Hi daidaluz,

How wonderful for you that you feel taken to a growing interest in healing!

I'd rather take the view that healing is a natural talent and is inclusive rather than exclusive.... i. e. it is a gift which each and all of us can employ successful.

IMHO - in some cases years of personal experience might make someone appear to be a better healer, but then only so in the eyes of the blind!

No one is is a greater healer than anyone else. If someone claims otherwise then they are simply being driven self aggrandisement!

But then I'm no expert - so don't be listening to me

My 2 penneth worth.

Yours humbly,

Stephen

Facinating....

Would any one disagree on making this tread a sticky one?

Hi Imogen,

Thank you for replying... much appreciated.

Now - the sensation of perceiving sound located around the throat area is not that uncommon, believe it or not. Clairaudiene does correspond to an active throat or chakra centre. This will subside naturally of its own volition - and you will just have to trust me on that OK! The same is true with any other over activity of this type!

If you have a repeat attack: eating a small snack will help as will drinking a non-alcoholic beverage! If you find it difficult to clear your mind, then listen to some relaxing music or try to read some gently inspiring literature for example. Perhaps take more of an interest in something that helps you to cultivate a sense of loving connection with life, nature whatever you feel inspired to look at! Avoid brash load music, or violent or banal TV for example. Try to keep good company and totally avoid those you will attempt to drag you down to their level!

Perhaps call an old friend and have a good chin wag on the phone. Do what you feel inspired to do and be yourself!

One of the best things to do is get out into nature... go for a walk in the country side! Obviously wrap up warm this time of year etc.

When you feel you have the energy and are comfortable doing so: you will find benefit by scouring the net for sites on kundalini and or spiritual awakening. Some of the content on these sites can be confusing, but the 2 below should give you a bit of a start.

Perhaps this sounds wishy washy new agey! If it is any consolation to tell the truth I am absolutely overjoyed for you - as this is a time in your life where you are beginning to become aware of the nature of your true spiritual self!

At the same time I totally empathise and respect that if you are going through an awakening - you may feel that you are victim to energies and influences that are not in your conscious control. This is a partial truth - as with concerted effort you can choose to either continue to believe that you are the victim, or elect to exercise a growing level of control. Again I respect that this is apparently a difficult time in your life, but you will pass through it and live to laugh about these times.

Maybe not quite time for you to take the bull fully by the horns, but you have made a good start by coming to this forum for example.

Most important of all - don't be afraid to love yourself! You are as good as and deserve as much love as anyone else on the planet

So well done thus far girl!

Take care,

Stephen

Hi MT,

You are familiar with the thread I started 'New Year Quitters' www.astralpulse.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=16570

I've been on and off the dreaded weed over the last few years and finally scared myself to stop this time.

As an example - after reading almost every article on the site below I found, and I am sure you wound agree that: the expression used by Joel Spitzer founder of http://whyquit.com really is the only perspective any sane individual can take: -

i.e. "NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF"!!!

Sorry to sound pedantic

Good luck and go for it,

Stephen

Dear Imogen,

I am locking this thread as you have not made any clear effort to listen to advice you have been given.

As said before helping hands have been offered!

See the post I made yesterday morning!!!

Hi Imogen,

As you can see I have moved your thread from Astral Chat to here as it seems a more appropriate place!

In order that people can understand and try to help you effectively - it would really be appreciated if you could attempt to explain things with a bit more clarity.

If you continue to ramble what will happen is that your posts will get ignored or deleted to be honest!

Best,

Stephen

P.S. In the mean time you know that healing is been sent to you. If you are having difficult episodes then consider seeking professional medical help. In addition look at alternatives such as spiritual counseling and or face to face hands on healing at say for instance a local spiritualist church or healing ministry at churches of all faiths.

If you feel it is Kundalini related then in the name of dear god please do explain what practices (if any) you feel were the catalyst for the Kundalini symptoms. Quite a few people here have been through these sort of things and will try to help! On the other hand if you feel they were spontaneous then say so!

Your local GP can help - obviously it is probably not a good idea to say that you are having kundalini related symptoms, but you could explain symptoms by themselves with out any esoteric connotations! Their observations may well shed light on an obvious psychological or physiological explanation and lead to relief for you, the treatment path you take is up to you! Some people stick religiously with allopathy and some go to the complementary extreme! As I am sure you know most take a middle path!

You said you were drinking in an other thread! Pack it in straight away! Similarly with any other forms of drug, and if you can cut out caffeine as well (even if only in the short term) then all the better!

Have you got someone close you can talk to face to face - be it friend, family or neighbor? If not then contact one of the confidential agencies!  You mentioned that you are in the UK... why not try the Samaritans as an example: http://www.samaritans.org.uk/

Edited: also see international link http://www.befrienders.org/

Most People who have had strong mind, body, spirit awakening do actually  get through the difficult times, and I am sure you will as well!

Hi all,

Thank you ever so much for all of your healing thoughts for Joan.

I have recently touched base with a member of her family, and they were able to confirm that she has recovered very well indeed.

Thank you again,

Hi Folks,

This is an interesting topic.. and it would be  a plain shame to see it ending up being locked or in the web bin due to a few wee arguments.

So in light of that please keep your personal grievances off-line!

Kind wishes,

Stephen

Good points

Diet and nutrition and attention to our intake of food is essential to health and therefore well being.

For one perspective of Natural health you might find theories on Food Combining interesting.

See Dr. Stanley S. Bass's work for instance: www.drbass.com/books.html

Hi Imogen,

Try to clam yourself as best you can. There are people here who have noticed your posts.

Please appreciate that they may not make a lot of sense to most folk, but we do appreciate that you seem to be going through a bit of a crisis.

It will help a lot if you are up to providing a bit more background etc.

As you already know you can PM me or any of the moderator team.

In the mean time take care,

Stephen

Hi Imogen,

Welcome back to the forums. Sorry to hear of your difficulties - are they really kundalini related? Is hearing music in your mind a bad thing, and don't most people think yoga postures as being good for one?

Take time to read the 'TO Mr Bruce: about Kundalini' thread. You may already know of many of the useful Kundalini sites e.g. http://www.kundalini-gateway.org and the famous: http://www.elcollie.com/

The issue I notice is that people tend to take the negative aspect of awakening and find difficulty in investing time to value the more wondrous and joyful aspects of being.

Perhaps this might be an opportunity for you to express more clearly why you feel that you may have had kundalini related experiences! Why not shed a little more light on the matter? As it may give someone who has had prior exposure to be able to guide or help you through your time!

Best,

Stephen  :)

Hi Ender,

Thanks for your contribution and do come back soon  :)

Stephen

P.S. What in Earth is all this 'Homeland Security Act' stuff. It sounds hauntingly very much like the 'Prevention of terrorism Act' we have had to enjoy in the UK and in particular N Ireland for decades.

For example it's said that 1,000 cameras will have clocked your movements if you spend an hour in central London! So we good old Brits are rather used to a Police/Big brother State! Whether thats a good thing or not is another question altogether!

Hi Serapis,

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear of your difficulties with the s/w - no doubt the vendors will aim to resolve your key issue a.s.a.p.

Can it be made quite clear here that this forum is not a place for discussing issues such as s/w cracks, hacks and packs etc.

So sorry to say in this case I'm going to have to lock this thread as a result.

Best,

Stephen
