just curious. were do you guys/gals find time for yourslef. i have deff lost mine. just looking for advise on life i guess through others experiances. i work 50 hours a week, have a gf and an apt with her, i do most of the cleaning laundry and cooking. she works 40 hours a week. so the time i think i have is with her. its nice but, i cant be the only one in a relationship that cant find time to do more.. so were do you find your time:)

also feel a bit lost for all the things that i have found and have come into my life. if someone has a reason for this or anything that would be great.

This is a real problem for the average joe in Western society.

I am thinking of focusing on Lucid Dreaming techniques a couple nights during the week and doing the hardcore OBE practice at 3-4am Saturday and Sunday morning. Something like that.
But I know that as soon as I get a good rhythm going something will come along in life and mess it up. Just gotta roll with the punches, get it together again and try something new.

Good Luck!

Yeah, it's kind of a mix of determination to practice and dedication to actually do it.

For myself, I had real life slam on my breaks last October... I'm just now starting to get back into the flow of things.  It's rough, but it's coming along now.
Try to make time for your practices if you can, but don't be overly concerned if you can't either.  I believe you'll spiritually grow the fastest by just living your physical life in the best way you can through your interactions with other people here.  :)

This is so true. Working on 'lowering your entropy" everyday opens the path to higher Astral levels and development!

Since me and the gf moved in together. I really havent had the time either or the space to do it.   A few spontaneous OBEs has resparked my interested. I just wish i could do it easilly!

Time. Space. They are interlinked. Master you personal space and your personal time shall expand.

IMO, if it's important to you then you can find the time. A lot of people won't give up watching their favorite TV show or internet time for meditation. There's plenty of time if the desire is really there. Personally, I get up early so I have an extra hour in the morning. Sometimes I eat dinner late so I can do an evening meditation. Really, it's not that we're short on time, it's that our society allows a million excuses.

I think most people do not realize what a hugely destructive force television is. Beyond the mass hypnosis and brainwashing going on, just in the psychic damage alone the effects are hugely debilitating.

I basically quit watching the idiot box about 8 years ago. My wife watches it constantly so I am still exposed to it but just my choice to never turn it on when it is off is a big improvement for me.

You don't need a lot of time to meditate- fifteen minutes here and there build up, and sometimes, just try to quiet your mind before sleep (not attempting to do anything except 'be in the now') can be very valuable.
Things like energy work can be combined with housework also, if you play your cards right.
