And go! I keep finding crap .. I do love the one by ChristinaDream, but it's not long enough and when she is encouraging you to get out of your body her whispering is too harsh and it takes away your relaxation. Listened to some Paul Santisi ones sounds more hypnotic than anything.

Also what's your opinion on binaural beats? Some of my friends think they make them see entities and scary faces in their imagery. When deeply meditating I tend to hear very faint conversations of other people in different accents and I have no control over what's being said, is it possible my auditory attention/body has tapped into something?

Excuse all the random questions they all came to me at once :)
Woohoo!

If it's too "harsh"... try turning it down slightly?  You only need to be able to "barely" hear it anyway.

I like and use them.

This has nothing to do with the binaural beats... and everything to do with your friends.

It's possible.  Yes.
Can you know for certain?  Nope.

Fusions

This morning, I slept in, I relaxed myself deeply enough, then normally I get pulled out by my guides when I ask or they just do it, with some vague conversations. This time after failed pull attempts: 'It's not going to work'. I was too focused in the physical and not sleepy enough. But after some more time in the bed, floating into sleep, I heard: 'Get up now, stand up'. First I refused because I thought I would ruin everything, then I heard it again in a more demanding tone: 'Get up off the bed now!', so I did and I was in a lucid dream haha.

I flew around a bit, demanded my spirit guides to appear but no succes.  :(

I love Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones and use them more often than not.

I bought my first Binaural Beats MP3 from Brain Sync. They were created by a lady named Kelly Howell and are very good. My next two came with a whole how to AP program I purchased from Dr. Steve G. Jones that had 2 fantastic Binaural Beat CD's included.

I then went on to searching youtube and found the beautiful music and Bin Beats by Paul Collier. He hides the Bin Beats in a very soothing musical composition. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5ox2GzWnJw&index=5&list=PL48627FA5F1896833
My favorites by Paul are #85 Defrag your mind, #39 Jupiter Sounds, #54 Earth and #51 In the Beginning. I usually use #41 Facing the Unknown and #42 Taken Up Into the Sky, in conjunction with one another.

From there I used Xanth's Bin Beats found on his Unlimited Boundaries website.

For Isochronic tones, I use DJ Vishnu's Meditation Series. I had to give him my email to get the downloads. But found that I did not receive any spam after I did. So, it's safe. He starts you off with 10 fantastic MP3s. When he creates more, he emails you with a free link to his new material.
Here's a free sample of his music. You can find more about him, via a simple Google search.

I find myself using binaural beats this last few days and I'm absolutely loving it! I have to say though that I don't just use it for AP, I use them for that reason also of course but there's so much potential there that I'm actually very suprised.

I used to be a skeptic about their real power to induce a significant altered state of consciouness but lately I've been using the IDoser mobile app and it sometimes just blows my mind with how much effect it can actually produce... Even if I use some of their tracks that are not at all related with AP/dreaming the prolonged use of this technology seems to have a very big, definite impact in the intensity, vividness, recall and in a way even awareness and content of my dreams. Now... This doesn't necessarly mean that all binaural beats are actually producing these effects but the recommended relaxed and meditative state required to better enjoy the BBs is now happily spent inducing sometimes an high or a pleasent experience and this may in fact (and I believe it does) contribute greatly to your awareness in general thus increasing non-physical awareness. Let's see where that takes me because I'm loving this, it takes almost all the effort away.

I don't want it to become a complete dependency long term though but well... so much for perfection, we'll see.
