If I say day one in my house, Then i experience day one but the energy has to travel to my neighbor,
So tomorrow they start day one. Then the day after that the energy travels to there neighbor and they start Day one. so if you want to travel into the past you simply need to walk to the end of the street.

Its not really the past because its always your future and you never get any younger its a parallel thats at a different stage of the story. and it may be so simmilar to yours that you can gain a great insight into the path you will most likely travel
