Depersonalization and the astral body

Hi everyone, I had a question that I am hoping someone here can answer for me. I've moderate depersonalization that started when I was 12 or 13 years old and it persists to this day. I know that not many people are familiar with this but if someone out there knows anything at all about it and how it could be connected to the astral body, maybe a possible way to help treat it, I would be very grateful for any information on it.
