I really want to no the nitty gritty little details of this "fine line" between braking threw, just so i no what I'm expecting, to have a goal i guess
Maybe your goal should be to have (in a way) "no goal".
Forget everything you've ever read and release every preconceived idea you've ever had about projecting
I would say my 'breakthrough' happened when i released all my expectations as to what 'it' would be like and continually told myself "this is easy. we(people)/I am doing it naturally anyway" and things similar to this.
I think part of the fine line is in between being informed and trained in skills that will help you project and between becoming too attached to the "nitty gritty little details" that they start to hinder future projection experiences.
I am/have been largely a nitty gritty details type person.
But becoming open to possibilities beyond the over-analytical mind and simply ALLOWING, may just hold the keys to your breakthrough as it did mine.
