Hi everyone
I hope someone will tell me what i experienced because i cant put label on this

[First it wasnt ap attempt and i never had conscious ap however im trying for past 5 months ]

Few days ago i was siting in my chair listening to music  and i start visualize ( law of attraction, im doing this over a year ) and this time i decided to not move, dont scratch noting. My body went numb quickly and after about hour ( i was visualize that i was im my room with stuff i want ) i suddenly start to see my room ( imagine one ) much much more vivid i mean extremely vivid not as vivid as physical room but it was sooo much more clear than just simple sit down and image something i was feeling like i was there . THE thing is that i was conscious of that im siting in my chair and im visualizing this right now i was thinking in my chair woow this is awesome: i will now look at my computer and i looked at my computer in this visualization, it was like "remote control image",  I ( in physical ) was controlling myself in this "vivid imagine room" and i said controlling myself because i saw almost as vivid as in physical it wasn't in my head i mean it was in my head but it was like i was deciding ( here ) what i will see and i saw it (there) and it looked real .

I spend over 400 hours on visualization this was soo much more different it wasnt ap it wasnt dream
Anyone know what this is  ?

Thanks
Stan

That might not be such a bad thing.  :)
You'll never find a neat and tidy box to put any of your experiences in.

Trippy!!! :-D :-D :-D  You did something interesting keep playing with it.

What if your consciousness isn't limited to one form?  What if you can be aware of being in two places at the same time?

Anyway, yeah familiar with that kinda thing...fun stuff.  It fun to experiment with multidimensional states, and seeing things from multiple angles.  Or playing around in both physical body and astral body at the same time, yet holding awareness of both.  I found it a good tool to trouble shoot or for investigation and comparing experiences.  :-P

I'm tired of this hostile environment, and aggressive, dogmatic moderation.  I'm taking my 40+years of OBE experience to a forum, where those who can and do project at will can further explore without the imposed limitations spurred from ignorance. Peace.

You don't even realize it, but you do that on a daily basis... just on a more "physical" scale.
Have you ever sat in school and daydreamed you were somewhere else?  Well, that' being aware of being in two places at the same time.

Imagination isn't something "fake".

Very true, I forgot about that, as you say it's so natural.  Personally spent many a good times doing that as a fun way to get out of a boring experience, to try and focus as much as possible on say a tree, or a bird outside a window, then feel as if I was the bird, their perspective, feel of the air.  Not just imagine, but almost like be it, bringing in as many senses as possible.  :-P

What you're saying Xanth, is that when you day dream your consciousness truly is somewhere else?  It's the same thing as a "dream" really being a projection?

See, this is the part that most people can't grasp... or at least, they REFUSE to grasp, because it flies in the face of *EVERYTHING* they've ever been taught about this world.

Yup.  It's the same thing as a "dream".
Consciousness is consciousness.  There is no separation... this physical reality, a non-physical reality... a dream... a projection... etc... these are ALL projections.
By simply imagining something, you ARE creating it... for however long you're imaging it and experiencing it, it's real.  Stop imagining it, and you might as well have been the dreamer waking up from a dream.

Consciousness is consciousness... there is no such thing as a separation between "here" and "there".

And really, in actuality, there is no here or there... there is only " " <-- that.  Define that and you have your answer.  LOL

Sagar

A daydream being completely "real" and in all actuality a projection of consciousness - yes I grasp that (only so because of personal past experience with dreams).
Now... there not being a "here" as opposed to "there."  That's a quite a leap for me really.  I only recently, through your help I might add  :-) , grasped labels being basically useless.  So I figured "here" as opposed to "there" was a a perfect way to describe the difference between Earth and some other plane for example.
Honestly, it doesn't make sense at the moment because as far as my limited experience has taken me, your consciousness does seem to be in a different place when you project consciousness to some different plane.

And as a follow up question...  if there is no "here" or "there"  then the common perception of other planes being "higher" would be false?
