Control your thoughts more. To be experiencing multiple locations simultaneously tests your awareness capabilities. You have to be awake totally or it may fade out or into a dream state leaving you to pull out of it. Try grounding yourself in each percieved location, you'll get results this way.
I've managed 3.
1 teaching recently deceased young ones the technique of mastering thought control in environmental manipulation.
2 flying outside my home.
3 staying in the void, it's so tranquil isn't it?

I kept losing 3 though, it was my first time too at trilocation.
It's far easier reading 100000 minds simultaneously IMHO.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
