Over the years, many people have asked me how they too can contribute to raising the consciousness of humanity in readiness for the monumental events that we might all be facing over the next few years, many not feeling happy knowing these truths themselves, wishing to share with loved ones, relations and friends, and to be of service to others in whatever way they can.

I am delighted to announce that, with the publication of the paperback book and the video presentation there is so much you can do, and for which you will certainly be and feel truly blessed.

Indeed it is a Divine duty of every single person who understands these important truths to do as I have endeavoured to do over the last few years to the very best of my ability, indeed dedicated my life to doing, and that is to make others aware of and awaken to these realities and Divine truths.

Every single person, without exception, can make a valuable contribution for the Light. There can be no regrets later if people do not rise to this responsibility and the worst outcome happens as a result.

Every person that you know, whether family, friend or acquaintances that you do not at least endeavour to awaken, as you have become awakened yourself by others who in turn cared about you, is a very crucial opportunity lost for all humanity, and an opportunity lost towards gaining the Spiritual rewards that will surely follow in the form of corresponding positive Energy, sometimes called "karma"
for yourself, as well as the incremental benefits for humanity, life on Earth and of Earth, great Planetary Spirit Gaia Herself.

Time still remains to accomplish this, but only if everyone currently awakening or awakened helps others to achieve the same.
This is one of the most important of all Universal Principles.

Complacency on the other hand could, and most probably would result in an outcome that we should not even be thinking about, much less my writing about. Suffice it to say that it can and must be avoided.

Again, as always, the choice is ours at both an individual and collective level. You now have a great opportunity, as an awakening or awakened Spirit and Child of God to do your own valuable part for humanity, for your own children and all the children of the world, and for the next generations and evolutions of children, in accepting this valuable opportunity made possible by virtue of the transition of the ages that only presents itself every tens of thousands of years, and thus to leave a legacy and an Earth that we will all be remembered for. Hello everyone,

You wil no doubt have noticed that we are missing a couple of days of posts.

The forums were hacked for a second time which resulted in all posts being deleted by the hacker. Usually I have a backup that is no older than a day, but there was an issue with the backup system which means the backup was not as current as usual.

I do a lot behind the scenes to keep the forums running, and fending off the many attacks we attract due to the subjects we discuss here is just one of them.

I apologise for any posts you might have lost, or not read, but I would like to assure you that I am doing everthing I can to address all of these issues.

Okay, I'll through my hat into it here with my rather different opinion backed by common sense...

There is no 2012. I don't mean the year, that will come and go in our calender, what I mean is the end of the Mayan calender.

The Mayan's based their entire calender on very precise calculations made when the Earth's axis had no wobble. The Earth has a wobble now and that changes the passage of time so significantly that when coupled with the inaccuracies of the many calenders that have come since, the Mayan calender is unable to be used in this day and time.

Essentially, the Mayan calender ended when they did.

I do not know where you got this from, but I assure you it is totally incorrect.

The Earth has various levels of "wobble" from the very small Chandler wobble which has no affect on the calculations, to the precession of the equinoxes, which the Maya knew about, and has not changed for many thousands of years if ever.

And keep in mind that there are at least 5 million Maya still living today, and the elders still maintain these calendrical systems.

There is also considerable independant evidence to support 2012.

   Just a few points, I've heard that China has the highest incidents of stomach cancer, so I can only assume that this book is not based on the chinese diet.

   Your idea of "programming" could also be linked to genetic heredity, which means whatever your ancestors digested probaly has an impact on what you can or can't eat (or should and shouldn't) . 

    Your Statement "The fact is this; anyone eating meat or dairy products is as good as committing suicide; plain and simple. "  will also be linked to heredity, and since milk and dairy products are not universal in the evolution of human diet, I would have to say that this statement cannot be all consuming when it comes to individual and their dietary needs. 

   However, I do agree that an all vegatarian diet is the way to go, I would have to say that WILD vegetables and herbs contain many toxic elements ment to deter the potential herbivore.

   Spiritual arguments on meat eating can sucumb quickly to nonsense.  Everybody knows that plants have spirits of their own, and trees are aware of us.  Not to mention how sinister it is that we are even breathing, every oxygen molecule we inhale gets burdened with a dirty carbon atom.  Carbon has been theorized as a major cause of star fusion decline.

   Anyhow, I haven't read the book, but humans and their eating rather disgusts me,  but "life feeds on life".

The China Study is actually very wide in its scope, and the people involved in China were comparitive studies of people with a vegetarian diet with meat eaters.

Interestingly "western" diseases are escalating in China now due to them copying the "western diet" now that have more money due the economic boom, particularly fast food. That in itself is very compelling evidence.

The proof however is absolute whatever theories or biases people might invent.

On eating vegetation; I have always said that we should eat harvestable foods and that excludes plants that would be killed by for example uprooting. And it is also a fact that harvestable foods are the best for human nutrition.

The fact is there is a food chain in nature; but only humans abuse it.

I read today that there are now 4.8M vegetarians in the USA, half of them Vegans, twice the number of a few years ago and the number are increasing dramatically, so much so that there are now specialist Vegan food stores, restaurants etc. springing up everywhere.

This is just one manifestation of the evolution that mankind is currently experiencing.

Apocalypto is nothing short of a disgrace. It is another attempt to desecrate the incredible ancestry of the Maya by making them look like savages.

I count among my friends the worlds leading authorities on the Maya, with many published books such as Maya Cosmogensis 2012. That book was written by the person that lived among the Maya and spent years around the ancient remains, and also decoded the glyphs including the long-count that ends in 2012.

This movie is a trend of propaganda perpertrated by the "new world order" who control almost all the popular media.

If 2012 is the transformational eschaton we expect, the next phase of in the evolution of the human race, the nwo will lose completely.

The ultimate outcome of 2012 will be determined by the collective consciousness of mankind at that time.  So by controlling mankind through the popcorn media they believe they can control the consciousness of the human race in that or other ways.

The idea with Apolcalypto is to totally discredit the 2012 end-date by portraying the Maya as a bunch of savages and therefore incapable of arriving at the 2012 end date.

The true Maya are nothing like those depicted in the movie; which is pure, contrived, sensationalistic drivel of the worst kind.

The indigenous races of the USA and mesoamerica have been treated appallingly badly by the invaders from Europe who stole their lands throughout history; and it seems the persecution continues.

Incidentally; there are around 10 million Maya descendants living today.

There's two people currently on this BBS who have listened to the Wave 1 CD without much progress; and I suspect there may be more who have long since lobbed them to the back of a drawer somewhere, after listening to the CDs without having any real results.

Now I find that strange because, for me, the Wave 1 CD has been a very effective tool in my efforts to gain control over the exit process; and to try and work out where Monroe is coming from when he speaks about "phasing in" to the Astral; instead of doing like I used to, for example, which was the feeling of being shot from a cannon and landing within the Astral somewhere; with no real control whatsoever.

Now I know myself pretty well by now, and I know for a fact that I do not have any natural talent for this obe stuff. I make the point because someone could say the reason why I am successful, is because I have a natural talent for projection, and so forth. Not a bit. All my gains are hard fought let me assure you. Though, in hindsight, I feel it is because I have no real talent for things of this nature, I've been forced to use my imagination to quite a high degree.

It was when I read the following, that I suddenly thought where people may be going wrong:

In my case, I was trying to concentrate on an image that I could see behind my eyelids, I think that Mr. Jeff Mash mentioned this in one of his posts.

Concentrating on an image behind your closed eyelids, and imagining you are going from your Energy Conversion Box to Focus 3: are entirely *different* things.

You see, the Wave 1 CD does not in any way "induce" the obe state. In other words you cannot simply lie back, think of any old thing, and 10 minutes down the line you float out of the room. All the CD does is to provide an outline structure, and *you* have to provide the infill. But that's what makes it so effective. The way you provide that infill, is to use your imagination.

What I thought I'd do (excuse the length) is to give you a rundown of my experience that demonstrates what I mean. Personally, I'm surprised at the lack of support information supplied by TMI. I would have thought some kind of similar rundown example would have been supplied with the CDs. This would at least give people an example to work from, which they could just chop and change to suit.

Okay, here goes.............

Wave 1, CD1, Track 2:

OCEAN SURF

Place physical body in a relaxed position, take a few deep breaths and check head and neck is comfy and properly supported. Then I imagine my sense of conscious awareness is drifting upwards to the top of my consciousness cone.

NOTE: I posted before about how I imagine my consciousness to be a cone with everyday thoughts, actions, etc., at the bottom of the cone: with the start of the Astral at the top.

GO NOW TO YOUR ENERGY CONVERSION BOX

I time it so that when I imagine I reach the top of the cone, Monroe says the above.

At the top of my consciousness cone is an attic room. At the opposite side to which I enter there is a doorway marked "Border to the Astral" in large letters. At the centre of the room is a large wooden box. Standing next to the box is Clive, the butler, who helps me lift the lid of the box and remove my Physical sheathe. We open the lid and inside is a lower area containing any Physical-matter concerns, etc. The upper area has a shelf where my Physical sheathe can lie safely until I next collect it.

So I wriggle out of my Physical sheathe to reveal my body of light. Clive takes the sheathe while asking me if I have anything else to deposit in the box (which I hand over as necessary). He lays the sheathe out and we close the heavy lid.

I walk through the doorway marked "Border to the Astral" and step outside into the fresh clean air; the sand underfoot is soft and warm; the atmosphere is comforting; everything feels secure and familiar. I look behind and Clive is standing in the doorway wishing me a safe journey. I thank him for his assistance and he closes the door. On the outside of the door is marked "To C1" in large letters.

Ahead is a pathway composed of inlaid, white stone slabs that contrast with the golden brown of the sand. The path leads to my resonant-tuning pyramid. It's a pyramid structure, but with a flat top about ten feet square and around 10 feet in height. Each of the four sides has steps from top to bottom. The structure is made of the same stone as the pathway and, to the right of the pyramid, is a large golden-coloured harp.

BEGIN NOW YOUR PROCESS OF RESONANT TUNING

I time it so that as Monroe instructs the above, I begin climbing the steps to the top of my resonant-tuning pyramid. I sit in the Lotus position, on a large cushion, on the flat top. A helper appears to play the harp and pick the strings that resonate with the sounds on the CD. The whole area vibrates and sings in harmony. Ripples of joy run through me as each string is plucked and my body of light tingles and glows a pure white.

NOW RELAX AND BREATHE NORMALLY

At the point where Monroe says the above, I walk down the front steps of the pyramid, take a few more steps forward, and stand on a large inlaid, white stone slab marked "Declaration Stone". As I do so, a white mist appears in front of me. When it clears, I see a large round structure has arisen from the sand. I walk down the path to a door marked "Declaration Room".

I enter the room and I'm right away flanked by two Saintly-looking people each dressed in a pure white silk robe. In front of me is a large crystal Orb that is glowing with an orange/yellow light. Both sides of the Orb, facing me, are 2 more Saint like people that stand as official witnesses to my declaration.

I take a bow and give my declaration. As I do so the Orb begins to pulsate. The colour changes and becomes progressively less orange turning to a brighter and brighter yellow. Then it becomes a pure white as I come to the end of my declaration. At this moment, a door opens to my right. I'm ushered to this doorway and look out. On the ground to my left is a pointed sign, saying "To Focus 3" in large letters. Looking in the direction of the sign I can see the Focus 3 archway in the distance. At the same time, Monroe says, "Now you will move to Focus 3."

Now Monroe starts the count to Focus 3:

While Monroe is talking, I'm acknowledging what he is saying while walking down the stone path towards the F3 archway. I stand on a stone slab and I look down and see, deeply and clearly engraved in the stone is, "F1". (Note: this action is timed with the CD, like always.) I acknowledge the engraving on the slab by looking at it for a few moments, and then continue walking. Next I come across another similar slab, only this time the engraving on the stone says, "F2".

Then I walk forwards towards the F3 archway.

I time it so that as I stand under the large archway, Monroe says, "3" followed by, "relax and enjoy...." etc. At which point I turn around and look back down the path and see the Declaration Room where I just came from. Then I turn to settle into a large reclining chair that is under the archway. I sit down and look into the distance. I can see my F10 hut sitting on top of a plateau area. A steadily inclining white stone pathway leads to my F10 hut.

I relax into the chair and recline it. As I do so, a female helper appears.

Now Monroe starts the relaxation process starting, "Let your jaw relax......" As Monroe directs, the female helper massages my head and facial area while I just lie back and enjoy!

As Monroe begins saying about letting the relaxation process flow into the brain, I get up and thank my helper and she wishes me a successful journey. Now I stand outside the archway looking across to my F10 hut. I Look down and wiggle my toes as Monroe begins saying, "into your toes.........." etc. As Monroe talks about the relaxation flow from the brain, I imagine myself slowly filling up with a kind of liquid that makes me feel vibrant and totally in tune with my surroundings.

I'M GOING TO COUNT NOW

Now I begin walking along the white stone path towards my F10 hut. Monroe says, "4" and I time it so that, at that point, I'm standing on a slab engraved with "F4" in large letters at the top. I look down and acknowledge that I am at F4 by looking at the engraved figures for a few moments. Then, still standing still on the slab, I do the observation and relaxation exercises as Monroe prompts.

Then I walk forwards some more, and I time it so that when Monroe says, "5" I'm standing on a slab marked "F5". There I do the exercises Monroe suggests, then do the same with, "6"; "7" and "8". First acknowledge the engraving on the slab; do the exercises as per Monroe's prompting; and when Monroe is silent between counts, continue walking down the path. (Obviously it takes a short while to learn the CD and get the timing absolutely right.)

After "9" I continue up the path and arrive at the foot of some stone steps, which lead upwards to the plateau on which my F10 hut is situated. I walk up the steps and see, about 30 yards ahead, is the entrance to my F10 hut. Between this is another embedded stone slab engraved with a large "F10" at the top. I walk forwards, stand on the slab and look down acknowledging the engraved "F10". At this moment, Monroe says, "10". Then I go through the prompted exercise, just like before with the previous slabs.

Then Monroe repeats the number "10" several times, during which I'm walking towards the entrance of my F10 hut. I open the door, enter the hut, and close the door behind me. I stand for a moment and Monroe says, "Relax and be calm and comfortable in Focus 10".

On the opposite wall to the door I came in, is a large opening through which is Focus 12 (and on to the Astral proper). The scene through the opening is like a clear night sky, with the deep blackness punctuated by millions of stars and planets. Sometimes I just stand and admire the view, listening to Monroe's voice on the CD. Or I may leave the hut and fly around. But not too far as it's easy to get carried away and lose the fact that this is an exercise. (The return from which is very important for the exercise as a whole.)

The return:

On one wall of my F10 hut is a door marked "Direct Return to C1" On Monroe's prompt, "You will return now to full Physical waking reality, as I count from 10 down to 1" I open the door, walk through into the large tunnel and close the door behind me.

I'M GOING TO COUNT NOW

Then Monroe says, "10" and I look at the door I just walked through, seeing it has "Entry to F10" written on it, in large letters. Then I start jogging down the tunnel and come to a door marked with a large figure "9". I quickly go through it (no need to close as it's spring loaded). Jogging along the descending tunnel I come to a similar door marked "8" then "7" then "6" and onto doorways 5, 4 and 2. (Have to be quick here as Monroe doesn't give you much time, but this does greatly add to the effect).

Going through doorway "2" I see the opening of the tunnel. I emerge next to the C1 door I stepped out of originally. The C1 door is open and Clive is beckoning me to hurry. He has my Physical sheathe ready which I step into quickly. He welcomes me back and asks if I'd like to take anything else from the box. I say, "Leave it, no time" and I descend quickly to ordinary waking consciousness at the bottom of my consciousness cone. This happens just after Monroe says, "1". (I always think, "Phew, just made it!")

Monroe then prompts, "wake up, open your eyes........" etc. So I do as prompted, in that I actually open my eyes, breathe deeply, and stretch my legs and arms, exactly as Monroe instructs.

Well, that's it. Sorry for the length. I hope it will give people some ideas of how to use the CDs successfully, and would appreciate any feedback anyone may have.

Oh, definitely I eat better than most. Whether I absorb the nutrients or not is the larger issue. I'm only very annoyed with it lately as it does not work more than half the time. I'm supposed to be healing now that I'm on this diet and I'm not making a very smooth or painless recovery. So right now all the restriction just feels like added abuse (thus the from hell reference)...if avoiding the foods that make me sick is not helping, why avoid them at all? I was told it could take a full year to get better.

I was a strange kid growing up. I wouldn't eat meat of any kind until I was about 10. And throughout childhood I had to avoid dairy often as I always had a cough, or some kind of infection. I lived off of bread and fruit until I was 12, then I began eating more of everything. I'm now severely allergic to wheat/gluten. Lactose intolerant, nightshade intolerant and a type 1 diabetic. All of which complicate eating. The benefit is that I see clearly how many things we take in that are just as bad as dairy and meat. Corn and wheat are causing health problems just as numerous. Even soy is more difficult to digest than people realize, and can also cause issues. Too many things that we eat, we should eat very seldom. In this part of the world people are overweight yet still malnourished. It's unbelievable how poorly we eat...but it is also incredibly hard to eat right. It takes more effort than I'm willing to give on a daily basis, but I'm giving it anyway. I'm ready to start feeling better, after years of pain and malabsorption. I just want it sooner than it can happen!

I think wheat, i.e. gluten intolerance is a different matter. That is usually a result of a Celiac or similar diseases which arise genetically or in other ways.

Humans are designed to east this sort of plant material as opposed to meat and dairy products which are generally lethal to the human system.

The China Study book is totally unambiguous; everyone should read it.

It is probably better not to focus on the eating pleasure side of things. I sometimes go on a juice fast and eat nothing for 6 weeks; it puts things in their proper perspective.

Even when I eat I only eat once per day in the evening, and then perhaps half a bowl of rice or pulses of some type.

I hope things improve for you soon; but the more you focus on it the longer it will take; and that is a fact.

I'm having a rough day.
My karma might get knocked for this, but I can assure you not to bother for my true karma already has been. 
Please do not take offense...but I already can't eat anything on earth without getting sick it seems like...and reading stuff like this, about people restricting their diets so much just because they actually want to...it makes me wish I had a choice in the limitations of my own diet.  Like most people do. Instead I am forced into a very strict diet (for health issues that exist because I was born unhealthy) that it depresses me at times. I never thought not being able to have things once in a while would get me down. What's worse is when I accidentally do consume something I'm not supposed to and become very ill.

Most take for granted they can eat anything put in front of them.
People should allow themselves to occasionally enjoy things like donuts and ice cream and pizza. Live now! We're all going to die anyway. 

I'm just touchy, I am sorry for venting. I'm on the diet from hell. It makes me a little cranky, and still my stomach hurts constantly. But I am beginning to believe most diets are spawned in hell and that pain is an unavoidable side effect.

I also wanted people to be aware that even an excellent diet doesn't always protect you from everything out there.

Again, I'm sorry for the long whine. Bad day. Bad week actually.

Please do not feel the need to apologise. I believe your comments are extremely valid.

But you see there is one crucial issue here; programming.

From birth a child is programmed by parents, relatives, teachers etc. to conform to certain things expected by society. By the age of 5 years or 7 years at the latest a person is fully programmed about such things as food, sex, money, "work", vacations; everything in fact;  and all of the other trappings of "modern society" and they are mostly running on that program for the rest of their lives unless they can break free of it; a bit like the Matrix movies.

Food is a typical example; eat 3 meals per day, meat, drink plenty of milk etc. and that is what people are programmed to do without question, even though it is often seriously damaging. Take a look at the state of people around you, particularly children, but do so sympathetically.

I consider you to be fortunate in many respects and you would do well to give thanks to the Universe for that.

I do not know what your "diet from hell" is; but I can guarantee it is alot, what most would class as "better", than the diet I eat by choice.

I have no issues with people enjoying a big meal from time to time; e.g. thanksgiving, this season, birthdays etc., but things have gobe far beyond that.

Fast food is killing people faster than any war ever did. But because, as with tobacco, coffee, alcohol and other dangerous drugs it is a multi-trillion dollar industry, the governments are happy to simply allow people to kill themselves.

The irony there is that if it were not for food abuse, alcohol abuse, tobacco abuse etc., 90% of medical cases and trillions of dollars could be saved each and every year.

Give thanks for your condition and focus on the positive things; and they will be yours.

To smite is too violent. It makes me think of the hand of God.

Booing is better, and more or less the opposite of applauding someone, but I suppose that would result in lower karma ratings all round.

I agree that "smite" is somewhat aggressive but it is the default for the system.

What other words might we use; and that is for anyone to suggest?

Let me say that Talanay's karma score was not a result of requesting it from me or anyone else. I do not approve of the way the karma system appears to have been mis-used and I intend to rectify it.

I would just like to say that karma, while being a member service which some might find amusing, it is nevertheless intended to be taken seriously. It is no longer possible for anyone to mis-use it.

Done, TalaNay.  Is that all right?

In fact, all of the Bee Gees were born on the Isle of Man.  (I thought of them immediately when I saw where you came from!) Andy wasn't born there, but he wasn't actually one of the Bee Gees, because he was so much younger than his brothers.

They were a big family. Their parents were Hugh and Barbara Gibb and the Bee Gees' elder sister Lesley was born 12th January 1945. Barry Gibb was born 1st September 1946 on the Isle of Man at the Jane Crookall Maternity Hospital, and twins Robin and Maurice Gibb were born 22nd December 1949, at the same hospital.

In early 1955, the Gibb family moved to Manchester, England, where Andy was born on 5th March 1958. In August 1958, they went to Australia, arriving there on Barry's 12th birthday.

In 1963, the Bee Gees, who by then had been perfoming as a child act for several years, signed a record contract with Festival Records in Australia and released their first single on 22nd March 1963 (Barry being 16 and Robin and Maurice being 13.) They continued to release a string of singles, but unfortunately didn't have too many hits, until the released Spicks and Specks at the end of 1966, which ended up topping the charts. But by the time the Bee Gees heard the news, they were on their way back to England (they left Australia, along with their parents, and little brother Andy, on 3rd January 1967.) That was the year they became internationally famous.

Andy Gibb died 10th March 1988 and Maurice Gibb died 12th January 2003.

Two of my children were born at the Jane Crookall as well  Actually one was born in exactly the same hospital as the Bee Gees, and the other was born in the new Jane Crookall.

The Bee Gees lived in a small post office while they lived in the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man recently made a series of postage stamps with the Bee Gees on to remember them.

We have quite a few well known musicians here. Rick Wakeman lives quite close, and Cynthia Lennon, John Lennons wife did as well
