G,day everyone!

Hey Fenris & Justine your fellow Brisbanites as well eh? I,m in
Daisy Hill & been here for 11 years now after moving from Sydney.
Do you guys go to the circle bookshop in Albert street?
It will have everything you could imagine on not only everything
on this site but everything in your posts as well.

Steve I heard about that panther looking thing as well & was the
first thing that came to my mind when I heard Fenris's post.
Who knows,it could be.

Hi everyone!

I must admit that I got into D&D,Warhammer,Gamma world,Traveller,
middle earth & wargaming in my teens.I would have to agree as well
that these guys must have researched some occult books, myths &
legends to come up with that stuff,as I find a lot of their terms &
names to be in my readings now.

I might be wrong but I,m sure it was Gary Gygax who created D&D as
well as some books as well. One series I read of his was taken in my
stride when I was a teen, but now I realize how much detail he pumped
into those 5 books on ranks of multi dimentional beings, angels, demons,
solars etc. The book was called "Gord the rogue" a fantasy/fiction
book in the "forgoten realms series" I think & I have been looking
for the set for years now to replace them.

Hi distant bell

I know you are in Sweden & the site I am posting is an Australian
one,but it has a lot of good advice on depression & has a self
analysis test so you can see if you fit into any of these
depressive states & be able to get closer to the answer.

Hi Jo!

This is really interesting, you had also experienced this before any
Hemi-sync influence.Yes! those things you added, the perfect bridges,
statues, all sorts of gardens & beautiful flowering trees,it sounds
very similar.

The thing is,I have never physically been to any "Park" like this &
have never seen in any movie or pictures this type of "Park".So it
is very interesting for me to find out if others have been to or
seen a place like this.

Good luck on your journeys

G,day Nightlier!

I know what you mean when you say the time just goes by & just when
you phase out of the physical for a moment you come up with riffs,
chords or tunes you never expected.
It's strange when I,m learning a song by an existing artist,it's
just me & the sheet music, but when I'm making up my own songs I use
something I,ve only told my writing partner about & thats what I
call "pluckin it from the ether"(just my own term for helping me
understand where they come from) a simple analogy is the "Force" in
"Star Wars" where instead of trusting what you think you see or
know, instead trust in the unseen forces & just let it happen.

I feel that when I,m just letting it happen,I get input from the
ether,we are one & music just comes onto the guitar. So I understand
where you are coming from & often say "did I do that?".

I have an effects board,a BOSS ME-6,a bit of an old girl these days
but still has Compression,over-d/distortion,e-q,noise suppressor,delay
,chorus/flanger & reverb. You can really lose yourself for a while
playing with effects.I hope to get a BOSS G-T 6 soon which has more
than double the capabilities, then I'll really lose time!

When I've been playing for a couple of hours my entire body seems to
vibrate in whichever key I'm playing in,as opposed to when I first
start & there is a localised vibration around the solar plexus &
heart.

O.k I'll stop now or I'll start to gush, good stuff here.

G,day Winged Wolf! great post!

Sounds like you are very familiarized with the land & how it all
works,I hope to do something like what you have talked about too!
So it looks like if & when I ever get to that stage I will have to
get some tips off you as most of our land is fairly dry & most of
my life I've been a city boy.

As a kid I lived in Sydney & thought that this is how life is &
never really knew any other reality until my stepfather got
transfered to Katoomba & mountainous bushland. It changed me forever
& now I have moved away from there I cannot imagine going back to
the city to live.Even though I,m only 25km from the city I am
surrounded by bushland on the side of a smaller mountain now,if I
look to the right of my computer there is national park & no-one to
look through my windows,if I look to the left of me I have a 180
degree 80km view & you would need a high power telescope to see in.

While I have not much experience on the land,I have done a lot of
work for people on the land as a plumber/drainer/gasfitter.
I have seen & installed some incredible stuff & believe as well that
we now have the capabilities to have self sufficient houses.
Free energy through solar or one of the new technologies, water supply
from tanks, bores & water catching technologies which can be hidden,a
bio-sewerage system which either recycles waste water & makes the
rest fertile or a dry toilet which can also be used as fertilizer.
Then we have what winged wolf allready mentioned the natural cycle
of the food chain & your personal vege patch & you basically don't
need to have cities, well you still need them for all the other products but their size & rate of consumption & waste can be greatly
reduced.

By the way winged wolf did the USA have to import dung beetles like
us in Australia? or where there allready some there from the Bison
which could keep up with cows?.Here in Oz we never had any hoofed animals, they were all imported, but only now have they realized that
they have been wasting the land as there was no dung beetle to
process that amount of cow paddies back into the ground,so it just
used to sit there & fertilize about a square foot.

Some good thoughts there.
All the best on your journeys

G,day strange ranger & welcome from another member.

Can you describe these geometric shapes? If they are symbols like
a square, triangle, circle, oval & crescent (Tattvic symbols) it could be elemental astral doorways being presented to you & you just might need to focus on one of the symbols to enter that particular Astral
level. Most of todays population think that people like us are
basket cases just for asking if there is more to us than our bodies,
so I hope you get the same readings as I do on my Care Factor Meter,
a constant reading of 0% as to what they think, hehe.

Hi everyone!

Yes that site that bitsmart posted had got me intrigued as well,I
havn't got around to tracking that book down, but looks right up my
alley as well.

Bitsmart have you actually got that book or have read it? I also
noted the guy has workshops for his music & chants, sounds very
interesting!I havn't had the time to read any personal books for
a few weeks as my studies have me up to my neck in text books,so I
have a lot of books sitting here in the waiting queue to be read &
a list of books a page long, that I,m yet to borrow or buy,so this
book that bitsmart mentioned I wont get to until later in the year,
damn!

Hi distant bell

Totally agree with you when it comes to the meat industry,I might
be an omnivore, but a lot needs to be done with the way we treat
animals, they might gather in herds but the definately don't gather
in tiny metal boxes & have high weight gaining food troughs
stuffed in their faces,it's just wrong & stinks to high heaven!
literally.

Profits & shareholders are all big buisness is concerned about
these days, this mass production & mass fishing of the seas will be
our own demise if we don't slow down dramatically. While I eat meat
I don't as much as the average Aussie & think most people eat way
too much & waste even more.

By the way distant bell,I love the way you substitute "w" for "v"
when it comes to "very"/"wery",makes me picture your accent a lot
easier & sounds like the accent is applied when you spell it like
that, don't change! My stepfather is in Sweden at the moment at
helicopter training school & has done a bit of travel out your way
since being there, says it's beautiful, but a bit cool at the moment,
but maybe thats just his aussie climatized body.hehe

G,day distant bell & A-M!

Distant bell,I absolutely love my vegies & fruits, grains etc,I love
all foods & have tried meats that some meat eaters wouldn't eat &
some vegies & fruits that vegetarians don't like,I am fortunate
in a way that I will try something first & comment second, even if
it looks bad.I have found there is only a few foods I will not
touch anymore as something in me has said "barf!",so far on my list
is Caviar,anchovies,crocodile,emu,pawpaw,raw sultanas,prunes,dates,
& unfortunately fresh apples. All of these things have made me sick
& subsequent attempts led to the same reaction,so I listen to my
body & what it wants & doesn't want.

Some cultures have an exclusively meat based diet, like mentioned in
the article & have little or no medical problems, personally I could
never do this,not much variety.

A-M thanks for that link,I really do want to hear the other side of
the debate & this site has a fair amount of links on it.I have put it
on my favourites to go back & check out all the links, but so far
in my reading of that site & it's links I didn't see any doctors or
scientists names in there, mainly dieticians. It says on the first
page it is supported by movie stars, buisness, health care providers etc ,not exactly doctors or scientists.I found one doctor but that
was his comments on animal cruelty.I also oppose things like
battery farms & animal experimentation & how giants like Mc Donalds &
KFC are huge exploiters of animals, which sickens me.

This is a good subject & I am learning more things so thanks
all for the input.

G,day Greg!

Good to hear from you again & great to see you are a fellow guitar
player.I wish we could tie this topic & "the power of music" topic
in one of the other forums, but we are on something slightly
different here.

I can't read music notations (well I can but not the best)but I can
read tablature & have a wide range of music books. One thing that
gives me an advantage though & I suspect you have this also after
your post greg is "Perfect Pitch",that is being able to hear a sound/
note & reproduce it exactly by humming or on an instrument.

When I read your post I was beaming with excitement as I have done a
similar thing & still experiment with it all the time.
It was great reading about you tuning your chakra's or putting
different frequencies through them as this is a technique that has
powerful reactions with me & is such a quick way for me to do
energy workings & OBE,s.What I do is use my body like a tuning fork,
by hitting a note that coincides with a chakra or some music that is
in the key of that chakra & I make that particular chakra vibrate at
the same level as the note or key.Once you hear the note you can
hum it or chant it transfering the vibrations out of your skull.
Change the pitch up or down slightly,a higher or lower octave, ther is
so many variations.

I havn,t got any books that exclusively talk about the relationship
of music or sound, the body & objects in general, does anyone in here
know of one,I,m very keen to develop this further.

Good luck on your journeys

G,day everyone!

Hey look everyone,I really am not trying to convert anybody, just
putting my ideas in, with a few references.I would really like to
see some information on the vegetarian concept, supported by
factual evidence from doctors or scientists, people who have put it
to the test & have concrete evidence, not just assumptions or
personal feelings.

Winged wolf I'm not sure what you are getting at when you are talking
about me thinking we are carnivores & not omnivores, thats why I
put "all the best on your journeys, vegetarians & omnivores". at the
end of my first post.Predators was the term I used & ok it was probably generalizing things a bit,& there are a lot of animals that
have eyes in front & have canines but the majority of species with
eyes in front are carnivorous predators. As you pointed out some
primates are omnivores as well like chimpanzees,I have no knowledge
of IQ,s when it comes to the apes but aren,t chimpanzees more
intelligent than gorrillas?
As you pointed out also we have canines but small ones.If we were
exclusively vegetarian,we would need a different digestive system
than we have & full of enzymes & bacteria to break the food that we
would have to cosume all day,as in nature they don't have vitamin
supplements & enzyme free cheese.

I am fully willing to kill everything that I eat & have done my own
chickens,geese,pidgeons,snake,rabbit & kangaroo.But as I pointed out
before if we didn't centralize the killing as in abattoirs we would
have an outbreak of disease.

Distant bell, when you talk about "life energy" & the fresher something is or more alive is somehow containing more energy is
unfounded,is there any evidence of this that I could refer to?
Our bodies need Water,Carbohydrates,Lipids,Proteins & some vitamins
& minerals to convert it into energy through our Mitochondrias in
every cell.Meat might be dead a bit longer than the plant but it
still supplies virtually all the requirments we need & fast.

When I hear people talking about energy & raising energy etc. I
know this is true as I do it myself. This is fine for our symbiot
non physical selves but our physical self soon dies off quick & it is
quickly realised that living life energy is needed not just spiritual energy.

As stated in the article I posted, the majority of our land is fairly
dry & has sparse vegetation & this is the land most grazers live on.
The most fertile land is real estate first & or volcanic soils or
rich in sediments from floods. At the moment water table problems
have been causing salinity as farmers greedily speed up the process
& try for more & more in the name of profit. When they can no longer
yield crops after countless crop rotations & pumping super phosphates
into the soil to keep it alive, the land is deemed useless.
If a mass exodus from meat eating took place it would overburden
existing land & require even more chemicals.

Would vegans survive if an Electromagnetic pulse shut down all
electricity,or a huge natural disater that stops us using machines &
electricity,no more vitamin supplements, you will only get so far
making your own.

I honestly would love to see some URL,s that have scientific
evidence of these vegetarian beliefs,or books.

Anyway I just had spaghetti bolognaise for dinner, mmmmmmmahhhhhhhhhh,
then again..........no!mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmahhhhhhhhhh.hehehehe
While I was thinking about you vegetarians I thought of my mum the
vege,& 20 mins later she rang for a chat,so thanks guys & gals,I
love stirring ya's all up too!hehe I'll probably get a ring from my
sister in japan now I,m thinking of you all again & believe me it's
all positive & happy thoughts I'm sending to you all.

Take care

G,day A-M & Qui Gonn

Look I am not trying to convert anyone & just provided that article
for this debate.I wont be changing my diet if an equally dismmissive
article is posted by a vegetarian,as I,m sure the article I posted
wont have the vegetarians rushing to eat meat.

The problem I see a lot of vegetarians run into is one of morals &
ethics.Vegetarians seem to only acknowledge life when it has legs,
blood or brains & somehow plants & great trees have none?
It is because the person has arrived at the decision that killing is
bad,but somehow distinguishes that some killing is acceptable as
long as it doesn't scream or writhe in pain.

All of this completely ignores the fact that we are part of the
food chain & a predator at that.Eyes in the front of the head for
best judging distances to throw something at or jump on something.
Canines in our teeth for cutting meat & nails on our hands that if
we didn't cut regularly would quickly turn back into claws to grab
things tight & pierce skin.

Death is an experience we all go through & it is most likely we
ourselves wont die as quickly & less painfully than animals.
What happens when you die? Whats this site (astral pulse) all about? life after death & we are more than our bodies. If you believe that
this is the case, why the moral stance on animals & not all life.

If you were forced up against a wall & asked to decide on a choice.
You are given a chainsaw & a gun,a sheep & a 300 year old 200ft tall
redwood tree. You have to kill one of them, which one do you choose?
To say plants & trees don't have feelings & because they dont scream
& pour blood it's ok,pretty one eyed I'd say.

I have tried going vegetarian before & it feels like my body is
starved of nutrients,I slow down,I can't process things as quickly in
my mind & just feel drained.

Are plants not living? just because they don't run or scream doesn't
make me somehow think they would enjoy dying less than an animal.
There has to be balance & we are it,so I don't completely agree with
abattoirs but if we didn't condense the killing we wouldn't enjoy
the relatively disease free life we have now.To convert everyone to
vegetarianism would create imbalance & destroy more forests than
present as more agricultural space would be needed,in turn needing
super phosphates to make it viable every year,in turn destroying
the soil & ground water as demonstrated from the old testament
& african continents that were thought to have contained the first
humans,pretty much desert now.

Anyway I,m sure I will get some livid replies,by the way Qui-Gonn
is John Robbins a doctor or is it just some ones opinion.

Good journeys to you all

Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / Energy?
April 09, 2002, 05:33:58
Qui-Gon jinn, you described a thing I have seen from child hood also,
my sister & girlfriend as well. The thing I/we describe is like tiny
bubbles/molecules/sparks or little stars winking in & out of existence. You can not see them normally but when you stare at a
blue patch of sky (not into the sun) or focus your eyes like in
one of those 3-D pictures where you stare for a while & a 2-d
picture starts to look 3-d (not talking about 3-d movies).

They dont seem to effect anything but swarm around like microscopic
fireflies that wink in & out of existence.
I,m glad someone else has seen this, great post Qui-Gonn.

Hey bitsmart!

Sounds like your doing some pretty cool stuff,I hope to do something
similar next year.

Mate I know where your coming from when you say that you keep going back & tweaking things,we are our own worst critique's hey?
We havn't got any computer based recording equipment, just an 8-track
& a 4-track,which gets us up to the mastering stage.
I hope to get Pro-tools next year & get more into digital recording
as most studios we go to uses it now & seems to really speed things
up too.

We stuffed up a bit with our c-d & the original songs got lost in
tweaking too much & striving for perfection,oh well they say that
an experienced person is just someone who has made all the mistakes
& now know what not to do!

Good luck with your music & journeys

G,day all!

Thanks for your input on this one,I like to keep up to date with
new technologies but I just feel dumb when I read about these things.
I understand the concept of what this guy is talking about, but
because of it's destructive capabilities it's going to ensure that
the exceedingly rich & powerful will get it first, set things up
so they are at the top of the money pyramid, test it's capabilities
on unwitting people & see what happens, while the rest of us sit
back & debate the morals & ethics of it all.

From generation to generation people are getting more used to these
unseen forces & energy's even though they no nothing more than
"hey! I've got a radio,t.v,microwave, mobile phone" & years down the
track scientists find that they do this & that to you.
I remember my grandfather telling me when they first heard the radio
& they all were so amazed that this guy could be thousands of miles away & they could hear this unseen entertainment.
Now the latest generation will not know what it's like not having
all those things,as far as they are concerned there was allways people
in space,t.v & computers.

So in one way this device could help people to understand & realize
the potential of the astral realms as they are used to unseen forces.
Hopefully the majority will come around to the idea that "we" have
unseen energy,s as well & not to just expect it to come from a machine.

Good journeys all & thanks for the food for thought, much appreciated.

G,day A-M & everyone

This is a topic that makes for lively conversation every time I go
visit my Mother & my sister as both are vegetarians.

Anyway I,m not & each to their own I reckon, so it's all fairly
civilised & I don't tell her to stop eating grass & she doesn't
tell me to stop eating carcass!hehe.

I have read a bit into both, lately I've been reading some debates
between A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada from the Hari Krishna's &
a meat eating Christian, very interesting.I also read an article
published in the latest Nexus magazine & website by Stephen Byrnes
Phd,RNCP 2000,2002, on "The Myths of Vegetarianism".
Check out the latest statement on;
http://www.nexusmagazine.com/vegemyths1.html

What do ya's think? does anyone have any URL's from the vegetarian
side of the debate that isn't covered in this latest article.

Hi bitsmart

If this stuff is true it's just rediculous the lengths we go to when
it comes to weapons, why put your energy & mental power into this
sort of stuff? I really wouldn't blame mother nature if she gave us
all a kick up the arse/butt!
Here we are trying to help & heal people & spread the word about
the unseen (in the physical) while others are filling the unseen
with things to kill.It seems to have a lot of potential as a free
energy device & could help impoverished nations, but looks like it
will be a cheap & effective weapon for a new breed of terrorist.

G,day Dj!

It's a bit like using the force! the problem is that you really
need to get practice against other people to gain the experience
needed to be able to anticipate what your opponent will do.
The fitness is another thing,if your out of shape & don't have
enough stamina you will have to rely on quick finishing techniques
to end the fight quickly. If this fails you will not get much of
a chance to use energy for yourself let alone against someone else.

There are Kung -fu classes & should be one near you,but since
money is an issue get a couple of kung fu books from the library &
learn some techniques first & familiarize yourself with it,then you
might be able to incorporate some energy into it.

G,day Bitsmart!

Cool bitsmart,I havn't got MP3 software on this computer,so I'll
have to get on my in-laws computer & have a listen.
When you say "electronic music" do you mean a keyboard, sampler or
downloads off the net? or all of the above?
I've got a keyboard (crappy one) & have downloaded different
mixers, samples & drum machines off the net,but I'm not geared up
for any of that stuff at the moment, but next year I hope to get
into that area as well & do my own relaxation music/meditation music.

Hi everyone

Kifyre I have lost the site where I got some of my stuff on Chakra,s
& when I went through your link,it seemed very similar to the
sites I had seen, unfortunately I printed them all out & cropped the
email address off the bottom!Oh well another lesson learnt, don't
throw away references. So thanks for adding that site,we now have a
good little comprehensive guide for Chakra's with all these links.

Hi bitsmart,I was hoping someone would notice that (about the notes).
I really do believe there is a relationship between the notes &
different Chakra's,the ancients "knew", I have read quite a few times
about ancients using musical notes & chanting to perform all sorts
of tasks,my main interest with that respect is there is hard
evidence that some monks used instruments & chants to levitate
anything up to 20 to 30 tonne! & they did it 400ft up a cliff!
I should probably continue this in the "Power of music" topic in
Metaphysical Forum? good to see someone else has been down this road.

G,day music lovers!

This is a subject that is almolst as important to me as OBE,s &
occupies a great deal of my physical life.
5 years ago a friend & I formed a band,wrote some tunes,recorded
them & made a few c-d,s,but only got 1 EP on the market before we
folded in 2000.Our name was "Phoenix" & we played rock, hard rock &
pop sort of tunes, the band members consisting of a lead vocalist,
lead guitarist,me on rhythm guitar & back up vocals, bass & drums.

Well, things didn't turn out well in the end & the c-d cover & name
caused a rift in the band & our drummer moved to England, the lead
guitarist did the bolt & we all just drifted off for a while.
Our singer who is a teacher moved to England for some better pay
& that was it I thought.
Things have turned out better now though than I could ever imagine.
The singer moved back home 3 months ago,his girlfriend bumped into
the lead guitarist in town,he rang me & said do you want to do it
all over again? It took me about 3.57891 milliseconds to say "Hell yeah!".So once again we have a 5 piece band, but this time we have
all grown, got more & better equipment, better quality songs & lots
of recording experience now to be our own producers.

Dj, I wouldn't mind hearing some of your stuff & I'll write to your
email address.I don't think we have any samples on the net anymore, but
we will soon & hopefully a website as well.

I love any music except country,so I will listen to any category
really & have music from classical & meditation music to heavy metal.

Tir13,you are preaching to the converted with me if you are talking
about music & it's benefits to you,I just can't get enough of the
stuff.
