subconscious contact/communication...i need help

hello my name is ryan. i have goal once i achieve lucidity in my dreams which is to talk to my subconscious or some form of communication. but what other ways are there to communicate with your subconscious. my personal thoughts is it would better me as a person to know and understand my subconscious because that is the true me not the person who will if needed put on a fake smile in a bad mood or will tell a lie to cover up a bad quality about my self i feel i could learn so much! so could some one help me??

 Why do you think these two are separate. Just talk to yourself and learn to listen to your inner voice. It's that easy, you seem to try to make everything a hard task here, possibly you are over thinking things. Just do what comes natural. You have intuition, you have gut feelings, both of those is your subconscious communicating with you. Proyect_Outzone did a great post a couple of days here about listening to your inner voice. Also, you are asking a lot of questions that have been answered many times over here. Try looking around this site a bit more, you will find helpful Primers and writeups by some of the people here that Phase/OBE regularly. I would start with the entire Frank Kepple PDF created by Xanth if I were you. He answers hundreds of questions in that one. You need to show your level of commitment to success, this comes by doing a bit of reading, you will find this will answer many of your questions.
