Do yourself a favor in read Xanth's book. It is short and very easy to follow. I know this sounds like I am shamelessly puckering up to the boss but he doesn't pay well so I have no real motive other than I really do believe it is excellent and better than many of the most popular books out there.

I also agree with Xanth's advice about Raduga's conclusions. His methodology is great but we all need to reach our own conclusions. I'm not picking on Mike as this true for any author's opinions.

And of course Astralsuzy gave some great advice about controlling your fears. Fear is kryptonite to AP.

I think you were using the "tugging the rope technique". :-D

Sorry for the bad joke as I know that there are some cultures that legitimately use what they consider sexual energy as a means to alter their state of consciousness.

Shocking. To think I could write about the pasta spirit that lives under my bed and feeds me in my dreams with spicy meatballs, and given enough time, people will take it seriously and call any cynics "sheeple" and "mislead by the government".

There's absolutely no scientific evidence of antigravity and no hypothesized phenomenon which could render it possible. Not to mention you're conflating phenomena which have been proven to exist (maglev tarins) and pure fantasy (levitating people). There are all these 'studies' and 'research' thrown about but I haven't seen one name, link to a study, or any programme aside from some random Russian person ('self-proclaimed scientist' - anyone can call themselves a scientist) who thinks that beehives are magical.

There is a reason why the AP and spiritual communities aren't taken seriously, and unsubstantiated conspiracy theories like these don't help the image of this forum at all.

We can levitate a 70,000 ton train but you think it is outrageous to believe that there may be a technology that is unknown or suppressed that can levitate a seventy kilo person?

To say that there is no credible hypothesis to support antigravity possibilities is all together untrue. Sound waves can levitate objects.

And no one will believe your pasta spirit is real until they have seen it themselves and enjoyed it's tasty feast.

There is nothing magical about honeycomb configurations. It's just simply been observed that the geometric configuration does s have certain effects that can't be explained. It interferes with different fields of energy and so far as we have been told, the reasons why are unknown.

We are simply open to possibilities and if one little ol' thread that is unrelated to AP is enough to discredit the validity of AP in someone's eye's, well then too bad. Please don't worry yourself over the issue. The forum will survive.

It saddens me to think that someone who has lived to the ripe old age of 17 is so closed off to possibilities.

Cody, you have too much knowledge and experience to be letting these get the better of you. At least your being honest though and it helps others to see that even though you are regularly having negative experiences, you are still willing to face them.

One day you will turn that corner (soon I hope) and this will definitely help put an end to many of your anxiety issues. Just remember that you are not alone when it comes o this and I too had a lot of "negative" experiences in the beginning.

Best of luck to you my friend and stay safe chasing then storms> :-) :-)

It isn't fair to compare what we consider love during puberty to what we call love as we mature. If someone backs away from showing their feelings later on because of negative experiences, they aren't acting out of wisdom but more so out of fear.

I simply can't make the correlation as you have and I have been hurt plenty. :-)

I am yet to experience AP but I hope that it isn't a "dream" and you do actually leave the body. If you don't then that means there is no afterlife. If it is just a dream then I don't even wanna do it.

I don't believe that we are actually leaving our bodies and I firmly believe that death is not the end. I see it more as expanding our awareness.

DarkHorizon,

Please tell me you are texting on a cellphone and that is the reason why you are butchering your words so badly. I am no SS-obersturmbannführer when it comes to grammar but you are making some really interesting comments but it is hard for me to get past the silly da, iz, dis, u r, and so on.

It's excusable if you are using a cell to text but then again, you are spelling some much bigger words with no problem. You come across as an intelligent individual so there really is no reason for you to be writing in such poor form.

Not to mention, I now look like an butt for mentioning it but it really is in poor taste. And please, by all means, continue to spell as you wish but I just had to get that off my chest.

As far as I'm concerned this was a precog dream. This game ended up being a disaster for many offshore sport bookies who didn't adjust the line accordingly because they felt the Broncos were gonna destroy the seahawks.

It reminds me of when the Pats one their first superbowl game during their streak when they defeated the rams. All the money was pouring in on the rams and the offshore bookies didn't adjust their line spread because they were getting greedy. Many went bankrupt.

Of course the Vegas bookies don't take those kind of chances and always adjust the line spread to keep the money balanced.

No one saw this score coming except for one guy and his name was Greytraveller.

You're fired.

;)  hehe

I know that you are only doing what you have to do but do you think it may be possible that I could receive a honorable discharge.

That way I can keep my insurance and decoder ring. :-D

The NP and higher realms know just about everything there is to know of us so it reacts in ways that can help put us at ease or if need be, it can do the exact opposite.

I choose to trust that it is always working in my best interests and I haven't been let down yet. So if dogs make you feel comfortable, it may be a good sign that you are on the right track to something.

On the other hand, if you are presented with something that scares the bejezzus out of you, it may just be a test to see how well you have progressed.

So long as you remember that you are always safe, you should be fine and can turn any experience into an enjoyable one. :-)

To believe or to have a belief in something, is starting to almost be considered a dirty thought.  I have many ideas that I am inclined to think are true but would be considered to far out there or on the fringe for most people to even consider. I'm not necessarily referring to people here but society in general.

Most religious people have no problem in believing that an all powerful being is in control of everything yet when you try and tell them that they too possess many of the same aspects and powers of this divinity, they look at you as if you are off your rocker.

Many would rather believe that they aren't special or good enough to be considered as such. There's nothing wrong with having a little humility but when you think that your "salvation" is dependent upon you considering yourself lower than dirt, then I think it's time to reevaluate your belief system.

That's an extreme description and I'm not picking on any particular belief system but I feel that each of us is a powerful being in our own right and any BS that preaches otherwise is misleading.

I hope I didn't lose any friends by saying that. :-D

Definitely listen to your doctors advice. Since you are already an accomplished projector you may be able to tweak your method in order to get you back on track.

Many cannabis users report that using the drug has had no real effects on their ability. As for the other medications, I haven't a clue.

Good luck.

I hear what you are saying but you mentioned cancer as an example so it should be expected that many of us would address that.

With that said, I mentioned Edison and Tesla so unless you have lived under a rock, I'm sure you are aware that their work had nothing to do with the medical sciences.

In any case, without a very high understanding in many different sciences, it wouldn't do much good for the average person to be told the secret to time travel (if it is even possible), since they wouldn't have anywhere near the amount of technical know how needed to utilize the information they received.

Thus it would be pointless to let the average guy in on the technology. :-)

Even after thirteen years of AP, I still have some difficulties at controlling my destinations. I can do it but the problem is that I am always where I need to be at that particular time so I see it as doing what I need to do. Although I still find it all fun and exciting, I know that (for me at least) I am where the greater system wants me to be.

I have progressed past the pint that I need to be having fun and instead see it all as an opportunity for spiritual growth. However, don't get me wrong. I still have a great deal of fun. :-) :-)

There are many examples through out history in which people have related that their big breakthroughs have been from dreams. Thomas Edison and Tesla have both reported this.

However, as callous or perhaps even cruel as it may sound, we must put things into perspective. I think it's obvious that low entropy beings would be glad to offer up the cures to the diseases that cause us much anguish but on the other hand there may be natural laws or barriers that prevent them from doing so and these reasons may not be at all obvious to us.

We have already raised our natural life expectancy from the mid to late thirties to as high as 80 years.

Though I'm positive these higher beings receive no joy in our suffering, they also know it is temporary and our physical lives are nothing but a flash in the pan.

I fully believe that we will one day have a cure for cancer but it will be from our hard work and perseverance....just my thoughts. :-)

In this day and age, it doesn't take long to have any false representations that someone has made about themselves exposed. Campbell has some really interesting theories and you can believe that people are constantly bombarding the materialist scientists with requests about their opinions of Campbell's work.

If he was lying about any of his credentials, it would be more than reasonable to assume that someone would have exposed it by now if for no other reason than to end the requests. The easiest way to make a theory go away is to prove that the originator lied about himself.

If you can't kill the message, killing the messenger is the next best thing and so far, no one has. :-)

You're missing quite a bit actually. He is a nuclear physicist and has worked on many advanced programs with the US military. He is also an electrical engineer. His credentials are far better than many of the more popular authorities on the subject though he does not like to bring it p that often. I may be mistaken but I also believe he holds a degree in computer programming.

In short, he is one of the most educated projectes out there but that should not amount to squat because academics does not equal skill in this art.

Sounds good to me Cody. While some people may find certain positions more comfortable than others, it isn't a bad idea to experiment and mix it up a bit.

Then prevents you from become over reliant on certain positions and some believe that different  positions bring different results.

Not all projections will be lucid and completely mind blowing. In most, we just have to be lucid enough to remember the important details so we can recall then later and decide what they mean :-)

I think it's easier to "say' we have handled our Fears than it really is. Especially Fears that are "deep rooted/subconscious" or "hidden".

Hi Brett.

Can you tell us what you are doing specifically so we can get an idea of what might help you?

Hi Mona.

If you are a minor and still living at home, I think that the best thing to do is to listen to your parents. Not because they are always right but because not doing so, can cause unnecessary friction in other areas.

With that said, you are never in anymore danger than you are during any other time. Some aspect of us is always interacting in the NPR.

Perhaps you can have a talk with your father and tell him that you respect his beliefs but that you don't want to be controlled by fear.  :-)

A few great travelers have already given us the best remedy to conquer our fears. That is to make up your mind right now if you can handle the consequences of the worse case scenario in exchange for the "truth"...but it will only be your truth (I know, everyone hates hearing that). The great thing is that you can't really expect anything more than that. Your new beliefs will resonate with you better because they will be based on your own experience instead of just being told what to believe. Even if you are later convinced that this really is just a bunch of manure, at least it will be your own experience and you should be content with that.

In our current supposed timeline, there have been an estimated 150 billion people whom have been born and died already. I guarantee you that they didn't all live to be a 100. Not one managed to convince the world of a definitive afterlife so don't be disappointed if you can only learn the truth for yourself. :-D

I hope you decide to work through this fear and see for yourself. :-)

What you just described, was a classic AP\OOBE\LD.

It's not classic in the sense that it blew your socks off like all the great ones that we have read...but in the sense that this is what most of it will be like. It was a NP experience that allowed you to question and reason with your full awareness. You became amazed that what you worked for was finally happening. I can remember floating and bobbing around like a cork but not quite being able to fly. I was just giddy. I really loved reading your account because it was just like many of my first intentional experiences.

Don't worry about labeling your experiences right now. I know it's important to everyone but give that some time.

I would recommend not changing anything right now in regards to your technique or method and would work on containing excitement (and fear). Do this early so that when the mind blowing stuff happens, you'll be ready. From my own personal experience, I have found that neither fear or excitement will "end" the really memorable ones but without control, they can ruin them.

Wow...you have no idea (I'm jealous :-)).

I've seen this request before. On the 13th January 2013 to be precise.
Is there something else to this request?
The download then was for 2006-2007 if memory serves well.

I've also seen this done before with other sites and consider it to be a scam. I'm not speaking about the content of the site but of this ploy for web traffic.
