Yeah I figured that you wouldn't say while holding selenite, "Hey. I want to talk to my guide. (poof) Oh. Hi!" I could figure that it's just to help. I may be dense, but I'm not THAT dense.

Hi People.

Maybe there are many ways to meet your guides. When you feel the need then maybe that is the time to work on contacting them directly. We use two easy methods, white lighting and imagining yourself going up into the white light; and finding 'your spot' as a basis for meeting the Guides.  Both work equally well as I'm sure do many other methods.  Many very good ones are discribed in these forums.

I have used a constructed train ride scenario for people and for something so simple, it gets amazing results!  With finding your spot, it is a place that you feel the most comforted and safe, it can exist in this world or any other.  Once you have found it you can walk and find the guides, although in most cases that we have worked on, their Guides have come to them.

I hope these ideas are some help.

is there anybody out there that can help me with my spirit guide? i was told that i am very very close to coming into contact with it and ive been talking to Verach (name of my SG) via pendulum. how does one know when the spirit guide shows it self?  and how do you know when you rae ready?

and do any of you guys found ur spirit guides yet?
