So I keep seeing people talk about the F10 and all these different stages, can anyone direct me to where I can find the full document for that guide.

Remember, please keep in mind that any models you read about (Focus model this... focus model that... etc.) are only guidelines.  They probably won't "fit" you 100%.
Eventually, you'll want to ditch them in favour of your own experiences.  But that's not to say that they don't have their place in learning to project. 

As I said... they're guidelines, not rules.  Never take anything anyone says as a rule.  It's like taking one step forward and three steps back.  In the end, use what works best for you, which you've determined through personal experience.
