OB Nausia and Dizziness

I wouldn't say "Severe", but sometimes I feel symptoms like you described.  This usually happens under two different circumstances for me.

1) Right as I am trying to exit my body, it can be dark, and I feel an onslaught of rushing air.  Sometimes this experience can be very disorientating, especially if you don't have any astral site.

2) Once I am out, even with site, my head sometimes feels weird.  I feel as if I were to move it too fast, I would lose control and return to the body, so I end up moving it very slow and calculated.

Usually when I feel like this, I try and remain CALM, and increase my energy by breathing and mentality demanding more "Clarity" throughout the experience.  This usually grounds me enough to continue on without distraction.
