Do you believe in an after life?

Don't get me wrong, i'd be crazy if i was opossing after life, but reading about OBE and astral projection..., some people say that its just a "trick of the mind" / "very real dream". But then again, people reported that they talk to their loved ones. Also they conducted an experiment of projecting into another room and telling what's inside it. And another thing is Near death experiences. People say that they saw their body / saw the silver cord / angels / even went to heaven. I'm not sure what to believe if its a trick of the mind, or paranormal.
Another argument is why do most people see the silver cord? It's not always there, but i'm sure that atleast there is / was one person that astral projected and never heard of it and saw the silver cord.

On another note: Dec 21 2012 possible , plausible, or impossible? and if it is ... will we all go to heaven?

Well i;ve read that sleep paralysis is like your easy ticket to an out of body experience.  Not that i would rely on only sleep paralysis. I'm curious, because I do have sleep paralysis sometimes. I can narrow when they happen when either i one: wake up at night for some reason  or two: your just very tired/ sleeping late. The funny thing about when i had sleep paralysis like two days ago, i wiggled my toes to get out. I couldn't tell i was breathing, and its scary cause i either let it take me or i resist it. Like after i resisted it, one minute later i get sucked back into sleep paralysis; again i resist until i'm more awake and fall asleep normally. Funny how i found out about astral projection, and that i could of easily done it right than!

so suppose you are in your classroom. And you do the things you need to do to get out of your body. And you sucessfully manage to get out. So basically as long as no one wakes you up, you can like fly around the very same room and reality will still be going on?
