p.p.s. On a side note , it is a common belief that we all go out of body during sleep , but dont remember , or as a dream, many guys wake up with an errection , I think this is the body reacting to some form of astral sex . 

It is my understanding that while in the astral you can will any form you want .  When I think of shape shifters I think in the phyical world .  I have often wounder if big foot were humans shape shifting , a few hairs have been found , but never bones or a body .  desert rat

In the book there is melding , 2 people joining astral bodies , and sex with one person in there astral body with some one in there phy. body . There was a badly made movie I saw in the mid 70s at a drive in .  A killer went out of body to kill people . While he was out of body a cop had him decleared dead and  had his body burned .  I dont remember the name .   On a much different note , there still working on dark energy and dark mater .  In the first few pages of Llewellyn"s a.p. book ( isbn 0-87542-181-4) it states you can get in to the fundemental level of things to see how things work .  Maby you can do some thing on dark energy/mater . desert rat 

I dont remember any one hear     using the term " walk in the park "  I have been trying for over 20 years and not got too far. Its not 100 % tho. I do live a normal working life . Its intense curiosity that drives me on .  I did will my self to give my cell phone # to any I might meet while out of body during sleep , and got some out of state calls where no one spoke . Its a belief that we all go out of body during sleep , but dont remember .         desert rat
