I think I might have just started to fully astral project in my sleep. I would really like to know how to control PROTECT and stop if I need to.

I also get a heck of alot of Sleep Paralysis, feeling like im being touched - i really just need to know how to protect myself.

You're always projecting when you sleep.  It's called Dreaming.

Have you tried to learn to Meditate?

Use affirmations and also ask your guides to be near you when you consciously astralproject. Speak it every time you go to bed/sleep. E.g. it could be sth like "I am save, happy and free in all my astral travels. I am guarded by my helpers."

Also, to make you feel save if you need it wear a 'protection stone'. The best I know is Black Tourmaline (Schorl). Wear it around your neck during sleep or put it under your pillow. (This does not at all imply that you are automatically "unsave" without!).

It has been said rightly above, you project unconsciously every night. Now, if you have multiple nightmares every night then it tells you maybe to wait with Astral Projection and maybe work on your fear issues first. You could attract negative experiences with fear or negative expectation indeed.

However, normally "going out" into the Astral isn't so different from going out of your house in the physical. You could be held up by some criminal gangs on the street or have an accident outside, but what are the odds of that? See? Same applies to the Astral. As said, work on your fear issues and don't believe all the bad stuff that is being told or that you see on scary movies.  8-) :wink:

As for being touched in the vibrational state. These could be helpers too! (That's the way I came to know some of them).

Agree completely. Working on your fears is the one of the most important things. Remember, fear is the doorway through which the darkness enters. Fear is saying: "I give whoever power over me."

Hi astral girl, yeah consciously projecting is hard enough without inherent fears troubling you. Work them out by knowing you are safe first of all and nothing can harm you unless you believe it to be so.

Don't listen to other negative stories as everyone's experiences are different and is your imagination and will desire which makes it true to you.

There's lots of useful info on here to populate your mind with positivity but affirmations are good.
