I wanted to share this.

If I can recall... I had about 10 OBE's last night in a row. I am not over exaggerating in the slightest bit either. It was amazing. The only thing is my memory recall was so low. My awareness level was low. I remember I would end one OBE and I would immediately sink into sleep paralysis again. My awareness levels were so low in these obe's though I had barely any function. I knew I was having one, and I remember the sinking feelings... and lots of other feelings as well. It pretty much happened all morning. I remember I was talking to my grandma in one of them. She was asleep at the time though while I was having it. Perhaps it was a vision or maybe even her astral body who knows. Like I said... My recall on this is not too great. But I wanted to share this after my HUGE dry spell I been going through!

I would end one OBE... Find myself in my physical again... would close my eyes... Literally three seconds would pass and I would start sinking. I don't think I got out everytime. At one point I remember it was such a real feeling when I was out I was going to leap my fence and try to fly. (it was a big drop) It was so real I had to check if it was indeed my astral body. (I didn't wanna end up getting checked out by EMS lol ) It was THAT real.

It was just a good night overall.

I am happy for you.  Thanks for letting us know.  You must be feeling really great.  I think we all have dry spells.  When we do not astral project it does not make you feel very good.

Lionheart

Please Cody, share the technique you used to successfully experience your "OBathon" last night!  :-) We are all ears!

astralsuzy- You got that right! I never have had it hit me that hard, and so much.

Hey Lionheart! That's the crazy part... I really just went to bed with a positive outlook. I been watching a lot of Tom Campbell videos lately too so maybe that has helped me as well! I did do a breathing meditation but it was for about 10 minutes. Then I got really tired. One thing I did though before I sleep is I flexed ALL my muscles. For about 15 seconds each. I just focus on each muscle group for about 15 seconds and stretch and release all tension. I went to bed SUPER RELAXED. So maybe that played a role too.  :-)

The vibrations (SP) come in cycles...

They build to a crescendo then drop again... build and drop... build and drop... The longer I stay the more intense each one gets. Sometimes the drop can feel like it's all over. I used to get many False Awakenings between cycles. I realised that was just another OOBE.

I spent years seeing how long I could prolong Sleep Paralysis. It created deep experiences... and also unwanted precognitive projections.

That is very much how my experiences were that night. I would wake up... boom sleep paralysis... wake up... sleep paralysis... I really need to work on boosting my awareness level because a lot of times it was really dreamy. But I felt the sudden drops, (falling) and paralysis, and I KNEW I was having them. I just couldn't function at all. Very low awareness.

Hello Cody, this is exactly why I wanted you to share. To show other people that it really is as easy as relaxing and letting go. Some times people put too much effort into this, they then see small results and get freaked out. You need to just let go and trust that nothing bad will happen. People visit the NPR every night unbeknownst to them. It's when they try to do it from a Consciously Aware point of view that they have the problems.

What is interesting... is that once entered... deep state sleep paralysis pretty much 'locks' the experiencer in a loop. It's this quality that makes it horrible for narcoleptics and people who are 'suffering' from SP.

Exactly! I also found that intent is huge. If your intent is strong and you don't have any fear and just let it happen it will. Works everytime for me. Even if it's not a full blown projection I always seem to have some experience at least.  :-)
