To me, this sounds like a false awakening with a sprinkle of sleep paralysis. After a FA, whatever follows can get a little scary. We are convinced that it is all actually happening physically because we just "really" woke up.

We still don't have our full awareness after a FA (at least I don't) so it can get crazy but it also sounds like there were moments where you were aware.

We can only tell you our opinions, only you can crack the nut.

LOL. Something tells me that might not have been the intended solution, if there was such a solution.. but then who really knows. This is on the fringe, even for what we do here.

Yeah, I only get violent when I'm not consciously aware. I could get all Freddy Kreuger up in there.

...but I don't see this as being on the fringe. That's like drawing a line in the sand for yourself and expecting others not to cross it.

Most people want to have an OOBE but they do not want to put in the work. They want to be able to close their eyes for five minutes and project without having any lapse of consciousness. It doesn't work like that for 99.9% of us.

Doing reality/dream checks can increase your chances of projecting and quicker as well. You may wake up physically a few times in the beginning but it will increase your confidence. Think of it as a way of hedging a bet.

Continue to meditate and expect to have an OOBE in a couple of days, something that took most "masters" years to do...but increase your chances by doing the reality checks and affirmations and you might just succeed that way. If you believe in the objective reality of AP/OOBE then you will most likely come to see that the value of the experience doesn't change, regardless of the method used.

I succeeded relatively quickly but I had two spontaneous OOBE in the middle of the night. I wasn't scared to just admit to myself that I knew (not thought, I didn't think maybe...I knew) I had already done this twice without trying so doing it intentionally shouldn't be too hard.

This is what I attribute my success to. I knew that I had two OOBE that defied what I thought was possible and I believed very strongly that I could do it consciously if others had already done it.

But some people aren't convinced or maybe they had a lot of prior interest in the subject so they couldn't be sure that they weren't just seeing what they wanted to see, but in either case, they don't want to just take that leap and say, "I know".

It doesn't make you instantly crazy. It doesn't make you a fool if you change your mind later.

Alright then I will. In my NP travels I've periodically encountered what I call repeaters. Some, like your troll, may look different but are much to familiar & telling to my gut. That no longer surprises me because the 'physical' is that way also. Either they're 'counterparts' or there's only so many molds to pick from or what have you, regardless it's no big deal.

Do you think the troll is my own thought character? If so, I considered this for a long time but I have had a few experiences that directly challenged this reasoning for me.

Which a sly, sneaky, and experienced "baddie" would not doubt have. I have since moved past having to rely on just the image that is being presented or projected to me as a means of determining a beings intentions or nature.

In the meantime, I will rely on the value of the information and what I have already learned to determine if this is something I want to keep going with. My gut feeling says I'll be alright.

There's no doubt that music has the ability to change our moods while listening to it. It may even be more incredible than just that.

I see your taste for "darker" music no differently than the soccer mom who loves to read Stephen King or loves a scary ghost story.

I had a wanna-be-goth gf in school and she got me hooked on all music Danzig for a while. I still enjoy many of his songs though I only occasionally want to hear them.

When it sounds like someone has opened the door to your room and you know you were alone, it can be freaky.

But consider that you may not have been in your room anymore and startled yourself at the moment you shifted consciousness.

Don't be disappointed because it wasn't the most fantastic experience of your life. Those will come but there are going to be far more that are personal stuff you have to work through. At least this has been my experience.

I used to prefer the term OOBE but now, I use AP more often than not. To me, there is no difference whatsoever.

It's just different cultures naming the same experience.

This experience basically played out like many of mine do when I gain my awareness while dreaming. After doing so, I will continue with the dream narrative for a bit and then I usually fade to black. Then it's anywhere from there.

Many people have reported seeing a vortex open or a door while in the blackness but I haven't.

Don't be concerned if all your experiences come from gaining your awareness while dreaming. I believe your books are 100% correct when they say you can access the astral plane in this state. It's just a realization away.

My opinions only.

1.  I don't believe that we reincarnate quickly but some do force the issue thinking they can get back to their loved ones still alive believing they will remember when they return by sheer will alone.

I believe that most usually wait a minimum amount of time until everyone that is important to them and their loved ones have died on earth. This way, there is no one alive that is still trying to reach them. May or may not apply to famous people who still love their fans.

2.  If you and everyone else remembered their past lives,you wouldn't learn anything new and you would still be judged on what you did ten lifetimes ago. We might as well live a thousand years if that was the case.

3.  It is the only real time moment that matters to you now. The past, present, and future existing simultaneously only means that all probabilities of all your choices and the choices of others that affect you exist. You don't have access to know all the outcomes even though they already exist so your choices matter.

Er, it's an update of sorts...

Fear test..?? OK! ...I think this deserves a little effort to explain.. Who's testing? Which purpose? Why a test for something who comes totally naturally when you're unconscious..??

You can look at this several ways. You can keep it simple and spend more time projecting or you can over complicate it and spend more time not projecting, or "trying" which some people call not doing.

Keep it simple and think of the test as just a personal triumph over something. Trying on clothes is testing which fashion you prefer. That's an easy test.

Or......you can think of the test as some super mystical prerequisite before becoming a traveler. This way you know that you are ready because some super being has imposed a roadblock that only a chosen few can get past. Those that make it have access to all knowledge and possibilities and will rule the world.

Now that's a cool idea but it just over complicates everything and may not even be true.

Sewing your entire wardrobe before you have any idea what colors or style you like is a much needlessly harder test but both ways can put a shirt on your back and get the job done.

It's like trying to drink water through your nose when you have a perfectly functional mouth.

I understand that it is great to try and understand everything you can about an experience before you actually have the experience but trying to do so can sometimes make it much harder on yourself.

Another analogy...think of it like trying to learn everything about another country before you visit it. You can spend years learning everything about the place including their native language and all the hotspots but you're only gonna be there a week and can only visit one place anyways. To top it off, you get there and learn that they already speak your language as well.

Now taking the time to learn anything is never a waste of time but it doesn't compare to just doing it.

I apologize if all I have done is over complicate the issue.

I am leaning towards this being a retrieval because the only time I have encountered the "looping" is during one.

So long as I do not give up, I can get as many opportunities as it takes to get it right. Sometimes this means returning a week later.

I have no idea who is being retrieved here. Perhaps it is all parties involved.

However, in more ways than one, retrievals are just another test and fit what stillwater is saying perfectly.

On lighting , I have scene the damage it can do to equment . If your are going for your ham lic. I will say "73" . If any one hear does not know its for the 1873 Winchester .  I never got mine , I could not learn Morris code .
p.s. I do know you can get a ham lic. for v.h.f./u.h.f. with out knowing Morris code , I just never tried .

I could not understand morse code until I saw it in light. I could see the dots and dashes much easier then I could hear them. Once I made that connection, hearing it was easy.

Maybe that is all you need to do.

The urge is always there, we are "animalistic" by nature. But when you fight that urge, you are handsomely rewarded for your efforts!   It's almost like you get elevated to a new level. But you will still be tested over and over again.

I agree and would add that sex is only a small part of that. It is not so much the sex but the resistance to put our selves before others, to not seek gratification at the expense of others.

I was a bad thief when I was between the ages of five and eight. At that age, I didn't understand the monetary value of the items that I was taken. I would take things that just visually appealed to me. Shapes, colors, and the way something would sparkle and shimmer were my main judgement factors.

The turning point came when I stole the heart medication plus others from an 80 year old woman because I was fascinated with the shape and colors of her medication.

She was rushed to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night because she did not have her medicine for two days. This was over 25 years ago and heart medicine was very expensive in most instances. She was very reliant on hers but could not afford more.

When I found out, I was more concerned about my own hide because of what I had done but I was genuinely sorry and felt bad for what I caused her. Slowly but surely, I began to see what harm I caused because of what I took. I had been busted plenty of times previously for taking shiny expensive things but my parents never understood the pathology of what caused my urges to steal what I did so they never made the connection that I took her pills.

I never stole anything again. I missed an even more valuable lesson at the time in having to own up to what I did but that lesson most assuredly came.

I learned to buy what I wanted and I had to do without stuff that would had been instantly gratifying in other ways. This caused me to covet what I had and I worried for many years that I was too attached to these things until this stuff was recently stolen from me. I was so relieved to know that I was able to not have to forgive because I did not judge the person for stealing from me. Some know what I am talking about in greater detail.

I personally have only one long term contact and this being has changed from the form of an angelic woman into a male humpty-dumpty troll. Perhaps I will call him that and see if he gives me the boot.

Some people come here looking for similarities in their experiences with others (and we will share plenty) but this is the most subjective matter that I can imagine so too many similarities lead me to believe that something isn't right.

I contacted Robert Bruce 24 days ago hinting him on this technology. He replied today saying that he has seen some of David's work but not this exact technology (at least that's what I got from his e-mail) and he thanked me on hinting him about it. He said he would look into it deeper and he finds it very interesting. If anyone has an idea on what to write him back please say so. I mean, I can ask him to come to this forum and share his experience with it if he happens to try it eventually. I also think of contacting others like Tom Campbell. Any ideas on what to write there?

I find that it is better to contact these authors through the means that they provide. They are very busy yet they do take the time to reply through the channels that they say they will.

Robert Patterson is also another author that is very approachable through FB and his website.

People think that these guys get huge ego's and won't go to other forum's but there are too many copyright laws and other issues that can make mountains out of molehills.

Do a search on RB here. You might be surprised what pops up.

I know it's hard to be this honest but it really helps others.

Be careful with those powerful storms. I've met a few storm chasers and I know how important their work is to not only them but to all of us. This may be a great way to dump that anxiety.

I have been panic attack free for a long time now and I'm so thankful that I was never on any benzo's for long stretches. Don't be tempted to get off them too fast because I'm sure you are aware of how dangerous that can be.

Part of the problem in Russia was the collapse of the Soviet Union, Grebennikov was making some headway but then due to the politics his project was buried, and the bottom of his platform destroyed. Based on the research I am involved with, I have found his findings to be sound. There are certainly other ways of getting anti-gravity, there have been around 4 ways used thus far. The most expensive being some of the bl. pr. by the us m. According to a former government engineer, some work has been done with torsion fields but all in secret and there is not much info on the outcome of some of the experiments that were done. There is much more info from individual sources that are doing their own research. The pyramid and triangle are definitely involved in a way. Some of that info has been recently covered on the Ancient Aliens show, but there is still so much to be discovered. The insect Greb. was using doesn't matter, because it is known by some what the geometry involved is, and in that case it is not a triangle. The sleep walking topic is very interesting because that is scientifically provable and more obvious. Exciting stuff!

Yes, this is all exciting. So much info coming out these days that it is much easier to simply discredit fantastic claims and stick with the status quo. I'm glad to hear that Greb. is being taken seriously once again. I am guilty of getting excited and then being disappointed and the process makes me throw out the baby with the bath water as it is said.

Antigravguy, I'm glad to see you take some of your time to keep the interest alive in a place that may not otherwise be of your interest but as you can easily see, interests cross and intermingle. It almost can't be separated.

You have to trust the process at this point. Just understand that this happens to you every night whether you are are aware of it or not.

I would also add that that is way too many failed attempts due to fear in one session. You can rewire your brain to instantly flood you with adrenalin and induce the panic sensations. You do not want this hard wired.


After repeated incidents our brains will produce new neuropathways to produce the conditioned effect quicker. In this case, it means you will feel fear quicker and easier.

I went to an artificial planet once. It was always night and had different colors light in the sky to simulate stars. Everyone lived above a vapor barrier in huge apartment like buildings.

I was allowed to test drive one of their archaic flying vehicles. It had a magnetic propulsion system and could only be used locally, no space travel abilities.

The motion was jerky and I gave up quickly as I was never sure why I was even there.

I would also add that there are many times that I just assume that I am on Earth but that is because I usually interact with humans in the astral.

"All" was a bit too inclusive as I am really only aware of the most famous groups.

I generally believe they are channeling something or someone. It may even be a good source in the beginning but eventually the channeler's ego becomes corrupted.

As long as this subject stays under the title of Pseudoscience, it will never be taken seriously! 

The Russian Researchers have been looking at many things that American Scientists and acclaimed Scientists would never touch. Like "Torsion Field Technology" for one.

Unfortunately, one group of state sponsored Russian scientists were forced to make great claims and when the Soviet Union disbanded, their work was declared fraudulent.

Their particular case was fraudulent but they were forced to exaggerate their findings with the expectations that it would always be a state secret. This only disproves their "work" and not the theory.
