I didn't watch the video at all.  I'm like an art snob with music and BEPs tinkle me off.

Though, maybe not as much as others.  I still won't listen to them whenever I can avoid it.

And this time, I have that control.

I don't know that I would say racist.

Anti-Zionism, definitely, but that's different.

I don't disagree though.

Now I have to come up with something that will be cohesive enough aesthetically with the ouroborous  to fill up my lower arm.

I've had 3 years to work it out, but apparently I'm lazy.

you still go through a "visualization" type experience designed to engage your senses, something that can captivate you.

it's not really a lowered state of consciousness, it's more of a shift in conscious awareness.

Does anybody like the ancient astronaut jazz?  Human/alien hybrids?

What about people like Icke?  Does Icke say the same stuff as what Picard posted first?

There are sooooooo many different ways to meditate.

In fact, I didn't even start with mantra meditations until a couple years ago (been meditating many years).

Mantra meditations are a type of meditation geared toward intent focus on one thing.  Basically to narrow the mind to a point.  Similar to watching your breathing.  Though mantras also have a vibrational aspect to them, as in certain tones stimulate different places in the body (organs, energy centers, etc.).

I always did more like observation meditation, where i just observe my mind.

One of my favorite meditations is geared toward magickal practice.  It involves visualization to reach a certain state of mind that is ideal for ritual.

Yea, there are definitely some really good speech/lectures on there.  Stuff you just can't find elsewhere.

I don't phase, but I understand it well I think.

But, disclaimer, since I don't phase, just consider this a random comment that holds no weight.

I'm only going to speak to the body bit, because I can't tell you what you experience in the shift.....well I kind of can but I won't.

You need to forget about the body for any of this and phasing is designed specifically to do that in a way.  Phasing engages your "senses" to such a high degree that you go through a phase shift from focus on the physical to the non.  So forgetting the body is the whole idea.

The idea is that you become so immersed in your "environment" that your focus shifts.

Read about what phasing is, particularly phase shifts.  That helped me to get what the phase idea was about, because i'm not an electrical engineer.   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phase_(waves)

One frequency of focus is your body, the other is the non-physical realms.  Phasing is shifting your awareness away from the body and toward this "non-physical" realm, whatever you experience that to be.

you didn't specify on the forum astralprojectee.

dead people are only projectors.....until they're not.

but rumor has it they are in the astral until they figure shiz out.

so, i would think they are good projectors.

that was kind of a joke post by the way

i'm tryin to get to 500.

lol

though, i do find this "truth" very interesting.

i believe i've said it before, i think you and i have much in common tiny.

:-D
#2712
you got me tiny.

though.....i never said i didn't believe in truth.  truth is subjective.

i do think that perhaps you misunderstand my personal philosophy.

#2713
thought i would share the other side of the coin is all

there are often physiological sensations associated with changes in brainwave states.

so if i learned what was associated with each brainwave state (trance state) i can identify it as i'm moving through them and it can help to know what to do next.

but it's ultimately irrelevant.

I don't really disagree with you Psilibus, but I'll share my perspective on time to take your idea into a little more depth.

I think that every individual moment that we "experience" by observing consciousness is in effect a death and rebirth.  We are constantly and consistently dying.  Each moment we are reborn, but from a slightly different perspective which accounts for perceived change.  It's like our conscious awareness of the moment focuses on the experience of the moment and then withdrawals in a form of transcendence/death.  It is then resurrected in the next moment by reengaging it's focus of awareness back into our physical body, by way of the human energy system (chakras, etc).  But the scale and position of the next focus is different from the last focus of awareness.  What this creates is the illusion of new experiences collected and added to the whole of one's experiences, or time.  But in truth, all our new knowledge gained through "cause and effect" experience already exists simultaneously.  We already know everything, we already are everything.  We are what people like to call "god", we are omniscient, omnipresent, omni-whatever.  For some reason (which is unknown to me) we choose to view ourselves from limited perspectives.

They already have the internet too.  It's even easier on the internet.  Think Wikipedia.  Anything can be posted there.  The internet is the biggest source of disinformation out there.

Plus, people are paid by world governments to go on forums and join social groups that are considered "revolutionary" (ie not in line with the status quo) and shake things up, cause chaos.  The reason is so that these groups will be unable to coalesce into a cohesive/concrete group.

we were kind of talking about this in the chat room today.

well, not time.

we were talking about the "personality/ego self" going with you into the astral.....kind of, it may have been more complicated than that...maybe not.

i described the ego as survival software for the body computer.  it's not necessary to bring it to the astral, but because our primary experience in life is through the ego we do.  We don't know how to fully live without it, so we create it in the astral through belief.

I would think time would be a part of that, if you see time as an "optical illusion" due to our perspective in this reality.

Stookie,

do you ever listen to Lorenzo's Psychedelic Salon?
