Today, I successfully got past the vibes and separated. I flew up slowly. I didn't have a vision yet. As I was flying, after a few seconds I was back in my body with another set of vibes. This didn't happen suddenly like a SNAP! But it was very gradual hence I didn't realise I was back in my body until I got the vibes again. This has happened twice before. I can't understand how to stay out of body. I thought of focusing on something Non physical, but I don't get any vision.
Either this happens or I end up in a Lucid Dream...

The answer to all questions is earnest self enquiry, "Who am I?"

Too bad i can't find that old post but Xanth or someone said

"you must do same as you do in physical reality so what does this mean, for exmaple when we wake up in the morning our vision is blury what we do to tune into physical reality splah water on our face , move our eyes, feel/sense material/physical reality" i know this is explained like broken chinesee but the thing is that when you are in non-physical try to touch something, hear something , feel something you must tune into the place you are either way u are going too loose focus, it's like when u wake up at night and there are 2 moments u again suddenly fall as sleep because u are very tired or u can suddenly turn on the light and this light will stop you from falling as sleep again and you will stay awake

When i will have time i will try to find that old post maybe before that someone can answer that more clearly

To say shortly : Just try to sense the non-physical in order not to loose focus

From my lucid dream/phase call what ever you want: I was seeing thourgh table and i was watching only at one spot, i was focusing at this spot and telling my self wow this is actually a phase and i could see it vivid as physical reality but at moment thought came to me oh i may loose focus now, snap the vision was going blure, worse and shadowing like i slowly was sinking back to this reality

How would you describe your mental state during the few seconds that you were flying out of body? I have often failed separations like this due to panicking, not sure much out of fear, but out of desperation for success. It is far easier said than done, but you need to not be too analytical during the crossover. The problem isn't the existence of the thoughts in my opinion, but the place they take your focus.

Asking yourself a question like "is this working" is going to cause an implicit comparison between what you are experiencing now and the physical state. That fleeting consideration of the physical state can be enough to put you back in body.

I have had some success beating problem when it strikes, either during separation or upon becoming aware in a dream. Analytical thought isn't the entire problem, you should be able to act and think like you do in this reality during a dream. The difference is in where you place your primary focus.

Placing the primary focus during a dream works the exact same way it does in this reality. Consider a basic technique for overcoming anxiety, when the undesirable train of thought emerges you have to shut that thread down and return your focus to the immediate now. The embracing of the immediate now is what cements the dream and as long as you keep perceiving actively you will be able to think without too much instability.

It is easier to achieve in a full blown dream than during the cross over as during the cross over there isn't much going on in the immediate to focus on.
