Well, the problem is that I don't understand what's happening really. I can get into some kind of vibrational state fairly easy, but I don't know where to go from there. I get these kind of electric "shocks" in my head, that I am able to enhance so that they appear more frequently. After a while it's not electric shocks anymore, it's just an extremely intense electric buzz in my body and head. But where do I go from there? And also, what's up with the pain? I mean, this state is quite painful to my head and teeth.

Any advice?

I know what you mean, All you've got to do is go with the flow.

What does that mean?
Lily means you need to "grin and bear it" or "passively observe" it.

It sounds like your focus is too much on your physical vessel still. Try to put your focus outside of you. Try perhaps a barrier 5 ft. away.

The pain is showing you that you need to lose your NP focus more than you are doing. It's challenging, but can be done. You are talking right now with someone that experiences "chronic pain" everyday, almost all the time. I use a good NP focus to rid myself temporarily of it. I also learned to defer it to a later time. Especially when I am working.

I find that you're right. One thing I have learned from my experiences is that "being one" with your consciousness kind of takes your focus off your physical body. I know it does not make sense to you, But it works for me. Kind of letting your consciousness guide you on your journey.

It is like you are running. "Your physical body is chasing after you", You loose focus of the running because your being chased. Don't let that bother you, Focus and your physical body will loose track of you.

Well actually it kind of makes sense now. I understand what I have to focus on when this happens. I've been stuck at this problem for some time now, I often wake up in this state. The electric "shock" sensation is often accompanied by sleep paralysis. But now I have some tools to move on I think, or at least a direction to try out. Thanks guys!
