A dream is to a lucid dream what a lucid dream is to an astral projection.
Distinguishing between etheric and astral projection seems kind of silly, as inevitably, you will end up in the etheric first, I haven't heard of anyone being able to skip it, even if just for a few seconds.
Dreams and lucid dreams occur out of the body, invariably.
Lucid dreams are basically projections where you are not conscious during the separation.
So when you became lucid, you already had left the body.
Although I must say I've witnessed on several occasions recalls to the physical body where I felt vibrations again and then felt the separation. As a matter of fact, my experiences were all several separations in a row, kind of like if instead of going back to my body and waking up, I went back to the body but projected again right after, without giving myself time to become conscious.
So congratulations on your -two- OBEs
