As long as I jump through the object (door or window) it doesn't matter if I walk or fly.  It's just that last moment when I approach the door/window.  THen I have to dive through.

I haven't been able to dive into a mirror though.....don't know why.

I may be mistaken.  I thought he said he had spoken to him, but I could be wrong.

I mean, ultimately your body just give up and falls asleep.

Your circadian rhythm takes over and produces melatonin to tell your body to go to sleep.

So at some point, unless you are actively trying to stay awake, you'll fall asleep.

I mean, that's what happens when we go to sleep.  As soon as we close our eyes and acknowledge that it's sleep time our brainwaves start to slow down.  The same thing happens when someone meditates. 

Perhaps it requires the intention of turning inward.  Who knows.

Yea, I use the ringing sound as a focusing device when I project.

It was actually a method put forth by Robert Peterson.  It was what I used to achieve my first conscious exit and first AP.

but alas, i lack the motivation to stick to it.  i got through day 1 and quit.  lol 

I watched 101 and wasn't terribly impressed.  Got a bad vibe from the guy.

Though, some of it was interesting i suppose.  But I never felt like it was worth buying.

I still get tons of emails telling me about all their sales and specials.

Well,

at first i can be a little depressing and lonely. 

but then you realize that you are an infinitely unique expression.

a specific energy manifests to create you.

so, while you are talking to yourself all the time, you're also talking to an infinitely unique version of yourself.

but still, in the end, i suppose you can believe that there is one fundamental foundation for everyone to exist that is beyond comprehension.

and i think that is the part that you come to truly grasp in time.  the nature of the "all that is" is much grander and queerer that you can possibly imagine.  so don't fret. just keep experiencing your experience.

someone posted a video of thomas campbell a couple weeks ago.

it was recorded at the monroe institute.

it was funny because i had a customer like the day before the post who came into my store and said he had just been at that thomas campbell lecture.

i live in richmond va by the way, like an hour from the monroe institute.  and i work in a metaphysical bookshop. (posted for context)
