Exit Help - Much Appreciated

I am new here and have heard some good things about this website. As of lately I have been trying without end to have an AP. My gun is loaded but I cannot fire. Here is what I have so far:

I once induced sleep paralysis by waking up on it, and after its pass had a vibrational (cell phone intensity) for an amazing 35 minutes. I was trying to deeper my meditation because I heard the advice that it is the states after vibrations that you should try to project, but the vibrations never ended.

I've tried numerous things, have had rapid fire lucid dreams (multiple in 1 night), tinggling sensations, and everytime I try an exit methods (many have been tried, I prefer a swing set or hammock) it never seems to work. All popular methods of exiting have been tried, I think my problem lies somewhere else.

I have tried flat out meditative phasing, but it doesn't work, and usually results in naps :-). I have gotten to a point where I wasn't even sure if i was awake or not. The feeling of 'enjoyment' of sleep came about and I believe I could not possibly be closer to falling asleep. But nothing.

Help is greatly appreciated, what comes around goes around. I am glad to be part of the forums, and have a lot of knowledge on metaphysics, quantum physics, and spirituality.

Try repeating the phrase mentally "I am now fully out of body". Or just keep trying, eventually you have to get it. Or try the mind awake, body asleep method. Are you also eating healthy, and getting 8 hours of sleep a night?

I have tried repeating somethings, and i think i might give that another try. Usually I mix that in with whatever I am doing. I have done something similar to try to get lucid dreams, and that never worked :-). However the funny thing is I eventually had lucid dreams by complete accident.

I am going to use binarual beats ASAP as soon as i get an mp3 player.

As far as my process goes, I usually first just meditate to unwind. Hypnogigic lights usually come pretty fast. After that I concentrate on my 3rd eye, but not too much. I do this until i start 'sleep twitching'. This almost sleep state should do the trick. Then i just completely mellow out until i get that " I dont want to stop meditating/sleep" feeling, similar to being able to stay in bed when your tired. My problem is I dont know if this is a dead end, or is there something else?

I never get vibrations from this, usually the vibrations just come by accident somehow when I wake up from a 2 second doze off.

Last night I read SteelHawks 24 hour method, and I like the idea, i will have to give that a try too.

I eat pretty healty, but my sleeping pattern is w.a.c.k.,
You see I am trying to OBE for the validity of its realness. I have setup a chess position on my chess board so If i ever get to see it in an OBE i will varify. I am not a meditation expert, and honestly I have been only doing it for 3 months now, but I have a lot of time because I am young, and I have been trying vigorously.
