I remember then i started off doing meditation/phasing type stuff but I didnt really keep track of time... I think I was unconciouss or something because suddenly I was conciouss again and I was vibrating like crazy and there was an INTENSE wooshing noise going all around me like I was in a huge vacuum or something. I remember every so often I would see flashes of light under my eye lids and a little circle of light righht dead center in my vision. One more thing I noticed at this point was something was pulling me at my feet down to the edge of my bed.

I have had this exact experience, even with the "hands" pulling on my feet.  The wooshing/bee/grinding noises are very common and you will get used to them (as much as possible).

This is where it gets wierd.. I felt like I was really out of the world and somehwere else, but ther was still something telling me that I was asleep in my bed; I was thinking that I was 'Phasing' the entire time.

This "out of the world" feeling is very common.  I describe it as feeling extremely far away and feeling the slight panic that one feels when they are lost.  This is common due to the fact you are not normally conscious at these levels of the mind.

The next thing I noticed was the sensantion that I was in the driver's seat of a car and there was a steering wheel in front of me... I can't really remember seeing much of a car but there was definatly a steering wheel!! I remember that i tried to reach out and feel it with my non-physical hands but it didn't quite work.. (i think it almost did though

This is FANTASTIC question and I am surprised that this thread is like a ghost town.  If this is the case it would make hypnosis and NLP like playing in the kiddie pool.  This would be the ultimate tool to break up limiting belief structures, and change your life in a DYNAMIC way.  Frank states that there is a certain way to go about doing this and it will be covered in his ebook.   This is THE part that I am biting my nails over.

The reason that not many people are responding to this question is because they don't really believe in a Focus 2 (projecting into your subconscious mind), and instead prefer to believe that they are really in the "Astral" talking to Jesus.  Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I have been to Focus 2, but have not done any change work.

I am no scholar on the Enoch text but does he ACTUALLY write "Possessed of perishable PROTOPLASMIC bodies" or is this some New Age interpretation of a line of text?  Protoplasmic, I mean COME ON!!!  I can just see Enoch some thousands of years ago writing protoplasmic with his quill and berry juice upon a horse hide.  

Also, does he actually write ASTRAL bodies?  I serious DOUBT this.  In the bible they never actually use the word astral, instead it is always some murky description of a meeting with a deity that many associate with an "astral" projection.

Then there is the moving in and out of dimensions line.  Dimensions is a relatively new term in science and therefore this translation is probably VERY subjective.

If this is in fact translated from Enoch it was probably by a guy that was high on DMT or cannabis.

I like frank's model ,but several people who follow it do come on really strong. That could be interpreted by "weird people" as hostile so they return with a strong assertion of their beliefs...which can also be seen as hostile.

It has been the other way around.  People have been hostile to Frank's model because It invades on their religious beliefs and classical assertions.  They love the thought that their communications with Buddha are real, that there are 7 planes and 7 bodies, and the astral is real because it is mystically SEXY.  It is not as sexy to say that Focus 2 is really your subconscious mind and all those "negs" you have been relentlessly slaughtering are your own thought forms.

The people who like this model have to come across somewhat strong because the old dogma is toted SO MUCH here that it is taken as Gospel.  Also, I think the people that latch on to this Model see all the ENORMOUSLY helpful changes that it can make in society.  Think about all the wonderful things that could happen when people realize they can change their Phobias, and help shape their reality in focus 2 (and I am not talking about spells or witchcraft).  I am not thinking about this as some "ASTRAL" fantasy land, but instead as a useful tool for self empowerment (like hypnosis on steriods).  

For millennium people have navigated the "astral" blindly killing demons and running into their "deities" dejour, but never has such an accurate road map been created that will allow one to shape their reality and ultimately help society as a whole.  That is why Franks model holds such appeal to me, unlike the mystical humbug of the past, this model realizes Focus 2 for what it is, and thus can be an extremely useful for empowering people and helping them in the physical.

If mediums and the like can make contact with people who have passed over or positive spiritual beings, can they not with negative beings?

This is different all together.  I believe in SOME mediums because I feel they are communicating with entities in Focus 3 (or the afterlife).  There are (i have not verified this) various heavens and Hells in focus 3, and some projectors have the ability to communicate with entities in Focus 3.  However, I believe this is different than evil Gnomes chasing you, and chilling with the deity of your choice that often happens with focus 2 experiences.

This is WHY I like Franks model so much, because it distinguishes the focus levels and describes the attributes of each.  Without this separation ALL experiences are incorrectly given the same validation.  If I sound like a Frank follower it is BECAUSE of this separation which is taken into account in his model, which allows more rational deconstruction of the individuals experiences.  Without this deconstruction I don't feel we progress as fast with understanding the wider reality.

Most ALL poltergeist activity involves a young girl going through puberty or emotional turmoil in the household.  Many believe this emotional energy causes this effect.  Poltergeist activity is not like it is portrayed in the movies.  AKA chainsaw chasing after you.

They simply don't exist, except in your own mind.  PERIOD!!!!  They are a manifestation of your own imagination in Focus 2.  If you don't know what focus 2 is then you should do some reading in the permanent astral topics on Phasing.  

I used to do chants, symbols, etc, until I read Frank's Posts.  Now that I know that my Subconscious mind creates them, and now I RARELY run into "them".  When I do I am not really afraid.  Although, there is a certain amount of the "Alice in Wonderland Effect", so they can still throw me a little.  

Realize that you are projecting inward and not outward, and that you create your own negs, they don't come "running"

This is a logical fallacy.  It is almost impossible to prove something doesn't exist.  Like they say "extraordinary claims demand extraordinary proof"

Time for a dissenting opinion-

 I would be VERY wary of experiences involving Jesus or GOD in the "Astral" due to the fact that many of the experiences, probably 99.99%, happened in Focus 2 (of Frank's model of consciousness).  If you are new I would read everything by Frank in the Permanent Astral topics and the Astral FAQ's.

Basically, in Focus 2 (or what the mystics used to call the "Astral") what ever you think about becomes reality.  Now ask yourself, why is this?  Well, the mystics used to say "like attracts Like" and that is why if you think of Jesus he appears.  Lets think about this in a more rational way.  What Frank, and many others, have concluded is that you are actually projecting into you own subconscious mind, and naturally whatever you think about becomes reality.  Frank has done EXTENSIVE research into this area and has finally shed some light in this dark area of consciousness.

This idea is slow to gain a foothold due to all the "Flat Earth" OBE'rs out there, but don't fret because Frank is coming out with an Ebook soon that will clarify much of this theory. In the mean time take EVERYTHING you read here with a big grain of salt

heheh How old are you? I have seen much more aggressive, ego stroking, testosterone generating bands and scenes. That commercial is watered down.

I am 25.  I have seen much more testosterone too, but as far as commercials go by a major corporation, I have not.

There is a difference from being a strong man and being a ego centered aggressive macho man.

Agreed.  A strong man is naturally secure, where as the "macho" man seems like he is exhibiting that attitude because he thinks it will get him ladies.

What do you really care if a man wants to be "metro" or "macho"? Why does one have to be right and the other wrong? And what of the women who are aggressive? Does that make them wrong? There are no true stereotypes. Let everyone just be themselves.

There is a difference.  It seems like most men go into Banana Republic and ask to look like Will on Will & Grace because he thinks thats what ladies like.  He is NOT in his own reality and he will look like every other try hard out there, and he will probably come across as needy and insecure.  All I am saying is that the attitude of these commercials is that of "I make NO excuses for who I am, or what I want"  and that is what I am trying to say that most men have lost touch with.  You don't need steroid induced testosterone, but it helps to be secure with yourself and to live in your own reality with out making any excuses for going after what you want.

For instance, David Beckham can pull off the Metrosexual style because thats who he IS.  Hell, he practically created it.  On the other hand, every other dude in Europe that worships the ground he walks on and tries to dress like him is doing himself a disfavor.

 I was wondering what you guys think about the new Burger King Commercials with the fictional band Coq Roq.  Love it or hate it?  I'm not talking about the masks, but more the attitude or vibe of the commercials.

A guess this band was made up by an advertising agency and is causing quite a stir with those in the "Women's Movement"(going against nature since the 60's).  You can see their website at www.coqroq.com (an awesome site by the way).

My views:  I love these commercials.  It shows men not being afraid, or for god's sake, guilty for their testosterone.  Lately television and movies are programming men to become wussy, needy, lamers.  Also, I think men and women are finally coming to the conclusion that the metro sexual scene, pink shirts and crap, is just not natural and is not sparking attraction in the opposite sex.

Anyway, I know the majority of people here will probably hate these commercials, but personally I love the powerful "F* society, I live in my own reality" vibe that they exhibit so well (even if they were designed by a corporate ad agency    )

As you will find out if you continue reading Monroe is the fact that he abandons the different "bodies" and "astral" constructs all together.  Instead, he realizes that you are in fact projecting inwards and not outwards, so there is NO second body or astral.

For a modern day approach to this read Frank's post on Phasing in the Permanent Astral topics section and Faqs section.  This idea is becoming more popular due to many people making progress with phasing, but there are many who are clutching the old constructs for religious reasons (or the Dragon Ball Z crowd, [astral warrior crowd])

There are "invisible friends" that amuse but deprive from sleep . Did you have night terrors as a child ... sleep paralysis ?? It should not deprive you of sleep don't allow that . Are we still 6 years old?  Might as well be surrounded by a 6 piece orchestra and a ring of fire around your bed.  This is EXACTLY the mindset that set my progress back.  Once I learned for myself that negs only exist in my mind my progress skyrocketed.  However, this belief, that many people are finding out for themselves, is not popular here due to all the religious old school mystics and New Agers.

I think the whole Fairy phenomenon is the same as our Alien phenomenon.  They don't really exist in the physical, more like a F1->F2 overlay experience.  Different cultures all have their own sexual molesting/probing Fairies,aliens, demons, etc.  Now, most of them are becoming aliens due to the western influence on the world.

When I said the scope of science I didn't mean men with university degrees, I meant men and women like you and me looking at this issue from a scientific perspective.  The only well known people to do this as of yet are Robert Monroe and Frank.  

Don't get me wrong, I love this forum and because of Frank and others I have been able to successfully phase (not as much as I like, but that will come later).  It just seems like most people come here to pawn off the latest religious dogma (New Age and Mysticism included).  That in itself is OK, and they are OK to express their ideas, but it seems to me the only REAL progress has come from scientifically minded individuals like Monroe and Frank.  Anyone that has been to focus 2 can attest that Frank's ideas on this focus state make much more sense than the old school "Astral" concept.  This was a HUGE leap in this area, and it didn't take men in white lab coats to find this out.

I realize this concept tramples many people's beliefs here, but so did the theory of a round earth.  Hell, there is STILL a Flat Earth Society!  I am not saying that Frank's version of the wider reality is the LAW, but it is a good guidepost, just like Monroe's model was to Frank.  Who knows, when I get more adept I may change some things on Frank's model, but this is how progress is made.  

I feel most people try and fit this subject into THEIR reality and belief structures, and I find this a kin to trying to put a square peg in a round hole.  I feel it is only when we become unattached to everything  that we can truly grow and form our own beliefs.

Lets get to the real point-

All I know is that the Beer in Utah sucks, lower alcohol %,  because of the Mormons, and them using the government to shove their morals on everyone else.  Shame on you Mormons, Shame on you.   :Lol:

However, I live in a state that still has Blue Laws (cant buy alcohol on Sundays, etc), and there are not many Mormons here, so go figure.  Glad we have separation of Church and State, however we need more (SEPERATION, not church OR State).

There is even a lonelier category to be in and that is the lonely scientifically inclined phaser.

First, no one will listen to you in the main stream, and then you get these boards and if you don't believe that the Angels, demons, and gnomes you meet in Focus 2 are real then all hell breaks loose from the mystics (old school) and New Agers.  

Ahh....I just hope things change once Franks book comes out, or another forum gets built for a more rational view of this subject.  If not, the mainstream will never learn about the wider reality due to their unwillingness, and rightfully so, to even entertain all the crud that surrounds this issue.

I can't wait until the scope of science zooms in on this subject and blows away this crud and exposes the truth beneath.   One can hope.

Man, none of this is needed and soon you'll be worried that your crystal isn't charged enough and so you'll fret about this possibility while you are trying to Obe or phase and these thoughts will screw you up. All this is mumbo jumbo old school mystical junk. Don't get caught up in all this superstition or you'll just create limiting beliefs.
