A boring life is better than a life filled with problems... Think of a hobby to take on :p

Because every time you ask questions like "why is my life so rubbish" your re-affirming it and telling the universe that this is what is true in your life. The more you do this, the more the universe will believe you and make it true for you.

The only person that can change this is you.
Start by getting out of the habbit of saying or thinking negative things, and think about the positive things that you would rather see happen instead. Re-affirm some positives and the universe will believe that instead, and start making that true for you.

No it's not all new age BS. Positive affirmations really do work.
I've been using them for a few years now and I've seen some wonderful things happen as a result.

Blessings,
James.

My advices for changing that:

1- Develop your body health
2- Develop social circle
3- Develop spirituality

Lets start with point 1. If you pratice lots of sports and get an active life your body will develop some substances that wil make you more happy and feeling much more better with yourself. So, in order to achieve 1:
a) Pratice sports, something that you really like.

b) Go for a walk or to a squash session if you feel with need to play computer or see tv (or something similar). In order words, substitute crap activities by active ones.

c) Sleep well, by creating good habbits of sleepness.

d) Eat well: lots of vegetables and fruits, lots of water and really avoid fast food and sugars, candys, etc. People never take into account c) and d) and they areally make a difference.  I can tell that for my own experience.

e) Do funny activitys: go into the woods exploring new things, try to climb some (safe) mountain your area, learn parashuts...etc

About point 2: this is really a very important one:
a) Dont close yourself on home, go out and take some coffe with your friends.

b) Get new friends if the ones you have are boring. aybe this seems difficult to achieve but if you get into a gym or something like that ou will meet new people.

c) Have diners and create oportunitys to be with your friends.

d) Dont deny the importance of night club sessions, lol! I really get 100x more ahppy when i go out with my friends to a really good house music session  all night long! Music is energy!

e) Get a girlfriend and learn the kamasutra! lol..really, a nice girlfriend is great, and if she can give ou good sex...hmmm ;)

About point 3:
a) dont get attached to much to astral projection or APforums and dont study that much spirituality. I know whay i am saying: if you study too much like i did and you pratice nothing thats not healthy. What you should do is:

b) Start to pratice some minutes everyday with meditation. Stop readings. If you are like me you know a lot of theory. Thats enough! Now its pratice time.  Meditating about 30 min a day (or more later on) creates a great difference on yourlife.

These are some random advices but if all of them are take together your life will become easier.
I love you!

Sounds like your in the endless feedback loop where nothing new and exciting is happening in your life. It sucks here in MA, the government puts down the sun around 5pm, so I get home, it's pitch black. It sucks, but I deal with it. I'm doing my time and hopefully I wont have to come back to this sorry asss planet.

Anyhow, there are tons of things to do. The main step is the hardest. Your body has become addicted to the feelings that your mind has produced. The endless feedback loop of feeling sorry for yourself. Not busting on you, I've been there. Most of my life as a matter of fact.

I'm stuck in the mode where every day seems like yesterday. Work home, clean, work out, eat, sleep. Lame butt existence. However you have to find something outside of the box of convention to do. Something you've never done before and think about it. Imagine it. Conceptualize yourself quietly and imagine how it could be.

It could be as simple as going out in the woods, sitting on a blanket and sitting there. Don't succumb to the evils of TV. Read, contemplate. Write down in a notebook how you would like life to be. See it's so easy to stay the way you are. However, if you go beyond your own fatigue, you might be surprised what happens when you get off your asss and do something new.

Make known the unknown. It's from Ramtha, who I don't necessarily jive with, but he/she/it has a definite point. You can't keep making known the known, our your not evolving. That's why you feel like sheite. This why we die folks. The soul gets tired real easily. You have to feed your soul with new and exciting things.

Here's an idea. When you are wallowing in your own self-misery, go out and do something for someone else. I'm thinking of doing something like volunteer work. I can't spend another winter like this, in the house for 8 months. It's been a mild Winter, but it's wearing on me. The easiest way to fight depression is somehow put a smile on someone else's face. I'm not kidding.

Or, for fun, get a quarter and some super glue. Go to a mall and glue the quarter to the floor by gluing it and stepping on it for a minute. Sit on a bench nearby and watch the people as they try to get the quarter on the floor. It's a harmless joke, but to see the smiles and people scratching their head is quite amusing. I don't think you'll accumulate any negative karma points for that.

There are things we think of to do all the time, but the brain and the body are wired together. The body will talk back to the brain and tell you your idea is boring. Why? Because it wants you to remain in misery. But, however if you get off your but and go do something, you'll be surprised how you feel. Simple as a walk. The first step is going beyond your own fatigue, as I mentioned. Which is the hardest part. GODSPEED to you.

I would tend to disagree with your assessment of this planet.  I would venture to say that this planet is probably one of the most spectacular and beautiful planets in the universe. :surfing:

I just read on one of these channeled Seth books that when people hate living on earth they are more tied to it and guess what?  That's a sure fire way to have to come back.  Of course, this is their opinion.

Yes, thats an interesting tought CFTraveler. In fact that makes me remember that knowing the existence of an afterlife, makes me get further from suicides (i mean, in my past, at some years ago not now...i am ok and i dont wanna to suicide).

Yes, knowing that there is an afterlife makes me think that it is completly useless to suicide since i will be the same conscience with the same problem (i mean: the incapacity to feel energy and hapyness). I must olve my problems here and now. As buddhists says: the path to illumination startes right here, right now.

Sometimes i wil get happy to be unhappy, lol. Suddenly, in the middle of my unhappyness i will think "This is a good oportunity to learn how to escape from this state".

I think that in a general way i can like life, but what makes me get unhappy its bad relationships with people. I get really annoyed (like now) if i finish a relationship. But i have nice friends and it worth be alive just to be with them :)

Everday when i wakeup early to get in to my work i am upset (another day of work) but then i remember that i have good friends in my job. I love them, so i will go happy to my work. Also, during the trip, i will try to aprecciate my surrounding, while in the road and i will listen to great music. Then i think "Life can be sweet".

I must really aprecciate such moments because they are like diamonds. One day maybe something really, really bad will happen to me and maybe i will not be able to aprecciate such golden moments with nature and specially with friends. MAybe one day i wil say "I miss that days but now i cant repeat that again[due to any very bad problem for example]"

Like El Bortukali said, sometimes are just hormones :)

Doing small things like physical exercise, correct sleeping, good diet, (with the extra help of friends) can make things go back to normal i think. Maybe you should consider seeing a doctor.
I love you!
