When I did  I felt this strong tingling sensation and I was moving my hand very slowly... It felt like my hand was still on my bed, but at the same not

I get this all the time! At the same time this happens, it feels like my face is going inside of the bed, it's really amazing. Although I don't know exactly what this is, I'm hoping it's progress!

PR, while meditating/practicing AP, does it suddenly look like somebody lit a lighbulb right in front of your eyes?
I've been doing a variation of your method for awhile, and at the point where I'm just about asleep everything turns bright red behind my eyes.

I always believed in God and the Bible.  No way life on earth formed by itself, and nobody is gonna tell me differently.
I always get a good laugh at atheists when they try to explain their half-baked theories on evolution and how it all started by itself

lol, I'm an evolutionist, but still believe that the 'higher power' created the first cell from which we all began, and we were gifted with abilities (imagination, desire, consciousness).
I wouldn't go so far as to call the atheists theory 'half-baked'(just because somebody might be offended at the term - even though this forum generally follows the belief of surviving the physical death)... although I don't buy it either.

My name is Mary, I'm Canadian eh? going on 18, I've had several Lucid Dreams, experienced Astral vision, I have frequent Remote Viewings, but I have yet to have a conscious Astral Projection. Been practicing for about 2 1/2 months.

Has anyone else noticed you're a happier person after AP'ing??
I'm a bundle of joy to be around lately, always smiling, cracking jokes.....etc.  Not that I was depressing before I'm just a lot livelier.

Even though I have yet to have a successful AP, I'm a much lovelier person these days too. 
Did you practice energy work before starting AP?
I never got into spirituality stuff until about 3 months ago, and since then my entire identity has changed... in a good way though. 

After I lay down and try to AP, get to the vibration stage, make my vibrations stronger, then fail, I seem to have too much energy in my body. I'm usually shaking and for the first few minutes after I open my eyes it's like I'm seeing half into another dimension?
I know it sounds weird, that's basically the only way I can describe it, I see how another dimension 'vibrates' and how ours 'vibrates', and I can't see properly.
Also, sometimes my head will hurt extremely bad  .. I assumed this was all because of too much energy, what do I do?
Anybody?

This might be a little X rated but I want to know: what happens when you actually orgasm in the astral?......do you wake up and find you have done it in the physical also?

There was a study done on lucid-dream sex, and apparently if you orgasm in a lucid then you do in your physical body too, but I'm not sure about Astral sex?
Since you do while you're lucid I don't see why you wouldn't in the Astral

I just wanted to know what it was because I heard a few stories involving 'Astral sex' and it sounds a bit funny, since you're just a blob of energy, lol

What exactly is Astral sex? What do you do? What does it feel like?

You need not for other people to believe you, all you need is to believe yourself, and know the truth. This kind of verification must be extremely exciting!

I believe in the Creator of our consciousness, the existance of which we all are.
The Bible has been re-written and translated many, many times. I'm sure everything that was originally in there is not what is in it now.

Disagreeing with the Bible or the laws of Christianity does not mean you have to disagree with the existance of God(or whatever you call him/it), all Religions worship a different 'Creator', what people do not realize is no matter what they call it, they are all the same.
Unless you are specifically talking about the 'God' in 'Christianity', and the one the bible talks of.

I think what Jesus showed us and lived for is amazing and I try to practice what he preached, in my life.

I don't know about the Bible though.

you have been gifted with the ability to achieve things that take some people years to do. Why not embrace it? Study, travel some realms, visit some loved ones, find yourself.. Of course, if you want nothing to do with this stuff that's your decision..
But the universe is an amazing place, with indescribable beauty within your reach. There are places you can go that you hadn't imagined possible..

I second that.. Forgiveness can be one of the hardest things to learn.

I thought everybody(or close to it) experiences a ton of sensations.. Hmm maybe I'm focusing too much on the feelings. 

What does the actual separation feel like? I think I've felt it in my lower body but not entirely sure..

Yea mine too... I guess some people just are not ready for what's out there. They would rather live in their nice little fantasy world where they know everything and believe that astral projection is a fun way to explore the magical astral realms.

You have nearly ruined Astral Projection for some of the newer members. Now not only are you feeding people information that sounds completely insane, you are insulting the people who disagree with you.
That is beyond rude. You have no right to say 'my way or the highway', some people don't agree with you, DEAL WITH IT.
It doesn't mean that we are 'living in our little fantasy world', it means we DON'T BELIEVE THE SAME THINGS.

#1. So these 'grays' put smiley faces near all of their victims in ONE country, and don't bother doing it in other countries because they're so smart? ooookkk....

I do not doubt the existance of other beings in our solar system and Universe, or the crop circles or UFO sightings, but a group of 4th density grays trying to take over the minds of people, and the higher power not being able to help? Basically nobody being able to help except YOU? If you're going to start telling people stuff like this you better have some damn good evidence to back it up. When people disagree with you, you act like we are all foolish and bullying you. This reminds me of the time that woman interviewed that' lizard woman' who wouldn't allow her to take pictures..
Again, I'm not saying it didn't happen, I'm just saying what are the chances, really? Kind of ironic isn't it.

I would like to know people's personal sensations that are felt while AP'ing or trying to.

For the past couple of night, my jaw has ached extremely badly for some reason. I also feel like people are grabbing and pulling my legs and feet, and sometimes like somebody is bending my feet back through the bed, to the point that it hurts. I hear what can only be described as what it would sound like if iron was screaming/yelling, that's part of the hallucinations lol
Also after I get the vibrations (even if it's pitch black) it's like somebody turns on a lightbulb right infront of my eyelids, then shapes start to form.

What are all of these?
And what sensations do you experience prior to AP'ing?

I attempted the other day and felt a weird tightening feeling all over my body. Nowadays I'm kinda impatient when I attempt to AP. How long does it take to feel the first sensation?

hehe I was the same at first   .. It used to take me up to an hour-an hour and a half to get the first vibrations, and they felt like an earthquake was happening inside my head and it was being crushed.. And finally, I got so excited I would bring myself right out of it. The more you practice, the faster the sensations will hit you. Now it usually takes me between 5-10 minutes to get the vibrations, astral vision follows shortly, and the hallucinations (voices, feel like you're being touched) comes at that time too.
Some people have a natural 'loose' hold on their physical bodies and can exit easier than others.

Age is a factor?

Anybody can AP, but I assume if you're older you'd have a looser hold on your body as opposed to if you're 16 or 17.. that's just an assumption though 

Did it occur to you that people believe what I am saying because it is the truth?

This is an open forum and if you post topics such as these, you are opening yoursf up to criticism. Why does everybody have to believe you? People are not belittling you by showing a differ in opinion. Who cares? What you believe should not be pushed onto others, and if somebody just doesn't believe the same things as you, there is nothing you can say to change their minds. All in all, you seem like an enchanting person who is very polite and nothing but nice, but it seems like your pushing beliefs onto others, trying to force people that you are the only one who can help them fight these 'grays'..

Seriously, this isn't the place to talk about this stuff, this is an Astral Projection forum.. All of that stuff sounds ridiculous. Read it from our perspectives.. Please move this before things get crazier!
