I don't recall claiming to be "truly advanced", and that statement makes no sense. Advanced compared to what? Everything is relative.

Also being advanced at such things as levitation, teleporation, telekinesis etc. is purely a physical thing, because beyond the physical, even in the lower Astral, they are natural abilities, and people in the lower Astral are not very advanced.

Same goes for "magic" etc.. Being able to influence Energy, which is what magic is, in fact all these things are, is a discipline, not a state of advancement.

And truly advanced beings don't amuse themselves with party tricks I assure you. There are more important priorities.

We can travel from the material realm to the inner realm; it is called "Astral Projection"; but it is still Mind travel.

We cannot "transform our body into pure Energy" because we are already pure Energy. The only difference is vibration, and since you are obviously so interested in this subject, teleporation is accomplished by increasing vibration, thinking oneself to where one wishes to be, and then increasing ones vibration back to physical levels again.

You talk as if you know the secrets of dimensions, time and space.  If you understand what time is, can you build a flying saucer that defies gravity (linked to time-space) or time travel physically?  How many times have you teleported, which is something that anyone truly understanding higher realms can do?

There are no "secrets" in the Universe, only knowledge waiting to be realised.

"Dimensions" only applies to the physical Universe of matter, which is about 0.01% of the entire Universe.

"Flying saucers" or "discs" as they have been known for the last 20 or 30 years only apply to the physical Universe. Mechanical devices are not required to travel in the Astral or inner Energy levels. All "travel" is by thought except we do not travel anywhere. We are always effectively "everywhere" concurrently being an integral aspect of the Universe, so the illusion of "travel" in the Astral and inner worlds is simply a re-focussing of awareness.

Teleportation is nothing to do with the "higher realms", which are actually the "inner realms". We are all pure Energy, and all teleportation is an act of immense concentration, on a level of the Tibetan monks etc, which literally moves the physical body to a different location by an act of will.

But next time I decide to teleport to a different dimension in my flying saucer, I will be sure and let the forum know.

Well this topic certainly adds a bit of diversity.

I will add a more now  

All of your physical "lives" take place concurrently, i.e. simultaneously relative to Earth time.

As all incarnations are different aspects of your higher self, just as our Higher-Selves are in turn are all aspects of The Source, and the Astral exists beyond time and space, them many if not all of your own incarnations are living in the Astral concurrently, until they evolve back to your High-Self, which is really your Inner-Self with the package of experiences.

So there might be a thousand of more of "you" in the Astral at the same time. Just as soul mates are attracted to each other; so to would "all of you", and very often it is aspects of "you" that are your "guides", which can be thought of as "cheerleaders" in the Astral.

So in fact all of these experiences can easily be with yourself  

Also, gender is a physical thing, although it is carried back to the Astral, because people are still "body ID'd", that is they still think of themselves as "male" or "female". This is just as much an illusion as the Astral, or the physical itself, because in fact as Spiritual beings we are androgynous.

That might give you something to think about anyway.

I mean, id think if your magical powers could get you wealth, you wouldnt need to charge money  for the book.

Thank you for your question which you are not the first person to ask.

The price is nothing whatsoever to do with money, and the book itself is only partly to do with wealth creation.

The price of the book is to provide tangible value. Many of the wealthiest people in the world such as Bill Gates, Warren Buffet worth tens of billions of dollars as well as many others have written books, they still have a price attached however.

The reason for this is that no price is usually associated with no value and nothing could be further from the truth in the case of my book. It is over 600 pages and took years to write. It receives numerous testimonials and many people tell me it is worth ten times the very modest price which is excellent value considering books of 200 pages often sell for $15 or more.

Thank you for your comments.

The main reason people fail to achieve their objectives in almost anything is because the logical, conscious, ego controlled mind always rationalises it and then dimisses it as nonsense or words to that effect.

This applies to everything including Astral projection for example. In order to achieve anything at all it is absolutely crucial that the subconscious mind accepts it first, because it is the subconscious mind that communicates with the superconscious Mind, the Universe, to bring it into your reality.

This is the objective of affirmations, and in particular subliminals which bypass the conscious Mind to work directly on the subconscious Mind, and in turn brings you into vibrational harmony with your desires.

We know for sure that subliminal suggestion is extremely powerful. We can demonstrate this for example by watching a TV show that is shown in the UK by a person known as "Derren Brown" who, uses subliminal suggestion throughout his show to cause his "subjects" to do as he needs to cause the audience to believe that he was able to predict the outcome of something.

In fact Derren Brown is working through the subconscious mind of his subjects and the reason he knows what they will say, write draw etc., is because instructed then to do it at a subconscious level by subliminal suggestion. He also has a visual subliminal, which works like my "Subliminal Mind Power" product flashing the word "forget" to the audience. Today I am delighted to announce the launch of Mind Power Studio.

In invoking the Law of Attraction therefore we need to invoke the immense, unlimited, infinite power of the subconscious Mind by bypassing the ego oriented, questioning, logical conscious Mind that controls and regulates our normal waking processes.

One very powerful method of directly accessing the subconscious Mind is by using Subliminal Suggestion. Using this method the conscious Mind has no opportunity to intercept your wishes and process them logically, thereby effectively blocking them.

People in the UK, and perhaps elsewhere might have watched on television an excellent stage performer known as Derren Brown who performs what appears to be amazing psychic feats. He can also cause the entire audience to forget his entire show afterwards.

Derren, brilliant though he surely is at his performance, and he really is good, does not however use any sort of psychic powers, he rather uses Subliminal Suggestion so in fact he knows what his subjects will do before they actually do it; i.e. he subliminally programs the subconscious Mind of his subjects on stage to do exactly as he says and requires for the outcome that leaves so many people astounded by such apparent "magical" or "psychic" events.

Derren causes the entire audience to forget the show after leaving the theatre by using a visual subliminal message that is flashed very quickly from time to time. This message is not perceived by the conscious Mind but is easily perceived by the subconscious Mind which will instantly act upon the instruction received without questioning the consequences.

This is visual subliminal suggestion; the same effect can also be achieved by audio subliminal suggestion. In this case a sound such as affirmations are played at a frequency that is just above the audio perception frequency of the human brain. Again, Derren Brown uses audio subliminal suggestion to tell or "suggest" his participants on stage what they must do for him. When they do exactly as he has "suggested", the audience see it as "magic" when in fact the participants are simply doing as they are "told".

In a healthy, young person, the normal conscious auditory perception range for the human ear in a healthy person is 20Hz to 20,000 Hz  which is 20KHz. As we get older this range of auditory perception narrows, until by our senior years the range encompassed might be only half that of our childhood. Many animals including cats and dogs have a much wider range auditory perception at both ends of the auditory spectrum.

So; the subconscious Mind is all powerful and will enable you to realize all of your desires if you can talk to your subconscious Mind directly just as Derren Brown does with his participants. As we have discussed, both visual subliminal suggestion and audio subliminal suggestion can accomplish that for us, thereby allowing our afirmations to bypass the filters of the subconscious Mind to reach the subconscious Mind which will then communicate with the subconscious Mind to bring your wishes into reality through the process of The Law of attraction.

Now this is fine in theory, but what of the practice? None of us have the time to sit around all day endeavouring to trick the conscious Mind in order to reach the subconscious Mind, and in any case mechanically repeating affirmations simply will not achieve this; the conscious Mind is not as simple as people sometimes believe.

-----Is "asceticism" a Spiritual virtue ?-----

This is one question that arises time and again, due, in no small measure to the vast amount of mis-information on this subject.

Let us first get this straight once and for all; self-denial of any sort is not inherently a Spiritual virtue in absolute terms. However, many Spiritual people might choose to live this way for reasons of their own individual advancement.

This myth has arisen over many thousands of years, where asceticism; the condition or practice of self-denial has been commonly practiced. It is thought for example that the Buddha practiced asceticism for some years before seeking another path to enlightenment.

Now that we have that clear let us take a look at why self-denial is not Spiritual.

The entire Universe in all spheres, no only the observable three dimensional Newtonian Universe of "modern" science, is in a constant, perpetual, infinite state of expansion. The Universe never, ever contracts in any sphere of reality.

The Universal Mind, "God", The Macrocosm, expands through experience of the individual Mind, The Microcosm, which includes all human beings. As integral aspects of God, we are also God, and it is as expressions of God, The Universe, that we collectively evolve on both individual and Universal levels. As we as individuals evolve, the Universe as a whole, including humans as individuals evolve correspondingly. Without this collective, symbiotic process of evolution there could only be stagnation or contraction. The Universe, The Source, God is perfection, nothing is more perfect than God, and therefore the Universe can only ever seek to express, expand and fulfil and accordingly so must we as humans.

Now, as expressions of the Universe we must at all times endeavour to be in tune with the Universe otherwise there is disharmony. Disharmony will not only affect the individual, it will also affect the Whole, so disharmony due to lack of expansion is not a good thing at all.

So what does all mean at the individual, human level? Well quite simply we must expand, fulfil and therefore evolve; this is why we are all here at this stage of our evolution and it is a process that continues infinitely on the path back to The Source, The First Cause, God from whence we first arrived on our individual path to the perfection that is God.

Ergo, it is the duty of every single one of us to expand, be happy, fulfilled and wealthy in body, Soul and Spirit, which is Mind. To expand is to be in the flow of the Universe, a process known in the Far East as the "Tao", to contract is to go against the flow of the Universe, and going against the flow of anything is never a wise thing to do. Have you ever swam in upstream in a raging river for example, or against the strong tides of the sea, or even walked up a downward travelling escalator or moving walkway?

Anyone who is not fulfilled is doing exactly these things, and this is why such people are often tired, weary and depressed with their lack of progress, which in turn affects their thoughts, which in turn creates more of the same unwanted reality.

"This is all very well" I hear people say, "but my state of mind is a reflection of my life!". Well let me dispel that myth right now: your life is actually a reflection of your state of Mind!

Simply put; change your Mind and you will change your Life!

1) Think only expansive thoughts: It is most important to always, always, always be mindful of your thoughts in the present moment. Most people have no control over their own thought processes and as a consequence attract equally random life circumstances.

Make a habit of observing your every thought. If your thought is "expansive", for example happy, healthy, wealthy, then encourage it by bringing it to the front of your thoughts.

If on the other hand your thought is contractive, for example sad, unwell or dwelling on lack, then not only should you immediately cease to entertain those thoughts, you must also immediately dispel such negative thoughts and transmute those thoughts into their polar opposite equivalent, e.g. happy, healthy, wealthy.

Contrary to popular belief, this is the basis of alchemy and the sorcerers stone. Alchemy is not just about the transmutation of base metals into gold in physical terms, but rather the transmutation of base, mundane, contractive thoughts into the Gold of precious, Divine, expansive thoughts. This is the true symbolic meaning of the alchemical process of the transmutation of base metals into Gold of which the sorcerers stone is allegorical.

2) Know what you want and attract it into your life. Not much need to be said about this. This is the process of utilising The Law of Attraction to attract into your life everything you wish for, need and desire. This process is fully set out in my book,

Our Ultimate Reality, Life, the Universe and the Destiny of Mankind

3) Let go and Let God! This is extremely important, and again, is the fundamental basis of Our Ultimate Reality. Notwithstanding your mission as detailed above, you absolutely must know in every quanta of your Being that you are God! We are not a physical body with a brain, a "mind", we are rather Mind, Spirit with a the very temporary physical shell we chose through which to experience a physical reality. Whatever you think of your current physical shell, your temporary physical body, the fact is you chose it before incarnating here on Earth, and now it is your duty to make maximum use of it for your own evolution, and to contribute to the maximum to the Whole.

As an inseparable aspect of God we are at once immortal, infinite and Divine, just as God is at once and always omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent in our lives. Once we realise this we know, beyond any doubt, that notwithstanding our physical experiences, however tough they might seem from time to time, no real harm can ever, ever, ever come to us; it is simply not possible.

We live as pure individuated fields of Energy, an integrated aspect of the same Quanta, the same conscious, intelligent, living Energy of which we are at once a part and individuated.

Although we are individuated as Spirit, we are always a part of the whole; there is never any separation. We are who we are due to our unique Energy composition, our unique Energy field  In some mystical circles is discussed in terms of the "Tetragrammaton", which is composed of the four Univeral elements, Fire, Air, Water and Earth as well as the quintessence of these four; Spirit; also known in the East as the "Akasha".  It is this unique Energy field that is responsible for the Aura for example.

Once you know beyond any question the truth of this reality, your life will change forever. Once you know, beyond any doubt, that whatever happens to you is simply experience that goes towards your own development and the development of the Universe, The Whole, God, and that no real harm can ever come to you, you will be free.

Never fight against the flow of the Universe; just like the raging river you will lose; every time! Do not endeavour to out-think the Universe, or make the mistake of thinking that the Universe is broken and that you are here to repair it. The Universe always exists in a state of the very Highest, Divine Perfection, and simply cannot be improved upon. Any thoughts that the Universe is imperfect are coming from the ego, the conscious, questioning Mind that controls your normal awareness.

Trust God to express and evolve through you and you will evolve proportionately;

Let go and Let God!

Today I am delighted to announce the launch of Mind Power Studio.

In invoking the Law of Attraction therefore we need to invoke the immense, unlimited, infinite power of the subconscious Mind by bypassing the ego oriented, questioning, logical conscious Mind that controls and regulates our normal waking processes.

One very powerful method of directly accessing the subconscious Mind is by using Subliminal Suggestion. Using this method the conscious Mind has no opportunity to intercept your wishes and process them logically, thereby effectively blocking them.

People in the UK, and perhaps elsewhere might have watched on television an excellent stage performer known as Derren Brown who performs what appears to be amazing psychic feats. He can also cause the entire audience to forget his entire show afterwards.

Derren, brilliant though he surely is at his performance, and he really is good, does not however use any sort of psychic powers, he rather uses Subliminal Suggestion so in fact he knows what his subjects will do before they actually do it; i.e. he subliminally programs the subconscious Mind of his subjects on stage to do exactly as he says and requires for the outcome that leaves so many people astounded by such apparent "magical" or "psychic" events.

Derren causes the entire audience to forget the show after leaving the theatre by using a visual subliminal message that is flashed very quickly from time to time. This message is not perceived by the conscious Mind but is easily perceived by the subconscious Mind which will instantly act upon the instruction received without questioning the consequences.

This is visual subliminal suggestion; the same effect can also be achieved by audio subliminal suggestion. In this case a sound such as affirmations are played at a frequency that is just above the audio perception frequency of the human brain. Again, Derren Brown uses audio subliminal suggestion to tell or "suggest" his participants on stage what they must do for him. When they do exactly as he has "suggested", the audience see it as "magic" when in fact the participants are simply doing as they are "told".

In a healthy, young person, the normal conscious auditory perception range for the human ear in a healthy person is 20Hz to 20,000 Hz  which is 20KHz. As we get older this range of auditory perception narrows, until by our senior years the range encompassed might be only half that of our childhood. Many animals including cats and dogs have a much wider range auditory perception at both ends of the auditory spectrum.

So; the subconscious Mind is all powerful and will enable you to realize all of your desires if you can talk to your subconscious Mind directly just as Derren Brown does with his participants. As we have discussed, both visual subliminal suggestion and audio subliminal suggestion can accomplish that for us, thereby allowing our afirmations to bypass the filters of the subconscious Mind to reach the subconscious Mind which will then communicate with the subconscious Mind to bring your wishes into reality through the process of The Law of attraction.

Now this is fine in theory, but what of the practice? None of us have the time to sit around all day endeavouring to trick the conscious Mind in order to reach the subconscious Mind, and in any case mechanically repeating affirmations simply will not achieve this; the conscious Mind is not as simple as people sometimes believe.

-----Is "asceticism" a Spiritual virtue ?-----

This is one question that arises time and again, due, in no small measure to the vast amount of mis-information on this subject.

Let us first get this straight once and for all; self-denial of any sort is not inherently a Spiritual virtue in absolute terms. However, many Spiritual people might choose to live this way for reasons of their own individual advancement.

This myth has arisen over many thousands of years, where asceticism; the condition or practice of self-denial has been commonly practiced. It is thought for example that the Buddha practiced asceticism for some years before seeking another path to enlightenment.

Now that we have that clear let us take a look at why self-denial is not Spiritual.

The entire Universe in all spheres, no only the observable three dimensional Newtonian Universe of "modern" science, is in a constant, perpetual, infinite state of expansion. The Universe never, ever contracts in any sphere of reality.

The Universal Mind, "God", The Macrocosm, expands through experience of the individual Mind, The Microcosm, which includes all human beings. As integral aspects of God, we are also God, and it is as expressions of God, The Universe, that we collectively evolve on both individual and Universal levels. As we as individuals evolve, the Universe as a whole, including humans as individuals evolve correspondingly. Without this collective, symbiotic process of evolution there could only be stagnation or contraction. The Universe, The Source, God is perfection, nothing is more perfect than God, and therefore the Universe can only ever seek to express, expand and fulfil and accordingly so must we as humans.

Now, as expressions of the Universe we must at all times endeavour to be in tune with the Universe otherwise there is disharmony. Disharmony will not only affect the individual, it will also affect the Whole, so disharmony due to lack of expansion is not a good thing at all.

So what does all mean at the individual, human level? Well quite simply we must expand, fulfil and therefore evolve; this is why we are all here at this stage of our evolution and it is a process that continues infinitely on the path back to The Source, The First Cause, God from whence we first arrived on our individual path to the perfection that is God.

Ergo, it is the duty of every single one of us to expand, be happy, fulfilled and wealthy in body, Soul and Spirit, which is Mind. To expand is to be in the flow of the Universe, a process known in the Far East as the "Tao", to contract is to go against the flow of the Universe, and going against the flow of anything is never a wise thing to do. Have you ever swam in upstream in a raging river for example, or against the strong tides of the sea, or even walked up a downward travelling escalator or moving walkway?

Anyone who is not fulfilled is doing exactly these things, and this is why such people are often tired, weary and depressed with their lack of progress, which in turn affects their thoughts, which in turn creates more of the same unwanted reality.

"This is all very well" I hear people say, "but my state of mind is a reflection of my life!". Well let me dispel that myth right now: your life is actually a reflection of your state of Mind!

Simply put; change your Mind and you will change your Life!

You can start this process right now by doing these simple things:

-----Is "asceticism" a Spiritual virtue ?-----

This is one question that arises time and again, due, in no small measure to the vast amount of mis-information on this subject.

Let us first get this straight once and for all; self-denial of any sort is not inherently a Spiritual virtue in absolute terms. However, many Spiritual people might choose to live this way for reasons of their own individual advancement.

This myth has arisen over many thousands of years, where asceticism; the condition or practice of self-denial has been commonly practiced. It is thought for example that the Buddha practiced asceticism for some years before seeking another path to enlightenment.

Now that we have that clear let us take a look at why self-denial is not Spiritual.

The entire Universe in all spheres, no only the observable three dimensional Newtonian Universe of "modern" science, is in a constant, perpetual, infinite state of expansion. The Universe never, ever contracts in any sphere of reality.

The Universal Mind, "God", The Macrocosm, expands through experience of the individual Mind, The Microcosm, which includes all human beings. As integral aspects of God, we are also God, and it is as expressions of God, The Universe, that we collectively evolve on both individual and Universal levels. As we as individuals evolve, the Universe as a whole, including humans as individuals evolve correspondingly. Without this collective, symbiotic process of evolution there could only be stagnation or contraction. The Universe, The Source, God is perfection, nothing is more perfect than God, and therefore the Universe can only ever seek to express, expand and fulfil and accordingly so must we as humans.

Now, as expressions of the Universe we must at all times endeavour to be in tune with the Universe otherwise there is disharmony. Disharmony will not only affect the individual, it will also affect the Whole, so disharmony due to lack of expansion is not a good thing at all.

So what does all mean at the individual, human level? Well quite simply we must expand, fulfil and therefore evolve; this is why we are all here at this stage of our evolution and it is a process that continues infinitely on the path back to The Source, The First Cause, God from whence we first arrived on our individual path to the perfection that is God.

Ergo, it is the duty of every single one of us to expand, be happy, fulfilled and wealthy in body, Soul and Spirit, which is Mind. To expand is to be in the flow of the Universe, a process known in the Far East as the "Tao", to contract is to go against the flow of the Universe, and going against the flow of anything is never a wise thing to do. Have you ever swam in upstream in a raging river for example, or against the strong tides of the sea, or even walked up a downward travelling escalator or moving walkway?

Anyone who is not fulfilled is doing exactly these things, and this is why such people are often tired, weary and depressed with their lack of progress, which in turn affects their thoughts, which in turn creates more of the same unwanted reality.

"This is all very well" I hear people say, "but my state of mind is a reflection of my life!". Well let me dispel that myth right now: your life is actually a reflection of your state of Mind!

Simply put; change your Mind and you will change your Life!

You can start this process right now by doing these simple things:

1) Think only expansive thoughts: It is most important to always, always, always be mindful of your thoughts in the present moment. Most people have no control over their own thought processes and as a consequence attract equally random life circumstances.

Make a habit of observing your every thought. If your thought is "expansive", for example happy, healthy, wealthy, then encourage it by bringing it to the front of your thoughts.

If on the other hand your thought is contractive, for example sad, unwell or dwelling on lack, then not only should you immediately cease to entertain those thoughts, you must also immediately dispel such negative thoughts and transmute those thoughts into their polar opposite equivalent, e.g. happy, healthy, wealthy.

Contrary to popular belief, this is the basis of alchemy and the sorcerers stone. Alchemy is not just about the transmutation of base metals into gold in physical terms, but rather the transmutation of base, mundane, contractive thoughts into the Gold of precious, Divine, expansive thoughts. This is the true symbolic meaning of the alchemical process of the transmutation of base metals into Gold of which the sorcerers stone is allegorical.

2) Know what you want and attract it into your life. Not much need to be said about this. This is the process of utilising The Law of Attraction to attract into your life everything you wish for, need and desire. This process is fully set out in my book,

3) Let go and Let God! This is extremely important, and again, is the fundamental basis of Our Ultimate Reality. Notwithstanding your mission as detailed above, you absolutely must know in every quanta of your Being that you are God! We are not a physical body with a brain, a "mind", we are rather Mind, Spirit with a the very temporary physical shell we chose through which to experience a physical reality. Whatever you think of your current physical shell, your temporary physical body, the fact is you chose it before incarnating here on Earth, and now it is your duty to make maximum use of it for your own evolution, and to contribute to the maximum to the Whole.

As an inseparable aspect of God we are at once immortal, infinite and Divine, just as God is at once and always omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent in our lives. Once we realise this we know, beyond any doubt, that notwithstanding our physical experiences, however tough they might seem from time to time, no real harm can ever, ever, ever come to us; it is simply not possible.

We live as pure individuated fields of Energy, an integrated aspect of the same Quanta, the same conscious, intelligent, living Energy of which we are at once a part and individuated.

Although we are individuated as Spirit, we are always a part of the whole; there is never any separation. We are who we are due to our unique Energy composition, our unique Energy field  In some mystical circles is discussed in terms of the "Tetragrammaton", which is composed of the four Univeral elements, Fire, Air, Water and Earth as well as the quintessence of these four; Spirit; also known in the East as the "Akasha".  It is this unique Energy field that is responsible for the Aura for example.

Once you know beyond any question the truth of this reality, your life will change forever. Once you know, beyond any doubt, that whatever happens to you is simply experience that goes towards your own development and the development of the Universe, The Whole, God, and that no real harm can ever come to you, you will be free.

Never fight against the flow of the Universe; just like the raging river you will lose; every time! Do not endeavour to out-think the Universe, or make the mistake of thinking that the Universe is broken and that you are here to repair it. The Universe always exists in a state of the very Highest, Divine Perfection, and simply cannot be improved upon. Any thoughts that the Universe is imperfect are coming from the ego, the conscious, questioning Mind that controls your normal awareness.

Trust God to express and evolve through you and you will evolve proportionately;

Let go and Let God!

Today I am delighted to announce the launch of Mind Power Studio.

We all know that we create our own reality, and that reality is in turn created by our thoughts. The truth is that none of these are correct, there literally is nothing that you cannot be, do or have, your only limit is the capacity, power and focus of your own imagination.

In order therefore to attract our desired reality we need to impress our wishes upon the subconscious Mind which is always sublime, never sleeps and always ready accept and act upon our every wish to bring it into our experiential, conscious, physical reality by the process of The Law of Attraction.

In invoking the Law of Attraction therefore we need to invoke the immense, unlimited, infinite power of the subconscious Mind by bypassing the ego oriented, questioning, logical conscious Mind that controls and regulates our normal waking processes.

One very powerful method of directly accessing the subconscious Mind is by using Subliminal Suggestion. Using this method the conscious Mind has no opportunity to intercept your wishes and process them logically, thereby effectively blocking them.

People in the UK, and perhaps elsewhere might have watched on television an excellent stage performer known as Derren Brown who performs what appears to be amazing psychic feats. He can also cause the entire audience to forget his entire show afterwards.

Derren, brilliant though he surely is at his performance, and he really is good, does not however use any sort of psychic powers, he rather uses Subliminal Suggestion so in fact he knows what his subjects will do before they actually do it; i.e. he subliminally programs the subconscious Mind of his subjects on stage to do exactly as he says and requires for the outcome that leaves so many people astounded by such apparent "magical" or "psychic" events.

Derren causes the entire audience to forget the show after leaving the theatre by using a visual subliminal message that is flashed very quickly from time to time. This message is not perceived by the conscious Mind but is easily perceived by the subconscious Mind which will instantly act upon the instruction received without questioning the consequences.

This is visual subliminal suggestion; the same effect can also be achieved by audio subliminal suggestion. In this case a sound such as affirmations are played at a frequency that is just above the audio perception frequency of the human brain. Again, Derren Brown uses audio subliminal suggestion to tell or "suggest" his participants on stage what they must do for him. When they do exactly as he has "suggested", the audience see it as "magic" when in fact the participants are simply doing as they are "told".

In a healthy, young person, the normal conscious auditory perception range for the human ear in a healthy person is 20Hz to 20,000 Hz  which is 20KHz. As we get older this range of auditory perception narrows, until by our senior years the range encompassed might be only half that of our childhood. Many animals including cats and dogs have a much wider range auditory perception at both ends of the auditory spectrum.

So; the subconscious Mind is all powerful and will enable you to realize all of your desires if you can talk to your subconscious Mind directly just as Derren Brown does with his participants. As we have discussed, both visual subliminal suggestion and audio subliminal suggestion can accomplish that for us, thereby allowing our afirmations to bypass the filters of the subconscious Mind to reach the subconscious Mind which will then communicate with the subconscious Mind to bring your wishes into reality through the process of The Law of attraction.

Now this is fine in theory, but what of the practice? None of us have the time to sit around all day endeavouring to trick the conscious Mind in order to reach the subconscious Mind, and in any case mechanically repeating affirmations simply will not achieve this; the conscious Mind is not as simple as people sometimes believe.

Today I am delighted to announce the launch of Mind Power Studio.

Mind Power Studio is the result of very considerable research and development consisting of a suite of advanced custom developed software, books and information, exclusively designed to bring everything you need, wish for our desire into your life.

We all know that we create our own reality, and that reality is in turn created by our thoughts. The vast majority of people who have yet to create the reality they wish for themselves, by means of the Law of Attraction, have yet to do so for one major reason; the intervention of the logical, conscious, ego motivated waking Mind.

The conscious Mind is only around 10% of our total Mind, the other 90% being our subconscious Mind. We are all in turn integral aspects of the superconscious Mind; otherwise known as the Universe, The Source, The First Cause and of course "God".

In order to succeed at anything at all it is necessary to bypass the questioning conscious Mind, which will always critically analyse all your affirmations and other Law of Attraction processes and immediately reject them as "unreasonable", "impractical" even "impossible".

The truth is that none of these are correct, there literally is nothing that you cannot be, do or have, your only limit is the capacity, power and focus of your own imagination.

In order therefore to attract our desired reality we need to impress our wishes upon the subconscious Mind which is always sublime, never sleeps and always ready accept and act upon our every wish to bring it into our experiential, conscious, physical reality by the process of The Law of Attraction.

In invoking the Law of Attraction therefore we need to invoke the immense, unlimited, infinite power of the subconscious Mind by bypassing the ego oriented, questioning, logical conscious Mind that controls and regulates our normal waking processes.

One very powerful method of directly accessing the subconscious Mind is by using Subliminal Suggestion. Using this method the conscious Mind has no opportunity to intercept your wishes and process them logically, thereby effectively blocking them.

People in the UK, and perhaps elsewhere might have watched on television an excellent stage performer known as Derren Brown who performs what appears to be amazing psychic feats. He can also cause the entire audience to forget his entire show afterwards.

Derren, brilliant though he surely is at his performance, and he really is good, does not however use any sort of psychic powers, he rather uses Subliminal Suggestion so in fact he knows what his subjects will do before they actually do it; i.e. he subliminally programs the subconscious Mind of his subjects on stage to do exactly as he says and requires for the outcome that leaves so many people astounded by such apparent "magical" or "psychic" events.

Derren causes the entire audience to forget the show after leaving the theatre by using a visual subliminal message that is flashed very quickly from time to time. This message is not perceived by the conscious Mind but is easily perceived by the subconscious Mind which will instantly act upon the instruction received without questioning the consequences.

This is visual subliminal suggestion; the same effect can also be achieved by audio subliminal suggestion. In this case a sound such as affirmations are played at a frequency that is just above the audio perception frequency of the human brain. Again, Derren Brown uses audio subliminal suggestion to tell or "suggest" his participants on stage what they must do for him. When they do exactly as he has "suggested", the audience see it as "magic" when in fact the participants are simply doing as they are "told".

In a healthy, young person, the normal conscious auditory perception range for the human ear in a healthy person is 20Hz to 20,000 Hz  which is 20KHz. As we get older this range of auditory perception narrows, until by our senior years the range encompassed might be only half that of our childhood. Many animals including cats and dogs have a much wider range auditory perception at both ends of the auditory spectrum.

So; the subconscious Mind is all powerful and will enable you to realize all of your desires if you can talk to your subconscious Mind directly just as Derren Brown does with his participants. As we have discussed, both visual subliminal suggestion and audio subliminal suggestion can accomplish that for us, thereby allowing our afirmations to bypass the filters of the subconscious Mind to reach the subconscious Mind which will then communicate with the subconscious Mind to bring your wishes into reality through the process of The Law of attraction.

Now this is fine in theory, but what of the practice? None of us have the time to sit around all day endeavouring to trick the conscious Mind in order to reach the subconscious Mind, and in any case mechanically repeating affirmations simply will not achieve this; the conscious Mind is not as simple as people sometimes believe.

-----Is "asceticism" a Spiritual virtue ?-----

This is one question that arises time and again, due, in no small measure to the vast amount of mis-information on this subject.

Let us first get this straight once and for all; self-denial of any sort is not inherently a Spiritual virtue in absolute terms. However, many Spiritual people might choose to live this way for reasons of their own individual advancement.

This myth has arisen over many thousands of years, where asceticism; the condition or practice of self-denial has been commonly practiced. It is thought for example that the Buddha practiced asceticism for some years before seeking another path to enlightenment.

Now that we have that clear let us take a look at why self-denial is not Spiritual.

The entire Universe in all spheres, no only the observable three dimensional Newtonian Universe of "modern" science, is in a constant, perpetual, infinite state of expansion. The Universe never, ever contracts in any sphere of reality.

The Universal Mind, "God", The Macrocosm, expands through experience of the individual Mind, The Microcosm, which includes all human beings. As integral aspects of God, we are also God, and it is as expressions of God, The Universe, that we collectively evolve on both individual and Universal levels. As we as individuals evolve, the Universe as a whole, including humans as individuals evolve correspondingly. Without this collective, symbiotic process of evolution there could only be stagnation or contraction. The Universe, The Source, God is perfection, nothing is more perfect than God, and therefore the Universe can only ever seek to express, expand and fulfil and accordingly so must we as humans.

Now, as expressions of the Universe we must at all times endeavour to be in tune with the Universe otherwise there is disharmony. Disharmony will not only affect the individual, it will also affect the Whole, so disharmony due to lack of expansion is not a good thing at all.

So what does all mean at the individual, human level? Well quite simply we must expand, fulfil and therefore evolve; this is why we are all here at this stage of our evolution and it is a process that continues infinitely on the path back to The Source, The First Cause, God from whence we first arrived on our individual path to the perfection that is God.

Ergo, it is the duty of every single one of us to expand, be happy, fulfilled and wealthy in body, Soul and Spirit, which is Mind. To expand is to be in the flow of the Universe, a process known in the Far East as the "Tao", to contract is to go against the flow of the Universe, and going against the flow of anything is never a wise thing to do. Have you ever swam in upstream in a raging river for example, or against the strong tides of the sea, or even walked up a downward travelling escalator or moving walkway?

Anyone who is not fulfilled is doing exactly these things, and this is why such people are often tired, weary and depressed with their lack of progress, which in turn affects their thoughts, which in turn creates more of the same unwanted reality.

"This is all very well" I hear people say, "but my state of mind is a reflection of my life!". Well let me dispel that myth right now: your life is actually a reflection of your state of Mind!

Simply put; change your Mind and you will change your Life!

You can start this process right now by doing these simple things:

1) Think only expansive thoughts: It is most important to always, always, always be mindful of your thoughts in the present moment. Most people have no control over their own thought processes and as a consequence attract equally random life circumstances.

Make a habit of observing your every thought. If your thought is "expansive", for example happy, healthy, wealthy, then encourage it by bringing it to the front of your thoughts.

If on the other hand your thought is contractive, for example sad, unwell or dwelling on lack, then not only should you immediately cease to entertain those thoughts, you must also immediately dispel such negative thoughts and transmute those thoughts into their polar opposite equivalent, e.g. happy, healthy, wealthy.

Contrary to popular belief, this is the basis of alchemy and the sorcerers stone. Alchemy is not just about the transmutation of base metals into gold in physical terms, but rather the transmutation of base, mundane, contractive thoughts into the Gold of precious, Divine, expansive thoughts. This is the true symbolic meaning of the alchemical process of the transmutation of base metals into Gold of which the sorcerers stone is allegorical.

2) Know what you want and attract it into your life. Not much need to be said about this. This is the process of utilising The Law of Attraction to attract into your life everything you wish for, need and desire. This process is fully set out in my book,

3) Let go and Let God! This is extremely important, and again, is the fundamental basis of Our Ultimate Reality. Notwithstanding your mission as detailed above, you absolutely must know in every quanta of your Being that you are God! We are not a physical body with a brain, a "mind", we are rather Mind, Spirit with a the very temporary physical shell we chose through which to experience a physical reality. Whatever you think of your current physical shell, your temporary physical body, the fact is you chose it before incarnating here on Earth, and now it is your duty to make maximum use of it for your own evolution, and to contribute to the maximum to the Whole.

As an inseparable aspect of God we are at once immortal, infinite and Divine, just as God is at once and always omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent in our lives. Once we realise this we know, beyond any doubt, that notwithstanding our physical experiences, however tough they might seem from time to time, no real harm can ever, ever, ever come to us; it is simply not possible.

We live as pure individuated fields of Energy, an integrated aspect of the same Quanta, the same conscious, intelligent, living Energy of which we are at once a part and individuated.

Although we are individuated as Spirit, we are always a part of the whole; there is never any separation. We are who we are due to our unique Energy composition, our unique Energy field  In some mystical circles is discussed in terms of the "Tetragrammaton", which is composed of the four Univeral elements, Fire, Air, Water and Earth as well as the quintessence of these four; Spirit; also known in the East as the "Akasha".  It is this unique Energy field that is responsible for the Aura for example.

Once you know beyond any question the truth of this reality, your life will change forever. Once you know, beyond any doubt, that whatever happens to you is simply experience that goes towards your own development and the development of the Universe, The Whole, God, and that no real harm can ever come to you, you will be free.

Never fight against the flow of the Universe; just like the raging river you will lose; every time! Do not endeavour to out-think the Universe, or make the mistake of thinking that the Universe is broken and that you are here to repair it. The Universe always exists in a state of the very Highest, Divine Perfection, and simply cannot be improved upon. Any thoughts that the Universe is imperfect are coming from the ego, the conscious, questioning Mind that controls your normal awareness.

Trust God to express and evolve through you and you will evolve proportionately;

Let go and Let God!
