Has anyone had any experiences with Shiva?

Although I have not had any astral experiences with shiva(that I know of anyway) I do feel very connected with him. Has anyone had any astral or dream experiences with him?

Yes, not sure if it was Shiva but she/he had 6 arms with swords in them and was trying to kill me. I had to hide till she/he turned back into stone?? I think it's a she.

I once saw Mahakala (a wrathful form of Shiva) huh now that I think of it I have seen Shiva, but not in his peaceful form. Anyway he scared me more then I've ever been scared in my life. Latter on I prayed to Mahakala and felt very peaceful but I didn't see him but once. After the peaceful feeling I looked in the mirror and it felt like I was not my body and I was just watching a movie and was filled with extreme joy. When I did see Mahakala I wasn't sure if it was in the astral or physical. Maybe it was the realm in between. That was the only time I saw him and I only saw a silhouette of his face, but was filled with extreme fear. I think part of my ego died that day.

Reports of OBE encounters with non-Christian deities is relatively rare in the western world. I have only read one OBE report that mentioned Shiva. In it the person reported seeing a Huge manifestation of Shiva flying through outer space.
My suggestion is to do a google search for Hindu OBEs and Hindu NDEs. Hindus are, naturally, the people most likely to experience Shiva (or Vishnu or Brahma or Shakti) while out of body.

btw I recently read several NDE accounts from Thailand that mentioned encounters with Yama the God of Death. Very interesting. There were posted at www.neardeath.ipbhost.com
