About 15 years ago, one of my cousins bought a tape on how to Astral Project and after listening to it over and over in his sleep, he successfully left his body the following morning and went outside and around the block and returned to his body afterwards.

I already tried a few different hemi-sync sound files such as the Brain Generator ones, a file from witchcraftmagic.com and one that was reccomended on this site as a free demo. The closest I came to AP was feeling a few vibrations and brief light headed feeling. Are any of these cd's available as free mp3 files on a file network site. I already tried Kazaa and couldn't find any lesson files and plus I've been having trouble downloading files from them ever since the issues of copyright policies started to effect those sites.

Thanks, Tim.

The Hemi-sync gateway cds are copyrighted. They are not free, and it is illegal to traffic copyrighted intellectual property.

Besides, having mp3/other formats (except 320 OOG and WAV) formats of "hemi-sync" will cut the high and low ends possibly lowering the effectiveness of the binaural beats.

Generally voice guided CDs are not as effective as, layered binaural beats.

Of the cds, I would say Holosync is most effective, more than hemisync and all the others.

Hi timbo,

Welcome to the Astral Pulse! [:)]

On the issue of binaural cds, there have been a number of posts here over the last few years. Different people have different preferences as well as financial considerations regarding cds. Many assert they are fine as an assist, but eventually one should transition to no cds. Others use them all the time, and are happy that they do. Everyone is different.

In any event, you can look up some past topics by using our search engine. Also, if you look over our Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum, you'll find a long thread entitled Gateway Wave 1 pointers that will have some really helpful information.

Some other less expensive cds, but worthwhile nonetheless, are those by Awakened Minds and Brain Sync. Just use your Google search engine to locate their respective home pages.

Very best,

Hi timbo, let me first just say that kazaa sucks. What you want is kazaa lite++. It is much better. I have downloaded countless hemi-sync,brain power, and meditation tapes.

All of which i find have great quality! I think I have about 12 hours worth of tapes.

I recently had my first seperation after listening to one of the voice guided tapes (I believe it was a chakara tape) and it was amazing. I can't understand why people are paying hundereds of dollars for these sets when you can just as easily download them.

Use key words like "hemi-sync" and "chakra" and you'll find tons of stuff. If you don't have kazaa lite++, just download it from your normal kazaa and install. It's that easy, and theirs no pop ups, or even ads in the browser.

Hope this helps, it sure did for me![;)]

You may try with the PeerToPeer programs.
You can even find the Gateway series with it.
