I was pulled through a wall not too long ago from a conscious projection. As soon as i hit the wall i blacked out and arrived in a very pretty park.

Thank you Micheal E. and EOL. I am going to look up reviews for those books and information on them, or If I happen to see them in borders I will likely simply buy them straight away. My studies have been lacking lately and I need to do more research rather than indulge.

If you havnt already seen, here are some reviews of books on magic provided by our lovely astral pulsers. Adapt of light and the moderators give some good insight, as usual.

Hello!

I've tried turning and cutting core-images as prescribed, but this method is mostly unsatisfactory as it is hard to really know that a neg has been cut out of the system, so to speak.
Also locating negs and traumas is difficult as they tend to remain hidden.
I've found that negs clothe themselves in illusion, and they want to remain hidden.
Also I know that the negs I have trouble with is like a big bunch of entities.

Thankful for all advice!

I think there will be some form of feedback as to if the neg has been cut out or not. The feedback has come in the form of a feeling of transcendance or a weight off your shoulders, sometimes there are physiological forms of feedback like: a sharp tingling spreading through some area where the chord/neg had been or influenced strongly. I think the most likely form of feedback you will get letting you know that something has been done will be psychological, and the psychological change will be a more permanent feeling as opposed to a fleeting good mood or just having an especially grounded day.

As for the turning and cutting method, i have had some problems with that as well, mostly with trying to get the dern image to turn over. Sometimes i will just give up and create my own fantasy of it turning over and cutting grisly roots, but the result of that is never satisfactory.

With the placebo effect it is the matter of suggestion that has an effect. so i think i see what you are getting at here... Are you trying to say that mobile awareness is a form of suggestion using the imagination to feel sensations sensations that arnt really there, basically that what we feel when doing m.b.a drills is not real but a result of suggestive imagination?

If you arnt getting feedback of a change in the status of your chakra in the form of a physiological response such as an opening sensation, you can keep an eye out for any psychological changes. These type of changes are sometimes a bit difficult to notice as well but you may have people reacting to you differently or just coming up to you and saying something like "you look so peaceful today" or maybe even "you look tense, or bottled up". Psychological changes can occur when the chakras open especially in terms of how you experience feelings, sometimes things from the past are brought to the surface when they start to open. Changes in mood whether positive or negative can be attributed to your energy work.

Church goers go in to a light trance during prayer, sometimes the conviction of a pastor can lull the followers into a kind of trance. So for the powers that be to say going into a trance in unholy then that can be quite a contradiction. I am inclined to a gree with james, its partly a control issue, if followers could gather spiritual info through a trance on thier own it might point out contradictions to the churchs assumptions and weaken thier influence. The church might go outta buisness if people started being thier own apostles!

I dont know if this will be able to help you at all and this may sound a bit corny and not so powerful but...

if you encounter anything that makes you afraid in the dream/astral/rtz, smile, turn the corners of your mouth and eyes up and gently smile to yourself...relax, and reach out towards feelings of love within you extend it outside yourself, move on.

Aaahhhhh yes, feeling, and letting go.  I understand.

Does anyone else have the vibrations that are physical like a seizure?

yea in the beggining the vibes would be so intense they would physically shake me awake. Sometimes it was my entire body, sometimes just a limb. It is very strange to wake up and see your arm shaking like a rattle, but the good news is that it always stopped very shortly. Now the vibes have turned into a large vibrating ball that rolls up and down my body. The area it rolls on becomes very heavy as if paralyzed and thats when i make an effort to feel as if i am lifting, sliding, rolling out.

I dont know why the vibes are so intense. Ive heard that it is conscious awareness of the process of sleep paralysis and that the vibes are a tactile hallucination of this naturally occuring part of sleep. I m not quite sure this can be right because how does it explain all these different people having the same hallucination. Hallucinations are usually highly subjective from individual to individual.
Another explaination is that the vibes are the double body in the process of being created. It doesnt really explain why it is so intense though.

Hola Gato!,

Yea, excess energy running around can be a bit annoying when your trying to get some sleep. What you can try that has worked for me is to focus on gathering energy into the navel and belly area, its good for storing energy. If thats not working focus down to the feet or into the earth and then back up to the navel. The navel is like an energy cell, stores up the juice when its not in use, whereas the upper areas arnt to good at storing energy for long periods and can get ya restless when trying to relax if energy is left around there too long.

Hi thelou,

From my experience one of the things that you can do to "get you out" upon feelin the vibes is to FEEL as if you are getting up or sliding out, rolling out, any feeling of body movement leaving from your body in bed. It may sound simplistic but it works for me and others i have spoken to.

yep thats exactly what i do. I tell myself with urgency to take notice of any change in my state of mind as i drift off and to notice as soon as the vibes start.

Anyway during this OBE experience I was aware of the tone in the background as I was feeling the vibrations, after a short while the pitch suddenly raised to such a point that it was almost unbearable.

Hi sampson,

The same thing has happened to me too except the noise started out as a roaring and got higher pitched as the vibrations went up my body. It also got to a point where it was unbearable and very painful. When i woke up the pain lingered and i couldnt listen to loud noises in my right ear for a couple of months because i would get a similar piercing sensation in it. i can listen to loud noises now without pain, but the ear is still very sensative to sound.

I think this happened because at the time i was trying to force the  vibrations to stop and the vibes stopped at my ear and kind of built up in there too much. It was either that or i have a really big blockage in my ear or my ear was just tensed up and the vibes wernt able to pass it. The high pitched noise still happens but without so much pain i believe if the next time that happens you relax your ears into the vibes it should be ok. Just make remembering to relax the vibes into and through your ears a priority next time it happens because sometimes things can get forgotten during the intensity of it all.

By the way, do you know other good books for mastering AP??

The art and practice of astral projection by Ophiel is pretty good also exploring the world of lucid dreaming is, IMHO, the most practical book out there. some of what Robert Bruce talks about in Astral Dynamics is probably influenced by Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming or from some of the stuff EWOLD came from.

yea it can get so fuzzy in there remembering to carry out your intentions can get lost pretty easy. One thing ive done that has helped with remembering my intention to project is to set up a list of 4 or five things like: looking up at the sky, making someone laugh, smelling something sweet, touching something warm, make a list like that with differet actions for everyday for  week or so, memorize the list for the day your at. when you wake up tell yourself to remember that it is important to take note of the occurance of the items on your list and throughout the day take note of their occurance.

This helps your remembering to do things in the future capacities. I have found i remember things i want to do or notice best when i feel that it is of extreme importance that it gets done or noticed. So really put some feeling into it stretch out your enthusiasm to remember to notice as far as possible .

I had one ET experience last November. I projected, met up with a guide blacked out and regained consciousness by the side of two little grey fellows. At first i didnt think they knew i was there because they didnt seem to acknowledge my presance, they were busy doing something in front of some kind of computer without a moniter. I said to myself that i would just sit back and observe what they were doing since i didnt think they knew i was there and upon that thought one of them popped up out of the chair and came up to me. He shook my hand and said somethings that were basically introductory, it wasnt really words that were said more like feelings. He/she/it seemed rather pleasant not the typical scary abduction protrayed in movies.

A good way to have lucid dreams is to first familiarize yourself with the dream world. Keeping a dream journal and copying every detail about the dreams you have will give you insight into some common themes you will find among them that can tip you off of you r dream state. For example i commonly dream of walking around in places ive never been before. So, next time i become aware of a dream in which i find that i am in someplace im totally unfamiliar with i know to question my state of awareness to check if im dreaming.Once you realize that you are dreaming you have become lucid and can do pretty much anything.

Other things to look for in your dreams are your own feelings: for example if you are dreaming you are yelling at your brother about something little, you can say wait a minute im not like this and realize its a dream and take control. Also things that are out of place for example your bed is on another side of the room or your cat is on the cieling things like that should be looked out for. Do lots of reality checks during the day, and question your surroundings as if you were thinking you are in a dream. For example: if you have common dreams where your surroundings are mispaced you could sit in your room and consciously check to see if everything is in the right order or just as you are walking down the street check to see if a tree is unnaturally bright or someother phenomenon. By doing frequent checks you carry the habit over into the dream world and you can find yourself doing reality checks there that will realize lucidity.

Another thing that helps greatly is to keep a goal journal. Set clear and specific realistic goals for yourself. Make sure you have long-term goals and short-term goals for example:

Long-term goal: to increase the number of lucid dreams i have this month
Short-term goal: 1.to remember at least two dreams a night for a week
2. to have at least 2 lucid dreams a week.

Update your goal journal according to your success.

If your trying to find out what the differece is between an Astral Projection a rtz projection and a lucid dream, i believe the fundamental difference between the three is the state of awareness. Each one has an either more or less refined state of awareness feeling about them. Also what i have heard but havnt been able to confirm is that the RTZ is very similar to the physical and a physical counterpart can be viewed in the RTZ of an object which can later be verified. I think the astral has no physical equivalent in this way, but i really dont have enough experience to back up the assumption.

quote:
It is also possible to share (as a form of telepathy) a collective illusion, and from what I've heard, Astral Pulse Island is one of these.

I dont know if i would go so far as to say that Astral pulse island is an illusional location. Lets say for example that thoughts, especially collective thoughts can create locations in the astral where people can meet and repeat things that can be verified later on at the location, in a illusional location this might not be possible so this would be something that needs to be tested out.

quote:
I should have been far more specific in my first post. I was mainly considering projections that are somewhat similar to reality, but with many distortions. I often hear of these described as the Astral Plane.

I beleieve the closest thing there is to the physical in which there can be a projectable double used to explore its surroundings is the RTZ. Whether it is created by the mind which is very possible is something im still trying to figure out.

I agree and disagree with this. It depends on how you are projecting. If you are naturally projecting, meaning you allow the natural occurance of the separation to happen and catch it in the process and go along for the ride then yes no concentration is needed at least for the projection itself to occurr.

If you are doing an unnatural projection, meaning one you willfully induce this can take loads of concentration and will, at least at first. Either way at least some concentration is needed otherwise you wouldnt even remember that you wanted to be able to project.

Hello Edi,

What do the Zeta think about these statements from: http://www.thiaoouba.com/faq.htm

1) Q. What about Grays and other aliens seen on Earth ?
A. There are some races of people on a similar level of mentality to ours, visiting us on Earth. Michel was given telepathic permission from Thiaoouba in 1995 to talk about Grays in front of TV cameras in the USA. Gray people are from a "planet of sorrows" too, and on their own planet they have completely lost their immune system, as a consequence of their "civilized" activities. Simply speaking they are going extinct very quickly.

They have the technology to come to Earth and they come here to watch the reactions of our immune system, because we just started loosing ours in 1948. They hope, that by observing our reactions they can help themselves. They have implanted about 150 people world-wide (not 5 million as some say) with monitoring devices. People from Thiaoouba watch this activity too and clearly say that there is no danger.

2)Q. There are tons of info on Grays, Reptilians, Plaedians, TauCetis, Cassiopeans, Arcturians, Andromidans etc. on almost every Web site I visit but nothing on the Thiaooubans ?
A. There are many ways to distort the truth. People on Earth are busy amusing themselves with theories, fairy tales and scary stories - they are not yet ready for Reality... By the way, Thiaoouba is The most frequently used word in the Bible.

Translators twisted it from Hebrew as Yehova. You have to admit that this word has been known on Earth for thousands of years...

In particular, the "angel of God" in the first contact with Moses demanded to be called Thiaoouba (Yehova) ''for generations to come''. This demand is still recorded in the Hebrew version of the Old Testament (Torah). Priests soon distorted this and now Hebrew people are not even allowed to pronounce this name (!!!)

God is God and YHWH is Thiaoouba - the name of the planet, on which everyone is at least as evolved as Moses, Buddha or Jesus.

3)"Telepathic (mind-to-mind) communication is not only possible, but it is an observable reality. Every dog can do it - just ask an intelligent and observable dog owner. I try to practice telepathy at every opportunity and I find it very inspiring.

However, telepathically received information is not necessarily better than any other. Just as any medium of communication - it can be misused to push propaganda and misinformation.

Individuals who use "mediumships" are quite primitive in the scale of the Universe. They can only impress total ignorants, like some of us on Earth.

Truly evolved entities (including our own Higher Selves) find more intelligent ways to communicate. Their messages do not negate Observable Reality in any way, are not self-contradicting, and do not interfere with our Freedom of Choice and Freedom of Thought in any way. If you use these criteria, you will be able to distinguish the diamond in the pile of clutter. "[Tom Chalko]

Hi rcatania,

welcome aboard![:D]

I can relate to what you are describing. When i first found out about AP i was around 15 and didnt have any problems getting vibrations. Now im 24 and cant get out or get vibrations nearly as much as then.

Maybe your not as enthusiastic or excited as you were when AP'ing was new. From my experience success rates are very closely related to sincere enthusiasm.

The reason why i cant project as often as i did when i was younger is because when i was younger the projections and vibes would happen on thier own and at times against my will. This caused me great discomfort and i ended up tryingto force the vibes and exits to stop which created a conditioned abort response to them. The way i got rid of the spontaneousness of it was by dropping the topic all together for several years and even now when i am getting back into the topic i am dealing with the conditioning that i created as a teenager. So maybe you can try looking back to the very first periods of your OOBE and see if there was some kind of conditioning going on that maybe effecting you today.

If your lack of success has to do with low levels of enthusiasm try thinking back to when it was new to you and how the great wonder of it all felt. Or grab up a couple of your favorite books on the topic and dive into them with child-like wonder and imagine how wonderful it would be to be able to do it all again.
