eyes and seeing. I usually am not aware of being in a body until I try to interact with what I am observing. For me, when I recall the experience It is most like a first person shooter game except from all sides. But in the actual moment, it is just how you feel when your awake everyday. Try and recall a favorite memory and the images that you play back will only be from your pov and you won't actually see your physical body. I'm contradicting myself all over the lace here but you should get the jest of it.

Once you succeed, your goals will quickly switch from what you can do in the NPR (fly, visit other planets, fart fire balls at warp speed) to what you can learn and how to grow. It would indeed be a very different reality here if everyone was aware of the NPR. Fear loses a lot of it's control once you start to realize certain things. Good luck, you're close now.

You will likely feel like you're going to die. A panic sets in just before you exit and you may try your hardest to "wake up" and not die. Even though you can tell yourself that you want this and you're not afraid you're never prepared for it when it happens. To think of it like a dream or a fantasy is a big mistake. You might think you know what it will feel like but you don't. It feels as real as this does now. It's more real than real. Before you do this know that you will not die from this, that many have done it before you. Accept that should you die that it would be worth it for the truth. Really think about that to the point where if you do feel like you're going to die that you will not panic. Fear can hold you back years.

This was so true for me and I suspect it is for many. I have posted before that when the moment comes, you won't be able to panic your way out of it. You will be in it for the long haul. That is until you immediately shift focus back to your body and ruin it with excitement.lol

No matter how many times you hear that it is harmless and wonderful, you will still think about all the bad scenarios and you will most likely shift right back. But that can be good too. Steelhawk also recommended going right back after your first few successes and here is a good reason why. The feeling of finally shifting your focus to the NPR is overwhelming and you will remember it the best after your first few times. Remembering how it feels will help you capture it sooner as you are starting to phase the next time.

If you hang around and explore, you will most likely get caught in a dream "trap" and forget the vividness of the experience. You may not even remember your first time with intent.

Also, to improve your chances you need to work on your lucid dreaming. This is the number one easiest way for a beginner to have their first experience with awareness from what I am reading here and I believe it to be true. Remember that the only difference between a dream, a lucid dream, and an AP is your awareness and control. What this means is that you already do every night naturally what you are now struggling to do with intent. Do you see how all this focus can actually hinder your success.

Don't let the dream explanation zap your idea of what all this really is (as if I know). All anybody really knows is that these are real experiences and we are meant to be aware of them at some point.

I think Stillwater hit the nail right on the head. Americans like to believe that history does not apply to us and that we don't have to worry about a tyrannical gov and that our stability is insured. Sadly, another history lesson is that once a government disarms a people, be it their own or another, their headstone has been chisled, waiting only for a date.

But  a tyranny is not the only threat. A major and deadly world-wide pandemic is a matter of when and not if. Also, what if the global economy does collapse? These scenarios may be extreme but it's certainly not a stretch to imagine the chaos that will follow. People will have to protect themselves from the anarchy that will surely rise. There will be no police to answer your emergency calls.

That's why I'm against even a restriction on the limit of rounds that a magazine or clip can hold. Sure, a six shooter might be enough against one or two but in times like I mentioned, gangs rule the day and they come packing. I'm not paranoid nor I do I live in any fear of these events happening. I just want to be prepared. It's just no longer possible to remove all our guns in America even if we, the good people, were for it. The cliche "if you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns" is hard to argue against. Plus there is my favorite scenario that I couldn't imagine without guns: The Zombie Apocalypse. Just joking (no I'm not, yes I am).

So long as no large scale catastrophic disasters come into play, I think the US will be around for a long, long time. Hopefully Obama doesn't do anything rash to divide this country even further. I know it sounds absurd to the rest of the world but there is some truth to Beedeekin's concerns. If the US gov tries a wholesale gun grab, I can imagine a civil war being possible. One that will end with the 2nd amnd. permanently carved in stone so that it is never questioned again. I pray it is not our headstone.
#1418

Is the constitution applicable to today? --Beedeekin

This is from a ruling from the Oregon supreme court. This answers your question for me in regards to the 2nd amnd. specifically. It was mad in 1980 but I believe it's statement is timeless.

"We are not unmindful that there is current controversy over the wisdom of a right to bear arms, and that the original motivations for such provision might not seem compelling if debated as a new issue. Our task, however, in construing a constitutional provision, is to respect the principles given the status of constitutional guarantees and limitations by the drafters; it is not to abandon these principles when this fits the needs of the moment."

By the way, can anyone explain what is meant by the word phasing within the context of the first post of this thread. I have heard of the word phasing used to describe moving from one place to another whilst astral projecting but not sure if that's what is meant in this context. Thanks!

I accepted this term once I realized ( or at least how I now believe all of this works) that I was was not projecting my astral body out into the NPR but rather that I was shifting my focus from this reality to another and that no part of me or my consciousness was actually leaving my physical body here. Like a seamless phasing process. This was not my own concept but when I read that here it fit much more comfortable with my own experiences. Of course, I will remain open to other possibilities but right now phasing is the right term for me. But it's hard to lose all the other terminology when trying to help others with their journey. What ever works, works.

I'm an American born and raised in Texas. Guns in my family are a way of life. I'm not really big on hunting but I LOVE to target shoot. It's no exaggeration to say that including both side of my families, we own over a thousand guns. We are a very large family but I admit that is a lot. But as far as I know, they are all good, hard-working people. I state it like that because you just never know.

Growing up, I was taught to have the greatest respect for any gun. You know, treat every gun like it's loaded, never point it at anything you're not willing to shoot, that kind of stuff plus practice of course.  I had my first .22 rifle when I was 13 and it was completely my responsibility. I left it in the corner of my room, unloaded when I wasn't shooting it.

I am a constitution fanatic. I am not in love with my guns, I am in love with my rights.

But times have changed. My family, at least in my parent's house, no longer leaves guns out in the open on rifle racks and the gun safe, more like room, is always locked and it wasn't like that when I was growing up. In hindsight, I know we were probably lucky that we never had any accidents but it's not like we weren't extremely careful. I can't ever envision an America without our gun-rights.

Here in Texas, it's starting to get weird. You can't even say the g-word without the music shutting off.  It's like everybody suspects the other of being against their beliefs or something. It's not paranoia but it's weird. Without getting upset or angry, I would like to hear some opinions about gun rights in America. If you're not from the States, I'm interested even more. Thanks

Have you not seen the size of your brain in your avatar? You're just being modest. :-D

It's so hard to make a post after Bedeekin and try to improve or state anything clearer. So without trying to muddy the water too much, I can try to explain how I feel about the same experience.  All we can do is find common experiences and relate our own feelings to them.

You want to know if your nutty? Yeah probably, I mean I hope so, that's what makes life fun. Are you insane? My limited opinion is no. No way, no how. Remember that an insane person can not recognize that they are indeed insane.

Now I believe that physical pain in the Astral or whatever you choose to call it, is very, very unusual. At least it is to me. I have only felt sensations that my consciousness interpreted as odd. Mental pain is again subjective but I have absolutely been mentally anguished in the Astral. No two consciousness will ever agree on how something makes them feel in any reality, this one or another. But in the Astral especially, what we see is for us to personally grow.

Permit me an overly  dramatic example: We  could be side by side in the Astral and if we both see a child being hurt in some horrific way, it is only because this experience is meant to help us both grow but IN OUR OWN WAY.

I would probably be confused and sad because I can not relate this to any experience that I have seen or felt or how it could be helpful in any manner.

You may laugh and say' "Oh, now I get it. Why didn't I realize this sooner?"

Of course this mutually shared experience will affect us both in our own way. But you needed to see it now because it will help you understand a prior issue. I needed to see it now, because it will help me understand something tomorrow. But we both needed a dramatic jolt to make us understand. Does that make sense?

Remember that we will never see, feel, or experience anything that we can't handle. The exception is when we scare ourselves and even this has some purpose. And why that is, we're all trying to find out.

Thank you.

Maybe your goal should be to have (in a way) "no goal".

Forget everything you've ever read and release every preconceived idea you've ever had about projecting...

But becoming open to possibilities beyond the over-analytical mind and simply ALLOWING, may just hold the keys to your breakthrough as it did mine.  :-)

Hello.

Here's the good news. You are close. Closer than you could possibly imagine.

Here's the bad news. You are no closer now then you were when you had no idea or intent on projecting. That's not true. You are further away than when you were a child.

Just joking, but not really. I bet your wishing someone else would have responded first. But relax, I'm a nice guy and I really want to see you succeed. And so do the others. I'm new to the forum myself but I have around twelve years of projecting intentionally(or phasing I more comfortably say).

First, do yourself a huge favor and believe that projecting is real and so are the destinations. A good mantra may even be "This is real". A mantra is a saying that you can repeat to yourself over and over again as your first trying to relax and calm your mind and your breathing. Your post is highly suggestive that your concentrating on way tooooooooooomany many things and breathing is one of them. You need to slow your mind and body down and concentrating on too many things is purpose defeating.

I suggest that you get comfortable, close your eyes, notice the blackness and the little not-as-black as the rest of the black blobs and shapes that come from all sides. Just notice them for now and do not try to make out any patterns or images. Let them come, let them go. Now while you're just noticing the blackness repeat "This is real" (the words aren't important, you could choose any that you like)with your inner voice. Some people suggest that you say the mantra while you're inhaling and other say while you're exhaling. When I do use a mantra, I find it's easier for me to break it up. For example, while I'm inhaling, I'll say "this is" then I'll say "real' when I exhale. Just the inner voice. What's important is that you tweak all the tips in to a manner that helps you to slow your breathing and calm your mind. Keep noticing the blackness but do not concentrate on them.

Now, when it comes to the sensations, the vibrations, rapid heartbeat, buzzing noises, and SP, there are no hard and fast set rules or milestones in them. You may feel one or two. You may feel them all. You may feel none of them. And no matter the case, you can still project. And every time you do project you can feel a different combination each time. I know that can sound disappointing because when your still trying to have your first projection, you want to at least take comfort from at least getting this far. And the next time you want to at least get this far and so on and so on. But the truth is, each time you try after a failed attempt to project, You have reached a milestone. There's no telling how many people have quit when their next attempt could have been the one. Don't be that person. DON'T LET DOUBT CREEP IN.

But all those sensations are important for too many reasons to list. But please understand, there is no danger in any of them as they are perfectly natural. It's just that most people are asleep and aren't aware when they occur. You know, there are two milestones when it comes to the sensations, now that I mention it.  They are fear and excitement. What I mean is that once you get over the fear of them, you will then have to get use to the excitement you feel when they arrive thinking you are close to a projection. The milestones are reached when you do not let the fear and excitement prevent you from projecting.

Many of us can induce the SP sensations pretty quickly but it can still take us a little time to clear our minds. But moving on. So you have repeated your mantra while breathing and you are just noticing the blackness. Now you have to be on guard of falling asleep. Since your doing this with the intent of projecting you do have that as a little bit of protection but it isn't much. The first few times you start slipping into that state where you're noticing the blackness but your mind is wondering away, it's relatively easy to snap back to your intention of projecting but it gets harder each time you catch yourself drifting. This is where you will have to focus on the blackness but DO NOT CONCENTRATE on it. Just let the images come and go but now you should start noticing that the not-as-black blobs and such are becoming clearer images. There will even be flashes of colors. You may hear sounds like your name, or anything really. From your post, I can tell you have already reached this point clearly. What I think is happening is that now your eyes are becoming your biggest problem. This happens to me a lot.

The easiest way to prevent your eyes from twitching and opening is to cover them with a small towel or anything really. Just don't choose anything that is heavy or that you can't easily forget is there. I think that's it for you really. Your eyes seem to be betraying you in that crucial moment. So I want to congratulate you in advance. You really are close. I'm not teasing you. You may be one less eye twitch away. But I have one last piece of advice and this may not happen with you but it happens to most of us. Once you have projected and you are fully aware, don't be disappointed when your excitement overwhelms you and sends you straight back. It's a beginner thing and it's a great feeling to have while you're disappointed with your success. Irony, what can I say. Thanks and proceed with amazement.
