i dont get it. opticle is the term for seeing or eye or something like that, iv never heard of breathing with your eyes. unless im way off and its something deifferant from that.sorry i couldnt help ya.[|)]

which way do I breathe,  do I use my nose for bearthing in, and push my belly down and out, and breathing out is pulling belly high and in and using mouth!

is that right, do i push my belly out when breathing in?

I've never heard it called "optical breathing" before....maybe this is something different than what you are thinking of....

Breathing visualization

For cleansing purposes, visualize the air you breathe out (during meditation) as being gray/black, negative energy, and the air you intake as light blue, clean and pure.  Do this as you push energy up and down through your body, circulating it through all your centers....

In the inhale, 'pull' clean new colored energy into your lungs and through your tertiary exchange ports, also pulling all 'bad' energy toward your lungs for expulsion on exhale.

Like I said, maybe not the same thing as what you're after....

i'm looking for a site, but have had not luck, maybed a diagram of lungs doing the extremes of formations
