I think most of the problems are coming from the fact that - if you can experience some kind of vibration "stage", other's experience some other issues - people want to use technics instead of let the process unfold. Many people tried to use methods to get "out" and got stucked parts, instead of relax more and don't think of any body parts.
For example I found my focus in distant music or sounds, to keep my attention on them - not on my body, but still I hang up on my body sometimes.
It takes practice.

Interesting! Today I was reading another thread (Star Seeds and ETs)and followed a link to a youtube by Delores Cannon. In that video Delores talks about having to experience all life on planet Earth and she talks about the plant kingdom. And suddenly it made sense. Here's a quote from my original post up top.

"One of the ladies (long black hair with a white skunk streak) leaned forward over the desk and told me, "I know you, we used to be Blossoms together."

Love it when a puzzle piece finds a home. :-)

Well we got a coincidence today, it seems, we got some answers. :)

Aaand another useful practice could be, that if you woke up, try to keep the dream in mind. Now for me, I can grab the most, like huge dream blocks. Therefore, your brain will fill the gaps as best as you can to reconstruct the events.

Why are we saying always or me that you need to first remember them? Because you are living your dreams up in the non-physical as you try to AP there or phase. The physical world is just a big label, which differentiates this current life from the source. The real life continues there after you fall asleep, I think Robert Moss said this similarly. I like that man, full of - in the moment - attitude and joy lol.

Hey there, I know this topic is a little bit old but I just grabbed it and read through. Volgerie you got interesting insights and I'm not so different so.

I searched up for Dolores Cannon on youtube and found this video. It is mindblowing. Even if other's are still thinking inside a box, you will get a good day at leasts or make sense to your life, so please watch it.
Just watch closely what did you do in your current life, what personality do you have, what causes you blocks etc. If you had feelings deep inside you that you feel from "where" did you come from and what could be your purpose now here, it is for a reason.

Yes I'm keeping a dream diary and my recall is improving.  I've started waking up after each rem cycle which is good as this helps.  I am a little lazy though and sometimes I'll go back to sleep instead of writing my dream down. I end up kicking myself in the morning when I can't remember. I'm improving though.

That's great :D Keep on going and try to program your subconscious with "already happened" like statements. It will help. I did this.

Hi there! :)

For first, try to always write down your dreams to a dairy. I use my PC for this. If you can remember your dreams in almost full detail when you wake up and run to write them down that is cool, I'm doing it too. Just get up if you want to and do it.

The second one is, try to tell yourself with a little imagination, that you are aware when you are asleep in your dreams. This can help too.

So waking up today, I remember this dream where I somehow found myself leaving earth or some earth like planet in a hurry(forgot why). I remember being with 3 others in this big UFO and after a short while we were on an earth like planet. I felt the presence of another UFO below us and our ufo translated their words into our language effortlessly.. We then for some reason landed on what may have been a floating island with an old-looking village. Some people didn't like us due to some leader trying to portray us as bad beings of some sort, but we somehow fought him off and came off on good terms with these beings. I don't remember everything in detail and some things were lost, but im thinking that maybe this wasn't just a dream?

In my opinion and with my experiences, dreams are as real as you are reading this now. With better awareness, you will see that you just lay down to sleep at night and the journey continues. Even if it is your mind's game from previous days lol. Dream is just a word for something, which is happening after we disconnect our bodies. Dreams are NP life :) Of course the ETs or the UFO could be symbols. It is your perception what is real to you, if you felt that way then it was :D

Hi! :)
Everybody is in the non-physical over night. If you have lucid dreams where you are very aware what is happening, acting freely etc, it is projection. You could try to write down your dreams first for the best "dream" recall. Dreams are various degrees of travelling to the NP. To learn to project directly from the pyhsical world is much more difficult and it is a learning process.
Sooner or later you will see that if you have enough awareness in dreams, that you can't differentiate you are in the pyhsical or not, you will see that the physical and the endless non-physical is almost the same as a contiuing learning process. You are doing your daily things until the evening, and the consciousness continuum continues over night. Of course people who can't remember their dreams from the night, need to pull that awareness level up :D

If my questions are not ok tell me.:(

Hi! You should rather search for these topics on the Pulse on your own. You will get some answers that way surely. But I think pros will answer to these questions later. In the search engine, try to search for different words or word connections between the " " signs. You will get most answers pretty fast : )

Thanks a lot for your suggestion! The problem is, I am a heavy sleeper and I don't feel anything when I sleep, remembering dreams is near to impossible for me, and when I do they're always something that's too mixed up and illogical that I sometimes question if that was actually what I dreamt. I did try meditating, but again nothing happens and I don't feel relaxed.

With just meditation, nothing happens to some people, it is normal. But first you need to learn to just relax your body and mind and calm it down. Try to just observe your thoughts in your mind.

I think it can help to sleep a little bit more if you are heavy sleeper, because it can show me that you are not sleeping enough. Impatience is a common problem. I think we need to first learn to not do everything at once - just like me - and there is plenty of time to explore everything. The intent itself before sleeps can maybe help too, if you say for yourself that before I fall asleep, I will be aware in my dreams (for example). The subconscious itself needs some reprogramming.

Binaural beats are for me like just deep relaxation, nothing more. I listen to them, but the beats themselves don't make you project in my opinion (others accidentally can do it somehow), your mindwork will do it with imagination. Imagination connects you to the NP.

I hope this helps

Hi and welcome!

I can give you some first step tips if you don't mind.

First, you need to remember your dreams, and gain good awareness in them. Maybe others can achieve projections without this step, but they will have a bad recall from the experiences in my opinion - or even zero. If you can't remember your dreams in so much detail, than try to get up after every dream, and try to write down whatever you remember from them, to a piece of paper with pen or on your computer and make a diary file. Dreams are happening in the non-pyhsical, and with various categories, depending on your awareness.

Secondly, try to learn how to relax your body and mind completely - it is called meditation - but you will find your own style, method. You need to later switch off your focus on your body and use your imagination.

Advanced travellers could maybe say the same issues, and to know that this is an art and you need to first walk before you run.

I hope these ones will help you in the beginnings. Don't rush it  : )  It is a serious business, to know and investigate, what is your desire.

Haha, thanks Phil for clarifying. I totally read that wrong. Keeping a journal is def. helpful.

I can imagine how others are escaping to the dream world and don't want to live their primal life lol.

Do you spend all of your time dreaming? I don't think we are supposed to live in our dreams.

No :) Don't misunderstand me. I dream at night and towards the morning. Regular sleeping.
When I say days pass by, it means that in the NP when you have that "life" the time doesn't really matter, you sleep some hours maybe in the pyhsical and there, you spend days.
I'm writing down most of my dreams when I wake up, but sometimes they are so messy, I don't want to lol :D If you wait too much between "dreams", the previous ones start to fade in blocks of informations. But most of the time I can recall 3-4-5 dreams in a row.

Thanks Lumaza :D
#194
Nice :) Keep on going.

My dreams (around 50-75% of them) now don't have a "dream" category, because I can't differentiate them from the "physical" world anymore. Of course I can, but after I deserved my awareness in them, it is like a huge gift when You dream. 3-4-5 dreams/night-morning. I was always a good dreamer, but now that is my second life already, and days pass by while I'm "there" also.

I lost all of my friends which I got not just from childhood but but from high school and after it. Some of them were 10-15 years friendships. I tried to fight for them to get them back but you can't. Some connections did brake suddenly out of nowhere. After I got on this path I later realized that maybe our friends are like guides in the NP. While they have or you have a task with him/her/them, you are together and after that they are on their own.
I had a really good friend, who turned out to be suddenly a father with two little girls, and our connection after one year just gone suddenly. A really good guy for being a friend.
Other friendships were just pulling-pushing like, I tried to make connections stronger but always the other side was the weaker and others are just stayed on their path. Ok to tell the truth most of them were too boring after a little while and somehow our paths are just going in the opposite direction.
I had another friend for example, with whom we were together, playing PC games, having fun, or just taking hours, going here and there, for about 10 years and he's just started to be hugely egoistic! I couldn't believe it and I couldn't stay with him for a friendship anymore. It was like a joke, like a hidden force made his path to a totally different direction.

My best guess today is that our friends are there for a certain time and after that maybe they are off and continuing their journey to elsewhere. You can't fight for them because it is like you are too different now or they are. Of course there is a factor there that your friendship was some kind of exploding one.
Strong issue could be if you are the one who are trying to make your connection better and the other one is like in a bubble and not even recognize your role in that. Energy vampires could be like that lol. I had some too.
I also thought for years that maybe the disconnections were my problem but I couldn't find any issue on my side. Simply they are on their own way now and you can't turn them around anymore.

Phildan1.  Thanks for response.

The whole 'Think and Grow Rich' reference caught me by surprise, and I didn't know what you were referencing.   I didn't realize you were applying that specific book's underlying concept to this forum's content.  My misunderstanding it seems.  All constructive concepts can be helpful.  Thanks again.

Ok no problem :)

It's just so scientifically based (a subject / area I'm not good at as of yet) so that's why I really don't understand it. Maybe I'll read it again.

Also that book (think and grow rich) can be used for purposes other than just money. Even though most people who read it just read it for money.

Sorry Luffy28, I just wanted to help with my viewpoint on that book. Of course we can use up books for different purposes.  Think and grow rich can help of course in changing the mindset so it is ok for that too. Thats why it is better to start to learn program your mind yourself.
Madmagus read that book and you will know it. I'm helping, not arguing.

Thank you,
I already have the book and have read most of it but it seems confusing to me. I'm reading the original version of think and grow rich (only available online not / barely a physical copy) and this is where I'm getting my hope / desire to ap. I'm constantly in a desire / money conscious frame of mind toward quick ap or ap working from the phase book.

I tried last night but went to bed too late, so the alarms didn't awaken me (plus the third phone I found didn't work  :x).

I'll try your advice once / if someone can explain to me the (or their) interpretation of the book.

I've read that book maybe a year ago and I used it for what is the subject - money and trading. Now after you see so many books and read them as that, you will see that it is just a book. I've read it carefully, wrote out so much clue texts and when I finished it I was so happy I know something and no, not really.

We can't make the first conscious AP - or whatever the term - happen because first, we need to learn to walk. If you are serious about investigating in the NP as me, you will need to accept that this whole learning process will not happen from one moment to the another. If it will, or you are achieving AP in a few weeks or days, something is wrong I think and you can't reacreate it so soon. We need to learn it, on our own. I think no matter who or how did achieve his/her first one or the next ones, it is their experience, their "technic" and their life or experience :) You have your own.

Hope is a good thing but you need to use it for yourself and believe in yourself. It will greatly help. Sometimes we got really impatient but it will pay out if there is hard work behind it. Of course that book alone can sure help in other aspects, to understand it. I was not so close even to this path when I've finished it, I was just FX trading and not with success.

So there are certain steps which you can't - as now I know - skip. Remove fear, learn to realx your body properly etc. My best subject is the guides/helpers. Now mine or not interacting with me because a good teacher lets it's student (my guess only for myself) to evolve on it's own. Other got out easily on their first or few tries and got scared, didn't know the whole thing or it is fascinating and not so mature to explore. Or they can explore but it is just a selfillusion and not investigating and exploring.

I hope these will help. Don't give up, but you need to believe in yourself and you can try subconscious programming  :)

:D

Btw I can give beginners a tip if you want to experience sleep paralysis on your own. I worked it out easily, how to do it. I had never got one in my decades and I think it is not necessary for projection. You need to just imagine physically (and/or mentally) that you are on a very very strong magnetic surface. I could say on a neutron star : )
Now try to imagine - if laying on your back - that a huge pulling force (gravity of course) pulling your back, everywhere, where your body is on the bed and touches it. You feel that you are heavier and heavier and you can reach a point where it hurts really :D I don't really like it but I can do it for fun some times. Your neck could be the worst place at the peak lol.
Just feel it on your back, along where you are on the mattress.

It is just a mental work.

QuotePhildan1, I wish you success. I would say you'll meet them when the time is right but doesn't that just want to make you scream? Lol.

Thank you : )  I'm not that kind of screaming man. Szaxx is the man who knows I had a few weeks back a tough fear test and I didn't even run away or scream like hell lol.
Well who knows when will the time be right lol.
