I can't seem to get to the vibrational stage

Hello, I'm trying to astral project and just end up laying there with my eyes closed and completely relaxed. i can't seem to feel any vibrations or anything.

Be in the moment. Release your focus on your physical body and it will happen naturally just like it does when you go to sleep at night!

It helps if the sound level isn't too loud. Just loud enough to be heard clearly is best.
