Every time, and mostly with 'white light'. I also have an affirmation that I daily mediate upon, which is based upon Robert Monroe's suggested Gateway Voyage affirmation (which has protective intentions built in it). It is here:

Am I scared of some devil or evil or demon? NO! Absolutely not!

Do I experience fear in the astral? Yes, eventually each time and that is what brings me back to my body most of the time (Oops, did I just say "body"? .. oh, crap .. THUNK! .. back in my body) 

Yes (and multiple times in my life). However, I am not an experienced projector (e.g., I do not fit in the box that you present). But know that I did not have to classically project to get these answers from non-physical energy or higher beings or the higher self. I was simply accessing (through meditation, prayer, presence) something beyond my physical self (non-physical).

fwiw, I present this response, because your posed question presents such unusual limits upon the community here. We are all (and always have been) 'more than our physical bodies'. Even before we learn projection. Many come to learn OBE work or AP'ing with a well established spiritual practice in place and multiple experiences with the non-physical already. At least that is my own experience.

I tend to agree with Szaxx (e.g., you would know it).

While this mostly sounds like a regular ol' dream, it may actually be more important to explore that your subconscious is working something out and the dream is 'bubbling up' fragmented clues to you about that. Maybe start by looking deeper at the possible fears emerging during the dream (e.g., fear of killing people with the plane).

Most times that I have an astral experience, it is a fear (last time it was a sideways spinning body) that halts the experience. Fear may be the simple lesson here, as opposed to the vivid activities you describe.

Overall, because it is your dream, I suspect that none of us could answer your posed question about the dream's reality. Thanks for sharing your experience. I learned something from this.

No, the messages apparently did not get there. However, each time I sent a 2nd message (and clicked the save to the outbox button) and it got there. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

If I just need to remember to click outbox button each time, then I will do that from now on (which I think I will do anyway).

I am curious if anyone else has experienced this strange phenomena . I have messaged a couple of people here on AP over the last month, since registering. Two of my messages just disappeared (e.g., sent but never went and simply disappeared). btw, I know about the check boxes for the outbox (found that on-off switch).

Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe one of the facilitators can speak to this?

I have re-read your question answers from this morning.

Yeah, I agree that "there is always more", but I have decided that I also want to respect your time and talents. You have generously provided a lot of information here. Also, you have already diligently documented and openly shared so many of your experiences on YouTube, Facebook, Google+ and your Talkboard over the last 6 years. After seeing today's responses, I do not see a "gap" in this information over time (e.g., I thought there might be when we began).

Now I do not see a need to continue to impose rigorous questions to you here.  If there are newer developments in your relationship with Anton (that you wish to share in the future here and discuss), then know I will remain very interested in that.

Overall, your responses to my questions make a great deal of sense (to me). For example, your visual experiences with (and orientation to) colors, patterns and shapes are what many non-physical entities suggest as "practice". It is how beings on the various levels of existence connect and communicate, and many consider this advancement a preparation for the next evolution (e.g., I already know you are in that camp). Finally, I remain curious in learning what level of consciousness Anton is (and the others are) generally learning their own lessons from. Maybe that tidbit can be shared in a future.

From my own experience, bargaining for data is a challenge in either physical or non-physical reality (and don't get me started on that topic as you will probably regret it .. I've got lots of stories)

I appreciate your light-heartedness. There are certainly advantages to visualizing.

It is my individual experience that non-physical entities do reveal details about themselves (e.g., levels, locations, associations, histories) so in the beginning questions, I thought to go for the "level questions". Michael Newton does this kind of quantification and describing in his Life Between Lives books. It seemed like a reasonable start to our process.

I started with the "circle within a circle" (e.g., the 7 within the 49), because I have listened to a non-physical beings quantify it is this way (see Explorer Series tape #5 at TMI). A particular being identified themself as coming from level 46 and functioning as a guide in our physical reality (as a reference, physical reality levels were referenced as 1 to 21 with humans experiencing level 15 to 21). The being also confirmed that the levels of experience (consciousness) were related to our chakras and etheric body.

And as another example, Tom Kenyon (who channels the Hathors) quantify levels of consciousness with number. Based on what you have indicated above, you are most conscious of the circle (the whole, the 7th chakra). That is reasonable (and certainly not an anomaly). It can be quantified.

Overall, it seemed like a decent place to begin with the "numbers in things". The purpose of this process is first to describe - and the numbers can arrive later. And as you and I agree, no one is charging anything here - just describing for now (and the "now" is the best place).

Actually, no one is charging you anything here. You are reading everything both Casey and I are sharing and individually discussing for free. These are Casey's experiences, but you can certainly have your criticisms of her experiences and mine. As a teacher and mentor of mine says, "that is your business" (and not anyone elses).

You obviously did not read Casey's responses (above). Anton is related to Casey's soul. Also, Casey is developing into the channel (not Anton).

My suggestion to you specifically is before sitting back and making rash judgments, READ the posts above first. Quick judgment (without doing your homework first) is just evidence of a closed mind. This is not about what people believe or don't believe - it is about Casey's experience.

If you decide to (peacefully) follow along here, I can assure you that Casey will provide answers to the questions I am presenting. And unfortunately, since space does not exist in the higher dimensions, mapping that would eventually become futile. Finally, in regards to individual experience, my own map is already in my personal journal. Hope this helps and saves you some time in your search.

I have thought through this, and I would like to suggest having a conversation that might take place over the next several weeks. I can envision asking a set of 4 to 6 questions every 1 to 2 weeks here on the AP forum. I will disclose that I have a background in community research and program evaluation. My intention here is to use some of those skills 'to document and describe the processes associated with your experiences with Anton and the others'. I am not publishing any papers, conducting research, or writing any books from this (e.g., no hidden agendas). I am an explorer. This question process will be a very public and somewhat informal conversation, yet highly descriptive. Whatever is written here (by each of us) will be 'a recording' of that description.

Feel free to take your time to answer the questions (several days, if needed). You can answer 1 or 2 at a time, if helpful to you (or the others). We can easily start and stop, as needed. Today, I am focusing generally on: (A) How do your etheric-level synchronizations happen (Q2, Q3, Q4)? (B) Who is Anton in relationship to this level of physical existence (Q5)? (C) Questions that help us plan ahead (Q1, Q6).

1.   Are the others (including Anton) providing DIRECT input for your responses today (Yes / No)? If "No", are they participating consciously at any level (e.g., listening, having awareness of what you are doing)? Are you (Casey) receiving any INDIRECT 'download of information' from outside of yourself (including Anton) after reading today's questions?

2.   I realize that you have generally discussed your preparation for non-human contact (above), however, I think that we need more descriptive material about that, so you may need to repeat or further clarify some prior answers.

Before you began non-human contact, and once you were consciously out of the physical body and projecting on the etheric level, were you then sitting down and meditating (and holding a particular level of consciousness) within that 2nd setting or reality? What did you specifically do? Did the way you do this change over time (e.g., leading to synchronization)? Be specific as possible with your KEY experiences. For example, when you began did you walk to a visualized space craft or another etheric room, go through metaphorical doors or windows, sit down with an entity, lie down on an examination table, etc.? If you want to provide a link to an old YouTube video, that's fine, but if possible, mention a relevant time stamp for the specific information you are responding with.

3.   Has your etheric body (e.g., the chakras) been altered or adjusted in any way (since years 2010-2011 when initial non-human contact began)? Were those changes made by energies outside yourself? Have those specific changes ever been revealed to your consciousness?

4.   What is involved in your synchronization process "now"? When you are synchronizing, are you focused on a particular chakra (or level of Consciousness) for this process? If not, how would you (Casey) describe the process and the specific level of your consciousness when you are synchronizing (and in contact with the other life forms)? Are any chakras specifically opened before (a) initiating synchronization within the etheric plane or (b) the projection into the etheric realm? If so, which ones are opened and when? Are you using the two chakras (8th and 9th) above the crown (7th) chakra to reach into and engage non-humans within the astral realms? Are you using something different now than our 7 level energy system (e.g., such as the 9 levels of consciousness suggested by Bashar)?

5.   Who is Anton in relationship to your soul or true essence (e.g., my general definition of the soul here is that which holds all our life times and memories of those life times. I acknowledge the soul is more than that)? Is Anton a future version of yourself? Do you share the same higher self? If none of this applies, then how would you describe Anton based on your current experience? How have your personal guides or helpers been involved in your connection with Anton and the others? Was your soul split (e.g., Casey and Anton resulted from that)?

6.   Are you familiar with the Universe's "cosmology of sevens" (e.g., levels of existence - 7, 49, 343, ad infinitum)? The cosmology of seven is not well known from my experience, and is often misrepresented by even esoteric religions (e.g., Theosophy). However, I mention this specifically as it can provide a reliable way to understand the spiritual evolvement of Anton (and the others) in relationship to current physical existence. It may also provide further understanding about how you communicate with them.

Thank you for your considerations! If at any moment in this process, you are uncomfortable with this experience (or have a question), do not hesitate to let me know. And if we need to stop, then that's what we will do.

I'm waiting to see what your post-analysis says and for any outcomes-results. There is not enough of this kind of lab-like experimentation in the OBE community (from what I can see). Lots of NDE, remote viewing, etc. experimentation.

First, I apologize (I will NOT do that again here). I have fixed the modifications to my questions (above), so the conversation between us makes sense here.

Second, I have an understanding of how you and Darrell differ. Over at the TMI (e.g., Monroe) web site, they have some older recordings where an explorer is in Focus 12 and then learns to step out of the way for the visiting entity. Miranon is name of the being (Explorer recordings #5, #6, #13 and #14). It is one of my favorites, and has actually been life changing for me. So, I get the current difference between you and Darrell.

As questions or clarifications come up, I will post them here (on this thread). I think that this is a good place for the conversation. So if you want to share any of my questions elsewhere (e.g., on your blog, web site, etc), you have my complete permission to do that. As stated, I think that these conversations (and documenting the processes and eventual outcomes) is important work.

So, the eventual kundalini experience (1st event) in 2009 was just a preparation for what then began (2nd event) in about 2011 (e.g., the OBE's where your etheric body was prepared)?

And, in the last two years, you were introduced to Anton and were "braided"? So, are you now formally channeling Anton (?) - much like Darrell Anka channels Bashar (who you consulted during these processes)? Also (here's a good question), you are able now to show Anton in the crystal, ONLY because you are braided? Is that assumption correct?

I think that this stuff is important to talk about, because these processes are not made very clear (even in the OBE community).

Over the past three weeks, I have watched several of the videos on your YouTube channel to understand more about your individual experiences. Thanks for sharing your personal developments, experiences and related processes – especially on this particular topic (e.g., other life forms in the non-physical). You really put yourself out there (imo).

After noticing a time gap from your last posted YouTube video about your non-physical encounters (e.g., in 2012), your recent experience posted on Facebook (e.g., the image in the crystal above) did catch my attention. I had been curious about "What happened with the rest of your story?" as I still had some basic questions (and rather dramatic) like "What did this girl get herself into?" and "Why would she invite this stuff?"

I am a new traveler, so I don't want non-physical strangers poking and prodding at my etheric body yet and I am still exploring my own consent issues with the non-physical.

Anyway, I wanted to take a moment to say "hello" and let you know that I am following along as you share these (and other) personal experiences. Thanks again for being so open with this stuff.

Yes, everything you said about our water problem is true. Near where I live (maybe 20 miles) they are already considering a desalinization plant. I think that one will happen, however out near Malibu (which is about 60 miles and they want to make a really big one), it will probably not happen because of people's attitudes. Things tend to happen regionally in California.

I am still learning about 'Pulse'. I have recently stepped aside from OBE practice while I absorb some of the old content here (from a few years ago). I find myself agreeing with a lot of what Frank Kepple said, but at the same time, I find that 'Pulse' is riddled with rather poor or bad information about the Monroe Institute and Robert Monroe. Personally, I have found TMI very helpful, so when someone is negative about TMI, I practice detachment and step back. It creates a 'stop and start' process for me.

After some research, I started with Secret of the Soul. It's my favorite so far, as I was encouraged that it consistently pointed back to spirituality as the reason to pursue OBE. My original intention when pursuing OBE's was to expand my spiritual practice. I also read 'Adventures'. Buhlman is very good.

I recently bought Robert Bruce's first edition AD book on Amazon, but I am not impressed with it. That may be because it is an e-book and there is no Table of Contents - you just have to read through the book from start to finish. I may keep it as a reference. I am a bit disappointed that he scares people a bit in regards to the negative aspects of the non-physical. Explanations from Buhlman (and many others) make much more sense to me (e.g., that it is a reflection of own fears, that entities are simply unevolved).

I like California (but it's not cheap, especially the water now). Yeah, the weather is excellent. However, after cutting back on our water use, the front yard has already started dying, and I have collected nearly 2,000 gallons of rain water this season for our garden (e.g., so we can keep it). Currently, there are some trade offs. And there are some things that we are finally catching up with Canada on, like healthcare for everyone.
