So tonight again as usual I fell in love with some person again in a dream... It happens a few times a year and it is a love I have never felt in real life. Is it just me? I just want to keep living
the dream. Oh my gosh...

So I had a dream tonight involving purchasing food at a store to find out a bottle of some drink turned into two separate bottles. One thinner without the content and one other with the liquid. Apparently this was a problem and they were gonna have me wait with a somewhat long line behind me while they went and got a new functional bottle.... I didn't wanna have people waiting for me so I exited the store and came back and found out I had paid for my food, but since I left for some reason they replaced some of my products with less/lower quality. It made no sense to me and I felt like I lost something and none were being reasonable.

After a while I got to another checkout line with someone of a higher rank in the store. Seemed a bit like a chief. He tried to turn an obvious argument against me as to why they were not giving me what I had paid for. The weird thing is he didn't feel like a dream character and had glowing turquoise eyes and the pupils where more like that of a cat, but more like a line of darker blue and somehwhat transparent. They were beautiful, but this entity seemed to have an energy of knowing it could turn anything around and feed on that energy somehow? Its eyes did not look like that of a snake, cat or a lizard. It was something in between. Yet in the dream I didn't question it or feel scared, still I was aware of the presence of eyes as they shouldn't be. I think something entered my dream..? I vividly remember his eyes because(or atleast did) because his energy affected me in real life and woke me up as I did not accept his way of trying to get his way..

I haven't had any more experiences recently now. Mostly because I have been more interested in sleeping somehow(like just letting go to sleep). Although
I did wake up one morning(yesterday?) and heard someone say "I love you" as if they were feeling sympathy or leaving me, or maybe I leaving them who knows.

I also tried getting contact with my spirit guides and stopped trying and imagined myself in a field of flowers to find myself holding two people's  hands(couldn't see them though).
Then I heard a voice kind of out of nowhere audibly(but in my mind) telling me "This is xxxxx speaking".

Yes, but who knows maybe the success is temporary as before or I am having a breakthrough. Nice to be back on track though. I also have a lot more vivid dream and dream recall last few days/weeks.

Im not moving my body, I am completely immersed in the visions during theses stages. Sometimes I forget the journey there.

Amazing, I have a vague memory of entering a vision tonight again. WHat is happening!?

So, recently I have had bad sleep as stated earlier. More and more lately I have been trying to find the sleep feeling, and I have begun to find it. I can now hear voices, music and see visions
as I go to sleep and I remember more of it. This used to be common a few years back for me. Hopefully this will continue.

As I focus on the sleep feeling and the intention of letting through a vision or sound, usually an after-image begins to form and if you relax into it, then a real vision begins. I don't know how to
explain it, it is not really easy every time either. So tonight I relaxed into a vision of a sky of stars beginning to spin. Later I somehow ended up in a vision which turned out like a muted movie and
I was fully conscious trying to focus on the details, as I otherwise will end up back in real life. As the last three times it worked wonders and I followed this "movie" for quite some time although forgot
what I was watching later. Then the movie was shown through a circular hole and I got back into my body and it slightly entered sleep paralysis and I was extremely close to exiting again!

I don't know what has happened but things seem to be going good astral wise right not.

Cool! I actually love the feeling of tornadoes, especially in dreams. It feels like creation within destruction and expansion somehow.

So I have had some bad sleep recently and was awoken my family after 3-5 hours in middle of night and couldn't fall asleep for 1 hour or so.
Eventually I started finding the sleep feeling and I think I decided to lay on the back even though I don't sleep like that anymore and feels somewhat
uncomfortable these days. I started visualizing and suddenly im at an ocean and a tornado coming towards be, suddenly I could feel the tornado spinning my visualized
body with full force. As this happened I started feeling a release of my real body just a little and a little ear souns(very faint). I knew at this point I could intensify this to make
an exit and I got back into a state of void where a weord face started appearing, but I wasn't very scared and continue.


Then shortly after this I exited. I was in a dream-like state because I have trouble opening my eyes or vision without fear of opening real eyes. This time I commanded I go to astral
as I seemingly was in a dream-like state. My vision got clearer and I ended up in my old living place. I started focusing on details and everything worked out great. Looked out the window
and saw the usual things except I saw a heaven-like landscape and colours, also beautiful flowers. Then I started looking at my expected body in this experiene and was zapped back into my body.
I have a lot more lucidity these past two times and can hold the experiences for longer.


Fun fact I saw a method on reddit about stretching your finger to become lucid in your dreams. I remember the person stating in the lucid dream they want to go astral and then they do. That is
what got me into a more lucid state after the exit.

Thanks! Im all good though have gotten lots of advice and done research through the years. What helps is usually sleeping more than nine hours and just letting it happen.
I have kind of stopped trying to force it because it practically never works for me.

Long time since I had a lucid dream now. I have been sleeping badly the past few days, especially on my side. I ended up falling asleep on my back as few years before. I woke up early morning and had trouble falling asleep again and in these cases only inducing a dream will make me fall asleep. The thing is this time I somehow ended up remaining lucid(I don't remember the entry but think my imagination led to entering it lucid because I remained focused somehow, usually doesn't happen). So in the dream I immediately by feeling started playing amazing music in my consciousness and it was randomly made. Then I started focusing on things in the room to remain there and be more present, it worked. I started seeing a bookshelf with books and could clearly read what a few books were about. I could see clear detail for the staircase, walls and windows. I felt alive, free and relieved as usual. Pretty soon I fell victim to the dream and lost consciousness or woke up.

I almost forgot this but somehow when I woke up I thought about lucid dreams and remembered this. Beautiful experience being back there again. I am going to try this again tonight definitely. I feel I might have found out/found the feeling for beginning to get success with this method(hopefully). Interestingly enough as I went to sleep earlier that night I could hear random music that sounded amazing in my head(I used to have this ability, or at least with more ease 2-3 years back).

So I had a dream filled with some sort of peace tonight. In the nightsky I could see stars/starships forming beautiful patterns and moving lively. The then formed a pattern and like seeing a picture in my mind's eye a picture of beautiful dolphins came into the sky by these stars forming some screen somehow. Later I found myself in another dream up high in an apartment building(modern and expensive supposedly with an amazing view). I could see baloon like ufos hanging in the air a bit above this tall apartment, they were orange/yellow and had a strange feeling to them. I could see maybe a hundred but others could only see like two of them, that goes for both dreams.

So I haven't gotten out of my body consciously for like a year, but it happened the day this site went down. I just kind of rolled out and had no sight, then I tried to open my astral eyes, but was
afraid that would make me open my real eyes turning the whole experience into a dream after exiting the door thinking I have woken up IRL and then loosing my consciousness to a dream :/

I have been doing som wimhof breathing lately on and off and today because my body caught something. After doing the breathing and my body vibrating or something held my breath
for like 2 minutes and thought lets kill this "thing". Suddenly in the black emptiness I had an intuitive weak voice which certainly wasn't mine, it said: "congratulations". When that happened my
objective state of being was gone and I didn't hear anymore than that.. I have never before heard my inner voice so clearly..? Why now?

I feel like things are moving forward though. Btw is MJ supposed to be Michael Jackson or what?

When do you people the big masses will begin to wake up to higher knowledge such as astral projection? Also how much do you think people will end up on this site
and how much information will they get from here? I know myself in 2012-2013 I usually ended up here, thus I created an account after a while.

My problem is I haven't spontaneously gotten to the vibration stage during my sleep for like a year, at least not while conscious. Then suddenly it happened tonight, but that immense fear
had returned and I wasn't prepared and just wanted back into my body, even though I was already out..

So as usual I felt like taking a walk and ended up in my "flower park". I sat down where I don't usually sit because other people were close to my usual spot.
After a while I saw a newspaper in the trash with: "stop looking", as if I should stay there a little longer. As I did and suddenly a woman showed up and sat down next to me.
This is highly unusual in my country and has never happened before(for me).

This woman started speaking in english with me since she thought I was not from my country(I don't look european). Then we spoke my language(the country's language) since we both spoke it.
I don't know if she was high or what, but she was highly unusual but didn't exactly emanate pure love either. She was not like anyone of the regular people you meet, which I told her but she seemed to think of anything in a negative view even though that is not so.

So she asked me where I was from but couldn't believe I was born in the country because of my looks. She kept looking at me with her cold eyes and asking over and over until I said I had parents from different countries, then she was satisfied. She kept saying "be proud of yourself, be proud of who you are". She also kept claiming she could "feel it", she was 100% certain that I carried a lot of baggage. I guess everyone has some and I have had more recently, but was feeling very neutral at the moment. She kept saying she could feel it and I just smiled because it was an intresting experience, but she said "you think im stupid, huh?", which I clealy did not, I don't think like that. She clearly could feel something, but she was not really correct. I mean I was just sitting in the evening in the park looking at flowers before she came, which is not common for people my age I suppose. She also said "don't think so much", I think a lot at times but I was not thinking but rather confused with her statements, which contained wisdom and confusion.


She also seemed to attract random people's attention as someone came right away and asked her for help, but clearly didn't know her(this is unusual). Then someone else passed and she kept saying "she could feel it", and yelled like: "what is it, is everything okay". I couldn't stop thinking she must be pretty "low" if she thinks I am somehow "lower" than her, but she had some sort of wisdom and was so different from people. She kept waiting for me to tell her something deep, like I was keeping some in... She had those real cold eyes, yet her words were speaking with compassion, her voice not. She then had to leave and told me she was there for me or something similar 2-3 times and just left as if the universe will bring her back to me..?


What was that all about? It seemed to have a lot of meaning and felt "strange" somehow, I don't understand how a person like that can exist in our world, because she was so different. Her voice and expressions seemed dead and she was extremely condfident, yet her words had wisdom. I am so confused.. I don't understand anything but there was something to this experience.

So I keep dreaming seeing planets in the sky, big ones. A feeling of higher consciousness too maybe, anyone else get these?
They keep coming through the years.. The planet in the middle was jupiter.

Recently looking out my window not focusing at anything I have accidentally begun to notice a very subtle movement of something looking like, energy or flies or pollen.
At first I thought flies, but the way these things move together is like a conscious being breathing and they are so connected and go in and out in a smooth motion. At first it was
only noticed on one tree, but now two of them. So far only the left top of the trees, it is incredible subtle which is why I noticed it when in a relaxed state of mind. Anyone who can
confirm what this is, I've eliminated flies as they are kind of yellowish and transparent and move in synchronicity like unaffected by gravity and wind.

Thanks for your input ! It was a strange experience unlike others. It had a clarity which I had once in 2012.

So I laid down relaxed just seeing where things take me. As opposed to focus on nothing or the sound in my ears, I focused on my blood flow in my neck area.

Shortly after that I saw a shopping cart with a purple aura coming toward me spinning and continuing downwards a hill, felt pretty surreal, realistic, meaningful and different from my night dreams.
A moment later I find myself walking in some body I didn't see. I was walking a way that I would not in "this life" and I could see it was fall and I was walking up a wet hill. That's it. It felt very realistic, especially the last part. It was not intentional to find myself in these segments and felt somewhat different, don't remember what you call it here but I liked it.
