yes sir it is possible.. but not like throw a table at someone..
its more like slowly move a empty coke can a bit..

its definitely possible I'd like to tell you all you have to do is tell yourself you can move it and BAM! your floating in the air but the human mind has a tendency to contradict itself quite often allowing that to be the highest contributing factor to failure. Some people have a natural ability in certain fields and are  lousy in others, some can to it all, some have to train for years. for me my first attempt to try and move a *psi wheel*--(best for starting out on telekinesis, a google search will help with that) was an instant success while when I had tried other more exciting things with very very slow results. The more you read and learn and excite yourself about it;eating and breathing and dreaming this stuff results should show just try and keep in mind not to give up and to keep trying.

in what do u think when you move a psiwheel? o  need to lnow the mental processes behind it.

the hardest thing for me was how my mind had kept questioning how it was moving. Evertime making it stop. So intead of me moving it I decided to make it move itself making a firm point that I was going to allow it to happen and it started to spin and then eventually I had let this happen enough to where I could move it without the help of that idea. basically if you got lost in my thoughts to much thinking will prevent you from achieving anything so just let everything go and just "allow".

well I haven't tried moving a pencil yet because I figured if I tried and wasn't ready to do that kind of stuff yet my mind might set up a mental block making it to difficult to move so instead I tried toothpicks with success! and I also have a collection o Bent silverware but I don't do that too much because well I don't think my parents would it too much if they found out. Then 'I've done other stuff occasionally like shut doors and roll balls across the ground. its been pretty cool so far but surprisingly I cant get anywhere with astral projection. One thing though if you don't do proper meditation and energy works the headaches are monstrous and irritability is sure to follow.


oh and one thing I forgot to mention my natural ability lies in the elements; I've made lights go out, heavy storms occur, made waves where the water was flat, created gusts of wind, and manipulated fire to a certain extent yet again I want to mention I find astral projection to be more difficult than any of the things I have accomplished
