No, you got the gist of the message, I wish more people did. Everyone keeps telling the people who are being attacked to be more loving, I'm far from convinced the ones doing the talking even know what loving another person really is about.

But that would mean taking personal responsiblity.

If it's an attack, it's not a strange way to attack at all.

As humans we need privacy. Without privacy we fall into the old proverbial "never throw your pearls to pigs lest they trmaple them."

I've said this before and I'll say it here again. We have senses that we use to determine reality and set boundaries. Our senses not only detect things like pain, joy, happiness, fear, anger but also in what degrees or levels. A pin prick is one level of pain and a gunshot is a higher level. Privacy allows dumb things to be left as that, just dumb things. It allows you to walk away from what should be dumb and petty and put your focus on the real big life issues that need addressing. If you're put out on display for all to see, and I mean everything, suddenly all the pin pricks are elevated to the level of a gunshot wound. You suddenly can't walk away from anything, you have to deal with everything (which is impossible for one person to do)...when everything is brought to the level of a gunshot wound, that's what I call being made hypersensitive. To add insult to injury, you're treating everything as a gunshot wound, but other people may still see it as a pin prick because they don't look at the big picture of everything you're dealing with. So you get "corrected" on your behavior. Pretty soon, everything you do is wrong because 90% of you is operating at the wrong level. Since everything about you is wrong, you stop thinking, you stop feeling, stop interacting with people, you get angry a lot, you cry a lot...it's not fun.

Ender, your idea would work if tsotonwa's life is such that there is support, and focus doesn't have to be placed anywhere else. That very rarely happens and it doesn't even take into account stresses that may already exist. You break people by getting them into a situation where they stop being who they are, and there is no better way to do it than to place someone in a situation where every situation, everything about them is suddenly wrong.

The "test voice(s)" as I have come to call them, they've changed from sounding like a dopey monotone test voice, to them trying to impersonate the positive greys, to (of all things) the voice of Ashe the Android from the first Alien movie (the most annoying of all of them).

It's usually all the same person. But Crim, I'm noticing now (although I'm not sure how I do it) to try to drown out the test voice and I'll listen to see was is being cloaked by them. In other words, I'll hear the test voice and it'll be saying something negative or dopey like, "THis is a war, that's all the permission we need, you won't live to see the end of the week." Cloaked with that dopey message is a normal sounding male voice that will be saying something repeatedly like, "I'm not here, I'm not here, I'm not here," or "You're weakening, you're weakening, you're weakening." I've heard things upon waking up in a normal male voice saying "Her eyes are open and she's reaching for a can of coke on the table" or one of the most distinct ones is, "OK, I have a hook in her left thigh let's start the test." I've heard arguments like one male voice will be saying the mantra, all the sudden another male voice will interject and say, "Wait, wait, wait, she can hear us."

Have they adapted by fooling me with normal sounding speech...since finding out that I could apparently hear them...yes. But it's still information in my belt.

Keep an open mind. A lot of things posted here could be deemed as schizophrenia, even my experiences of hearing a ghostly radio broadcast.

This is like a sick catch 22. If tsotonwa goes and see a doctor and it's schizophrenia, he gets drugs for it, problems go away, great.

But if it is a neg attack by an entity or human, and tsotonwa sees the doctor, then what? There are a few horror stories listed on this site about people trapped in hospitals because they were misdiagnosed by well meaning doctors.

Is there anyone here that can AP and see what the hell is going on, that would really settle it. The negs or their attachments if any should be noticable. If there's nothing there, go see a doctor.

Playing the opening theme to G Gundum over, and over, and over again, non stop for several hours, sometimes stopping and repeating or starting over in parts? Then out of the blue, start playing a promo to a local radio station I never even listened to?

I have no idea what the radio sounds the other night were, though.

Given the thing I feel squirming around inside me that occasionally talks out of my chest, I would tend to agree Crim.

I haven't heard a radio sound since (even tested the situation by shutting everything off and just listening...nothing).

Just for some people in the southern hemisphere of the planet, you guys are enjoying summer but it is bitter cold and snowing here. It's not someone playing a radio loud and the window is open. The sounds are in the same room I am in.

Didn't Inguma say something once about this, that he did drugs for quite a while and now his energy is all screwed up after prolonged use (prolonged use, have no clue on recreational or how recreational is defined).

The same way it damages your physical body, from what I've heard it does things to your other bodies too. Short end of the stick, weed may "assist" in the short term but has long term consequences, I guess like anything else.

You might want to shoot Inguma an email or PM and get his opinion.

Robert Bruce has several sections in his book detailing how running water affects negs (see pages 8,15,24,26,33-34,43,46-47,54,74,121-122,131,229-234,262-263,277-278,280,283,285,321). For whatever reason, negs have difficulty transversing water, and sometimes will attach to people to aid them in crossing water. Robert says in his book that with the advent of modern underground water pipes, neg activities seem to have increased (not direct quote). He has a shower and bath ritual listed in his book to aid in removing negs.

He also listed garlic as a measure against defeating negs. Chiefly, and the way I've done it, burning garlic on the stove top in a pan so it fills the whole dwelling.

The limits with this...my attackers are human using disembodied negs. My human attackers probably shower, swim, and eat garlic, so I doubt it is going to stop them.

However, I try to make a point of making their neg drones miserable. I have a running water fountain filled with Holy Water, I throw Holy water around my apartment (in shapes of pentagrams and crosses) and all over me, and I do the shower ritual when I can. Does it stop them from putting neg energy inside me, no, it doesn't, but it does make their attempts difficult.

When they choose to attack, I'll make their lives difficult and miserable every step of the way. That's the best I can do.

If the kid has a hernia that shows, wouldn't calling social services be the answer.

Metaphysical symptoms don't show up but God, that kid should be removed from the home just from the physical aspect of it. How is a person screaming non-stop taking care of a small child?

Oh Yeah, my attacker does it to me all the time. All right new question...although this is something I ahve mentioned before.

Is it possible for someone to put something (neg energy, piece of themselves) inside you meanwhile creating sensations to trick the target's mind into thinking the opposite...something being taken out? Like a cloaking or manipulation of the senses (like having control over your nerve endings, you put your hand on a furnace top and the perp controlling the nerve endings sends a message saying, this is what cold feels like). Mick I know your answer on this but I wanted to post this question again one more time.

Oh, Yes, I am well aware of the neg energy inside me, it's not my energy. It's his. From what he told me once it's so he can find me anywhere and for other purposes as well (talks out of my chest or third eye from time to time). The insertions can be slow (easy to fight) or fast (don't know what's happened until after it's over).

One of things that happened to me during my data download (you'll hear about that) was someone (YES someone as in a person) circling around me in in counterclockwise fashion (almost like a Manchurian Candidate) and saying something really dumb like, "I am not someone you know, I am just...." whatever came next, it's hard to remember sometimes.

This guy (really people, I'm starting to discern more than one type of "real" voice, personality), has taken more of my energy and put stuff of his in me than I can count.

During the download my chakras were being ripped out or touched constantly (that along with being kept awake for 2 week s straight and barely any food and water). It was during that point I saw the point of light on the ceiling and was told I was dying. To "save my life" an entity came forward and said he would save my heart chakra by combining a piece of his to my damaged part. I found out too late it was a trick. I remember vaguely it being removed later on during the download and someone trying to do a healing on me.

You don't sound like you're being attacked, just interested. The books listed in my signature section below are what I would recommend, especially Robert Bruce's book. That will tell you what to look for and what steps to take. There's nothing wrong in taking precautions...it's called educating yourself, the way someone might educate themselves on AIDS. It's not negative it's empowering. Take the time to get informed and then enjoy APing.

Jeff I don't take the question personally. I don't know the answer. I keep hearing the words, "I want your power" which I find to be absolute bullsh** because as far as I'm concerned, I have no special abilities. "Abilities" of some type started clicking in when my experiences started back in 1993. I was a chemistry major in college and as right brained as you could get. I didn't know anything about chakras or auras and didn't care, it wasn't something that interested me.

I was going to work in race relations and advance my degree and call it a day. Never happened.

Jeff, it's nothing personal from me to you, it's just I hear all this specialness crap and from all the treatment I've undergone, I do not feel very special. There's no attempt to kill me, just continuously subject me to the same crap over and over under varying conditions.

Jeff, if you want me to make this as clear as possible, they had me in a holographic type frame of mind and were placing me in situations where my only recourse was to "kill" whatever was presented to me. I have other things and responsiblities in my life to prioritize besides how to deal with and overcome my perp. Energy is a precious commodity and sometimes compromises have to be made because of other responsiblities elsewhere, namely my family. This jackass does not care if I am willing to go the distance, if anything he welcomes it and uses it as one more thing to manipulate.

You treat situations individually, they're all most, and if they don't fit most, you do a force fit regardless of the consequences. Why does being an outlier mean you think you're greater than others? And why is there so much fear, hate, and negativity expressed whenever a possible outlier exists?

About what, the cost of Hydrogen?

Not that much. I use a ton of hydrogen at all my jobs as they are used as the gas for Gas Chromatograph Detectors (FID, specifically) and occasionally as a carrier gas.

Never mind the chemistry, it's cheap, I personally have had to order tanks and we're not talking a massive amount of money at all.
