meditative and astral projection techniques "2 seperate things"

meditative is by using koans and duality to quietening the mind.. for traveling in the 6/7 dim.

projection isn't quietening its focus is on concentration.  Which ever method you are using .. concentrate really hard.

the voices of your mind rambling on is your inner ego "the "i's" that exist within.

whats your objective? if its meditation you should do your meditation prior to going to bed and using one of the techniques given above. (duality or koan).  If its to Astral project, sincere desire and enthusiasm and die hard concentration is all it takes.  when starting out it helps if you set your alarm clock 2 times (at 2am & 4am) giving you a number of chances to project.  some other great techniques is to question throughout the day if your in reality by giving a jump or pulling your finger method.. that way repetition will make its way into your dreams if you happen not to project and once you notice your flying or your finger stretching then you'll be able to verify its a dream and exscape it.

The other poster has a good point.  Sounds like you have the priliminaries down well, so next you need an AP technique, something to do after you get in the state you describe.   Did you get the relaxation techniques from "Astral Dynamics?"  If so, read along further about the actual separation techniques and experiment with those once you get into that state.

Hi there,

I do but ten minutes of prework which includes yoga's sun salutation and deep breaths combined with energy absorption through skin. I'm not going to say NEW system is bad, but it requieres too much effort, so I do prefer Franz Bardon's one.
I'm veg and just only take tea so I'm able to relax in a hurry.
After that I just stand up mentally with my (¿...?) body and walk through my home trying to convince myself I'm there. Great results I have attained this way.
But, as said, I do not need much relaxation to achieve it.
Anyway I recommend a good level of selfconsciousness along the day, trying to enjoy your surroundings and letting yourself being absorved. With some practice a little level of precognition is achieved... as a by product, because it's uncontrollable.
Greetings.

My meditative form:

-I follow Robert Bruce's physical relaxation guidelines (stretching, deep breaths, etc.), then i just sit there,  settle down, and try to quiet my inner mind, and I've been able to hold this for about 20 minutes. My weaknesses are inner voice monolog (which i'm working on stopping), and I'm thinking the length is a touch too short. If i plan on APing, what should i do differently? How can I deepen my trance state? Should i just sit there and be totally passive?
