Frank I would have to agree with you on the terminology used in
OBE books & hope future books will incorporate different methods & ideas.Like you I invented other names for places I frequented but
had never heard any one put a term like focus levels 10,12,15,21,30
& was at first put off until I realized everyone was using
different names for the same thing.I had been having them since 6
years old & tried to stop it as I didnt know what was going on &
no-one seemed to know either.I vividly remember a time around 6 to 8
years old I had continous OBE,s when I went to bed.I would immediately
be transported to this very tall stair well inside a shopping centre,
where I would be at the top floor & somehow get pushed into the open
to fall some 10 stories.This scared hell out of me & set up insomnia
in my life but now I look back & realize it was conditioning to
prepare me & get me used to it & after hundreds of times it happening
to me I just gave up fighting & let go,I thought it meant death but
turned out to be far more exciting.Anyway when I read all these OBE
books I get this familiarity with places described but initial am
confused as to the terminology.

Hi Atlas, not sure if you think it is me who is Anti U.S & Anti
Christian but I,m not an Anti anything but Anti-Powerful predatory
elite & upper echelons.I dont follow any religions but have read
quite a few versions of various religions bible.I,m not Anti U.S &
think thats a bit of an over used generalization & tries
somehow to blanket all Americans under the same umbrella.
I,m Anti U.S & Australian & U.K governments & politicians & not the
people they are supposed to be representing & protecting as I have
many American friends & pretty much like everything that comes out
of it except weapons.(Except immobilizing weapons that I could fit
to my car in times where others dont realize I own the road)

The movies,the inventions,the music & the books I pretty much cant
do without.

I,ve only had a brief look at the sites & cant see anything bad in it.
Maybe soon we will have a bit of a spiritual revolution,where
medicine will work with metaphysics.

I dont know much about the guy so at the moment I cant recomend to

Looks like another thing we share besides the Daniel,a good user of
the library.I,m not sure what it is like in other countries but here
& the U.S.A seem to have access to some excellent books.
Most people dont realize the wealth of information at their
fingertips available for free!I,m a member of local & state libraries
my uni library which covers 4 uni,s & the national archives,all free!
I get video,s, c-d,s, meditation tapes,newspapers all free!
The things I really like & stick in my mind I go to a bookstore &
buy them.I like the old saying "work smart,not hard" .
I think society still gives the library a bad time & associates it
with geeks.People like Adrian could probably testify that boys in
particular have a real "its uncool to be smart" attitude & strength,
looks & social standing are so much more important to them.

Yes,my friends & family think I,m a bit ruthless with my books now.
On lending out books now I say no folding the pages!no resting
cups/glasses/mugs on it!No writing on it or underlining or
highlighting anything!No opening the book past 90 degrees (to stop
cracks on the binding & to keep closer to mint).
And only one set of Monroes so far has been lost,so I guess I got
learned!On the positive side we have probably had a flow on effect
from the people we have lent it to & hopefully they passed it on &
on & on & so on.
It feels good that some of these people I lent them to, said how much
they had loved this or that book,but it stated costing to much.
Ahhhhhhhhh the internet,sweet ,sweet internet.mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

G,day Dan,I vaguely remember that story & I cannot refer to the book
as I have loaned J.O.B & Far journeys to friends,whatever you do
dont loan them to people who are travellers.I,ve bought the 3 books
a second time around as a "friend" moved to Brazil & took them with
him.I know where my new 2 are but Utimate Journey is goin on loan to
nobody!When I lend a series to a friend I only give them one at a time
now,instead of the whole series!Oh well ya live & ya learn.
Greg & Jo might be able to give you more info,but from what I know
of Monroe I believe he did encounter beings in different dimensions
& possibly planets.I guess no one can really validate any of this
stuff in the physical,I just feel that from personal experience life
out there comes in strange forms & I figure if I,ve seen & felt
some of these things it seems plausible that R.A.M had seen much
more than I upon writing that book.He wrote that book the year I was
born 1971 so his experience by that stage must have been great,but
by the time he got to Ultimate Journey,he really had made sense of things.

Hi Bhikku,not sure if this would constitute as a psychic attack.
I,ve had many dreams in the past about not being able to speak,see or
move,I hate the ones where your running to get away from something
as fast as possible but seem to be getting nowhere,while the
pursuers could run like hell!
Anyway I dont get any of these effects while OBE,ing so I,d have to
say that they are dreams presented to you in a metaphorical sense &
closely represent real events in your life.
Feeling like you are being stopped from seeing something in real life?
Feel like your movements are being restricted in real life or your
job/class/course/direction in life got you feeling like you cant move?
Feel like you cannot say the things you wish to say or that your
words fall on deaf ears?
Well thats my spin on it anyway,maybe you will get some other advice
as well,I just reckon its probably things in your physical life,that
you have wanted to address & your subconcious is modelling it for
you in the extreme sense & hope I could be of some help.

I,m really envious of your experiences there jo & Greg & at present can only dream about it.
On the subject of powerful energy sites,first of all Jo I,d forgotten
to mention mount warning,thankyou,I cant believe I forgot it as
my father lives about 10 kms from it & I have friends that live at the
base of it.Its the plug of an extinct volcano & the Crystal Castle is
on its southern most rim & many spiritual towns exist around the
volcanic region there,most notoriosly Nimbin (for its drug scene).
I have been reading about geomagnetic hotspots for a while now &
their relationship to psychic energy or just plain energy.
I,m not sure if the Monroe Inst is on one of these spots,I,d bet it
would be.
The power/energy seems to follow the earths magnetic field & the
north & south poles are the major ones,followed by certain areas on
the planet where these lines or grids of energy meet up,for
instance:Giza,Stonehenge,Teotihuacan,Maccha Pichu,Lk Titicaca,Chichen Itza,Montauk,Uluru,Pine Gap,Avebury,Angkor.These are all pretty biggies but there are lots of smaller ones as well like the Hawaian islands,Bermuda Triangle & the Coral Castle.
The ancients seemed fully versed as to how to access this energy
grid & I suspect a few individuals are privy to this information
today.

I,m still putting together the pieces & it really intrigues me,but I,m
close I can feel it.

As they say (scientists) information is doubling every 2 years &
a lot of the planet is waking up to our destructive nature.
Adrian I,ve heard of that Hydrogen car a few times now,why the hell
wont they use it?
It seems to me we have to look at ourselves & what sort of
governments & political systems we operate beneath.
I believe its time to look at a new system that benefits all mankind
& future generations.Its obvious that in the past Monarchies,
Dictatorships,Communism,Marxism,Totalitarianism have all failed &
I believe that to be the case with Capatilism as well.
While I benefit from living in a 1st world country & the freedoms it
provides & am doing nicely myself,I intrinsically know its wrong.
I know there is a natural selection process in nature & some people
just are not born into wealth but have incredible personal
potentials that are never realized because of our predatory
nature to look after ourselves first & capatilism has ensured
dirty tactics are used & those that are privy to the "right"
information are always going to be far out in front,regardless of
their abilities & their use to fellow man.
What can we do to make use of all people & resources without ripping
our planet to pieces in the name of profit & at the same time
provide the freedom needed to pursue further experience & knowledge.
I,m almost in the working field of Genetics now & I can see a
future where there will be designer babies as natural births just
wont meet the criteria needed by litigous concious organizations.
At birth it can allready determined what diseases or illnesses you
are likely to get,if you are predisposed to alchohol,drugs,violence,mental illness,disorders,early death & IQ
potential.The insurance companies & major employers are busting to
get this info & many hospitals around the world have a D.N.A sample
of every baby going back to the 60,s.
Its just getting beyond a joke & it will throw very capable people
on the scrap pile,before they even get a chance.
I know I got off the topic a bit but I believe that its closely linked
Free energy & Capatilism.

any possibilities,its a funny old world we live in & who knows what
things can happen.
Froggman I know this experience contradicts the statement
"nothing can happen to your non physical/etheric body" & I still
believe that to be true, its just that some entities seem to be
able to get a lock on your non-physical body & follow it back to
your non physical body,if extraterrestial beings,angels & demons
have the ability to see your silver cord I would imagine it
wouldn,t be too much of a problem.
What are possessions by Prophets/Angels/Gods/Demons about?
It seems that when someone is searching for information,they
somehow come in contact with the being whether voluntary or not &
a physical bond is formed.
You never know I might go back there one day & I definately dont
think anyone should be detered.

G,day Q-GJ,pretty hard to interpret that one,could be anything,even
something entirely different.What you said about getting a diary is
the best thing you can do.I,ve had one for years & you just need to
get a plain excercise book & fill in the dates as you go.
I just call mine a dream/lucid dream/OBE diary so I record everything
I remember for later analyses.You will find if you buy a diary with
all the dates in you might have a few weeks or months of no activity
& therefore have huge wasted gaps in your diary.You will find as well
that places you have written about & encounters experienced follow
a path & you will probably visit them over & over.

I believe also that a lot still has to be worked out as to the effect
of sound on basically everything.The ancients somehow were years ahead
of us with sound thousands of years ago.Apparently they could do
things such as levitate people & massive blocks & boulders.
I myself am working on it as a hobby & the hemi sync tapes are a
big step in re-learning as are some other subliminal tapes,sound &
light machines.

G,day Greg & welcome!Good to see another TMI graduate in here.
While I have not been there myself I have the gateway home series as
well as a couple of others as well now.I dont have a problem with
their books & tapes, works well for me & I experienced much the
same with Astral Dynamics,it gave me some options,some different
directions to go in or utilise if I wished.
I,ve read quite a bit about Joe McMoneagle,sounds like a nice guy &
would love to meet the big fella too.

To you guys who have been there,is it the monroe institute itself at
Virginia,blue ridge mountains that has the big crystal? & do the
other branches/institutes under monroe have a big crystal as well?
I,ve seen it mentioned before but forgot,exactly what type of
crystal is it?Quartz?
There is a place I go to here in Australia every couple of months
called the "Crystal Castle" just south of the N.S.W/Q.L.D border.
It seems to be located on a bit of a geomagnetic hotspot as well &
they have giant crystals everywhere.As you walk in the front,there
is a circular pool with a rose quartz crystal about 2ft by 1ft in
the centre.As you walk into the building there is a shrine of crystals
& one chunk of rose quartz is like a small chair or boulder.
I love the energy of the place & when I,m there,I dream that I,m at
TMI or that they have a similar workshop there,maybe one day.
There is not a place of high energy near me except for the "Crystal
Castle" (2hrs) "Tambourine mountain" (45mins)  "O'Reileys" (2hrs)&
the sea (30 mins).
I used to live in Katoomba,the blue mountains,N.S.W for 10 years &
I,m sure part of my soul is still there as I go back every year or
2 to energize.The whole place of Katoomba is a spiritual hot spot &
many religous schools,cults & secret societies were well established there.Its the place where it all really took off for me & gained
much spiritual growth while living there.
I plan to at least see TMI one day if not participate,but I,ve got
a lot of other places to go 1st,so its always in the back of my mind.

Hi Distant Bell,WOW someone I now sort of know is fairly close to
the O.T.O,thats great!I,m sure if the O.T.O sect you are talking
about are primarily occult based & not the public perception that
the occult is Satanism which it is not,it would be interesting.
Most of the readers in here would know that Occult literally means
"hidden" "mysterious" "not revealed" & has been posted in other forums
as well,so for anyone who is just reading this & is not familiar
with the Occult,you will find that the majority of people who are
into the occult are peaceful nature loving people.
The bad press has been from Satanism & some how the two got put together & in reality are poles apart.
I too like the book of Law,I love big books & nicely bound hardcovers.
Its absolutely jam packed with information & goodies & just looks
good.

Personally I dont know how many OBE,ers & R.Vers are willing to
track down someone on the move,& rationally,do we really know that
Osama Bin Laden was responsible?Why not Saddam Hussein?It is
convenient that it happens to be Arabs & happens to be Christianity,s
biggest religous & economic opponent (Islam).
Why is so many facts being ignored?Out of buildings that were
supposed to be occupied by up to 20,000 people at the time of the
terrorist attack there were how many people discovered so far?
About 3 to 4000,(not that I would want the toll to be higher) &
remarkably no Israeli,s were found & many others were conveniently
not at work that day.Days before the strike huge amounts of options
were traded in companies that specialized in military aircraft,
weapons & the resources needed to make them.

Osama bin scapegoat more like it,a killer a manipulator & a
dangerous man for sure but it is more likely a bigger fish than
Osama.
Anyway I would like to say for anyone who thinks I somehow think
Osama is a hero or wanted innocent people to die,I dont & didn,t.
Its just when there is no admission to the act or critical evidence
as to who/when/why the public will accept anyone to make themselves
feel better & I,ve become accustomed to the contradictory
statement "Believe half of what you see & none of what you hear" until
you can get more info & decide yourself.

On locating people;animate objects are variables & are actually
very hard to locate & even harder to verify in terrain that all
looks the same,with no-one close by to relay accuracy.
Joe McMoneagle has been the only person to publicly locate a missing
person & he is in his 50,s & has been doing OBE,s & R.v,s for over
30 years.The U.S government would not listen to joe bloggs telling
them "hey I know where he is,its a cave or something & its dimly lit"
You would have to have the motive & credentials for the top brass
to notice & listen.

I like that free energy story as well & have read quite a bit about
Nikola Tesla in the past & believe he is the most underated
scientist of our time.The stuff he came up with made Einstein look
like an amateur & many remnants of his work is still around like
the Tesla coil.
It seems that giant power & petroleum companies have gone all out
to supress any of these inventions & when they decide that enough
oil has been pumped out of the earth & enough money has been made they
will come to our savior with all these inventions that have
mysteriously disapeared & they now own the patents to.
Probably free but with lots of attatchments like;perishable parts,
montoring,& limited lifespans to ensure profits.
It just makes you angry doesnt it at our predictable predatory
nature.Anyway glad to be of any help.

To anyone who has read about my encounter out from the moon,
dont be put off from anything I have said as I,m sure there is
a rational & logical explanation for what happened to me.
From all my readings it seems like its a very rare thing & you
probably have more chances of winning the lottery than this
happening to you & it still hasnt stopped me from having OBE,s...............just.......not ......there!
I hope I get a plausible explanation soon as doctors dont know &
it aches a fair bit.
The only explanation I can think of & its pretty far out,is when I
was out there & saw the sandy little guy & he saw me,that somehow
he blocked what I could see in there,psychically hit me & knocked me flying back to my physical body which it located & possibly
abducted me & removed a piece of skull for some reason?
The thing that doesnt add up in that scenario is why do I remember
going there?And if they did, there was no implants found so I,m sure
nothing good came out of it for me.
I would prefer to hear a nice easy medical explanation for what
happened & am still looking,so what do you all think?
Can anyone think of a more rational explanation,nothing has changed,
I still have the chunk missing (dont think she,s coming back) & the scans if anyone here in Australia can help or retest or give advice.

With respect to Uncle Al,I,m not sure how much of his stuff to
believe or not,I believe he wrote in code a bit & that the majority
of his stuff can be easily misenterpreted.
Distant Bell,I noticed you put in the book of Law & even though I
own it & cost me $150 too! I,m dubious as to its validity.
At first he believed it was his channelled contact with Aiwass,one
of the secret cheifs who directed the Hermetic Order of the
Golden Dawn.Then later he turned around & said Aiwass was merely a
manifestation arising from the depths of his own subconcious mind.
Much of the book of Law was based on the info that Aiwass was
supposed to have comunicated to him.
I like a lot of his stuff but like many others was turned off a bit
on hearing of his involvements with the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO)
& the Argenteum Astrum/A'A'/Silver star, the 3rd order of the
Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.
The OTO were notorious for their sexual rituals.

I like one of Aleister Crowleys quotes which goes:
"Always tell the truth,but lead a life so improbable that no-one will
believe you"

Adrian, can you verify a rumour I heard a few years back,that
Jimmy Page from Led Zep,purchased the Abbey of Thelema & much of
Crowleys original works,do you know if that was true?

I,m not sure if this is the guys name,but I think it was
Timothy Good? who wrote various ufo books,had one in which
previously unreleased transcripts of the Apollo missions were
released & interviews with all astronauts involved.
A number of times astronauts including Neil Armstrong,reported that
"there are ships out here!lots of them" on the other side of the moon.
That was the early 70,s, who knows whats happened in 30 years.
I have never OBE,ed the moon itself,but in 1998 I recorded an OBE
I had on the other side of the moon about 1000 km off the surface,
where I saw a set of giant rings linked together,with small craft
flying in & out.
This got me curious & I moved in to take a closer look,when I got inside one of the rings I encountered a small humanoid being with
sandy coloured skin.It looked surprised to see me & the next thing
I know I,m being dropped onto my bed & landed on my girlfriends
feet! on the end of the bed sideways!
It gets worse! my head felt sore & I felt my skull only to find a
large chunk of my skull missing at the back!Of course I was alarmed
& went with family & friends to see doctors & get C-T & MRI scans on
my head & brain.No problem was found & I turned to the doctors &
said how did it get there? They said they dont know & it must have
been an accident I had a long time ago as it was solid & healed.
We all said "It wasnt there yesterday" & they just said
"It must have been".
This was my most disturbing OBE so far & I,ve been apprehensive
about going any further than outside the atmosphere ever since.

I would like to see whats inside the Sphinx also Hephaestus &
underneath the desert for undiscovered sites & hopefully the hall of
records.
I,d like to have a closer look at the undersea sites of Bimini,South
America & Surat India where material there was carbon dated at
9000 years old.
I,d love to look into top secret military sites like Pine Gap &
the Montauk base in the states,where experiments on the
philadelphia experiment were rumoured to continue.

Hi Froggman & Qui Gon Jin,the face on mars was announced 2 years before the sattalite scanned mars it was,
James Hurtak of "the keys of enoch/the book of knowledge" to
astronomers & NASA & was rumoured to be the reason they chose that
particular area to first photograph that & Cydonia out all other possible locations.
The planets were found depicted on ancient Sumerian,Egyptian &
Indian tablets/plates.Some showing 9 planets others showing 12.
One cylinder seal from the sumerians is 4,500 years old depicts
10 planets:State Museum,East Berlin,catalogue no.VA/243
They aslo described what uranus & neptune looked like.

you want to buy them,Erik Von Danniken,James Hurtak & start buying

Yep, I agree again Daniel,with the limited budget of the average
person,at best a movie could be made but will probably be compared
with "The Blair Witch Project" .On the other hand no up & coming
film producer/director could expect to get rich off a documentary.
So maybe you could mix the two together?
Blair witch budget & movie jonre(minus the crappy,shaking camera
action) & some elements of truth & facts,documentary style.
Here,s another fact for the editing room,last year was the first
time a remote viewer was documented finding something as hard as a
missing person.It was Joe McMoneagle (ex SRI,military R.V er)
locating a missing woman in Japan for a japanese T.V show.
Not only was he successful,guiding japanese police to her whereabouts,
but he did it from Virginia,USA.
The story is published in Nexus magazine,latest issue & is also on
the Jeff Rense site.

Hi Tia, a similar thing has been talked about in the topic
"Slapped on the forehead?" & the strobe was believed to be your
brow chakra or pineal gland being activated.A bit worrying I know
but it leads to greater experiences.
