Memories?

Sometimes memories come to me, especially when I practice projecting.  (I am not successful with astral projection yet.)  Once I remembered flying over beautiful woods....

And a woman with me, and we're flying, while she shows me various scenes and teaches me.

And an underwater cave with crystals and an underwater craft.

The memories are vague, but they do come to me, and I feel them within me.  Are these possibly memories of the astral plane that I cannot fully consciously recall?

Maybe you are remembering your dreams? We often set "reminders" for ourselves in waking life that will trigger a memory of a dream. I get this often, as a circumstance i am in triggers a memory of a childhood dream. and i had some crazy ones

I have considered that possibility, although I have been keeping a dream journal for several days now, and none of my dreams resemble these vague "memories", if that is what they are.

Well its also quite possible that you actually had these experiences at one time and are just now remembering them...maybe that was your intention all along?

When i ap i find that the memory's are vague, i hardly ever remember leaving my body, and when i return at lot of things i can remember straight away but other parts i don't remember at all. I once met my one of my spirit guides and i didn't remember him until the next time i ap i remember saying to him "i remember you whats your name now" he wouldn't tell me he said you should know by now.

i second that. even 20 seconds after feeling vibrations i have a hard time remembering them. itll probably get better with time and as the dream journal starts workin its magic
