What boggles my mind is why all of these crystals are still underground. I know the Chinese government has spent a fortune cleaning our crystal mines but most of the world still doesn't know diddly squat about crystals.

Sometimes I wonder if any of these crystal caves were planted there in ancient times.

Making a star-gate:
I'm not sure how much you know about star gates, so I'll just splurge everything I know. The tough part of a star-gate is you would need a lot of energy to go any long distances like planet-to-planet (more distance needs more energy). It needs perhaps more energy than several energy plants could provide. And it's extremely risky. From what I've seen, the biggest scientific disasters in this galaxy have been caused by star-gates.  I've even seen flashbacks into the Milky Way's past and watched a star-gate experiment collapse three populated star systems into black holes, just like that.

Considering this, I imagine you'd attract a lot of (unwanted) attention if you start toying with hyper-space.

But I've got a few small tips. A star-gate is little more than magnetism on an extreme level. In the same fashion that a star bends space with gravity, a star-gate bends space in a tunnel, using extremely high-powered magnets. This shortens distances so you can travel - say - 50 miles by crossing 20 feet in the tunnel. Add more power and you can travel 100 miles by crossing 20 feet in the tunnel. A high-powered star-gate is setup so people can cross between star systems in only a few minutes, without breaking any known laws of physics. (you're not moving faster than light, just moving a warped distance)

The tough part is making a gate stable enough to transfer physical matter across distances without anything being destroyed or lost in sub-space. There are actually weapons based on failed hyperspace technology that hit an enemy and teleport them to a random part of the universe

The actual construction is something like a set of high-powered magnets setup in a circle, and there has to be two gates already setup for it to work. I don't know much beyond that

Some years ago, I heard someone say there were humanoids who showed up in ancient Egypt, intrigued by the architecture, and they offered the Egyptians gold and crystals - of which they had stockpiles on their planet. The Egyptians didn't know what to do with crystals (which implies that maybe they didn't descend from Atlanteans) but they took the gold and coated the pyramids with it. Heh. And that would be the reason why all that gold came out of nowhere.

Come to think of it, there are civilizations out there (way out there) who make cities out of crystals and gold. I think the reason is not for aesthetics, but to create an energetically perfect environment.

Yeah, the "I'm you in the future" story is something a lot of astral tricksters use. I've also heard a few things about the Inspec and he does show signs of being a liar

What i see is society getting divided in 2: very rich vs very poor.
My country, Portugal, is a very good example of that. Our politicians stink like ****. If you look at Portugal, Brasil, Italy and a few other countrys thats what you will see. Even USA are starting to get like that, in a very subtle way.

In the case of rich and poor - like most groups - they're both mostly the same. Both approve of exploitative systems, both oppress anything they can (in the poor's case it's often kids and animals), both are essentially the same people in different situations, with differences that are only superficial. The reason we have a separation between rich and poor is because everyone has agreed to make oppression okay, and when oppression is okay, you can only have a handful of winners.

This is what I mean by subconsciously electing secret societies to run the world. You're not aware that these groups exist (and the one you mentioned is just the tip of the iceburg), and you didn't tell them how to act, but you make these groups inevitable

They kept people from learning to keep their power.
Uneducated masses are easier to control.

It wasn't until the end of the Dark Ages that the Church started losing the power of control over the masses and education started becoming more prominent.  Even then though, it still took a while before things started coming around.

Seems easy, but that's simplifying things. The masses created and sustained the Church, and if the Church did anything the public didn't want, they would be overthrown. Like you said, education became more prominent and the Church lost some power. These organizations that control everything are sub-consciously chosen by the masses

My advice is ignore what you're reading in this thread and venture forth into the universe with love.

There are lots of organizations running things - it's always been that way. There's no simple, unified, all-knowing force anywhere. The public tends to simplify things and say "The government runs everything" or "One secret society runs everything." But it's just various organizations controlling different elements of the world and fighting for control. The outcome of who controls what aspect is actually decided by the masses on a subconscious level

In fact I was thinking about our scientific advancements in the past century, and how most of the inventions we use today were created in the past 60 or so years. (I forget the exact numbers)

One has to wonder, why didn't these 60 years happen 300 years ago? It's not like our brains have evolved drastically since 1700. Why didn't this gigantic jump in scientific advancement happen earlier?
Well, just 150 years ago, women were stifled, minorities were stifled, young people were stifled, the poor were stifled. Everyone was saying "No, you can't." The only people allowed to invent anything were rich adult white males, and they spent all their creativity stifling everyone.

By 1900, minorities and women were slightly less stifled, and things were beginning to progress a little faster. But still, people were saying "You can't do things." "No, you can't go to the Moon." "No, you can't make a machine that thinks." and most forms of science were considered mad.

In the mid 1900's there was a great rebellion. Unruly people stood up and said "We can, and you can't stop us."

And today we have people saying "No, you can't have a casual space flight to Sirius." and they'll reinforce this by arresting you and taking away your inventions. I think any form of progress is less a matter of advancing scientifically, and more a matter of destroying the forces that stop you from having what is rightfully yours.

I'm interested in reptiles, though. Everyone in our galaxy has nasty thoughts and intentions. Reptiloids are the only ones who can say it out loud while everyone else hides it

I've noticed the way civilizations advance to a certain point, and then are knocked down by other forces. This happens routinely, even (perhaps especially) when they mean no harm. There is always some tyrant who feels threatened by anyone who has the potential to challenge him.

I remember seeing something on TV where a guy made an explosive and blew up his old car, filming it on camera. It was fun to watch, but then, the police got ahold of the video and tracked him down. The guy was actually arrested and sent to jail, even though he didn't break any laws. The show had interviews with the police, and they said they had to arrest this guy because he was capable of making explosives. That's it. 'Capable'. They defended themselves, saying "What if he set off an explosive while people were around?" which never happened.
