The one that impress me the most is the man who has not eaten or drank anything for 70 years
They say that if you can meditate for 9 years without drinking or eating you become fully enlightened and you can translate to the astral realm if you wish.
Like literally disappear and evolve to one of the highest state of enlightenment.

The Qi master is awesome also, when he pierce that table with a chopstick, that's extreme energy concentration. It sucks that he stopped everything tho cause he was ashamed of himself because he hurt the cameraman while filming or something.
