this sounds like my post after i started conscious exit AP.

i came to a lot of the same conclusions, especially the miles stones bit.

we must be on to something.

you have every right to be angry and you should be, that's healthy.

if you don't deal with the emotions you're feeling, they will cause deeper and harder to resolve pain in the future.

don't justify the situation.  accept it for what it is and don't over analyze, otherwise you'll just mask your feelings.

there is a lesson for you here.  i can't say what it is, but you have a grand opportunity in front of you.

social support is important.  i know she said not to talk about it, but you have too.  she's embarrassed that got caught and may feel guilty as well.  she doesn't want people to know about it because it will reflect badly on her.  if she had a problem, the solution would have been to talk to you about it, not sleep around.  naturally there are two sides to every story and when you're dealing with relationships it's never the fault of just one party.  you are both to blame and it's healthy to understand that.  but you need to talk to someone.  you need social support from somewhere.  even if it's a phone call to a friend or your mom or someone back home.  at the very least, i'm sure there are support groups in the area, it might be worth checking out.

whatever you do, you need to deal with the emotion or it will all be much worse.

you'd be surprised how difficult it can be to see deep space objects.  especially if they're really far away from the sun and/or don't have very high reflectivity.

i know you're not asking for use in projection, which is why it isn't such a big deal.

the first time i joined this forum stookie handed me my butt about posting about drugs.  i left the forum for a while after that because he ticked me off (this was at least 2 or 3 years ago now).  things have gotten a little more lax about drug talk. 

for example, i've shared my stories of heroin addiction and my treatment and all that fun stuff. 

that kind of thing seems to be ok.

your post is straddling that line between ok and too far.

i don't have a problem with it, but the idea is that this forum is global and there are so many different legalities across different countries that have to be considered (so it's just easier to ban it all) and also there are people under 18 (legal consent age in many places) which means we have a whole other responsibility to worry about, ie, are we promoting drug use to children?

would you really want to watch a legit explanation of AP?

overly dramatized, hyperbole infused stories make better movies.

if anyone takes a story from a movie to reflect reality, they are just stupid.

it's good to have an AP "old timer" around.

you know, i'm not an anarchist, i do believe in some form of government.

but certainly not "democracy" or pretty much anything that goes on in our world today.

like shaman's from the old religion, the "before-time".  they were basically the leaders of the tribe.  they chose the king and they mediated the energies of the otherworlds for the betterment of the tribe. 

our excuse for politics today is pathetic imo, and anyone who thinks there is any virtue in our modern political system is just plain dumb in my mind.  i don't blame you, it's not your fault, this is how you were raised.  doesn't mean it's the best option though.

however, we have a "flexible" rule against talking about drugs in relation to projection.

we try to promote natural methods of projection, like meditation and such.

so, on the whole, we don't really talk about drug use.

xanth isn't a phony, he's the only active moderator on the biggest AP forum out there.  he's doing his best in light of the situation i think.

other people have said the same in the past, but when he's not being a moderator and you carry on a normal conversation with him, he's just a normal dude.  it can be difficult to hold back your tongue and not moderate based on personal/philosophical beliefs.  i commend the job he's done thus far.

i didn't handle it nicely.

i provoked him until he exploded.

that wasn't a very nice thing to do.
