I've had this happen several times before..usually happens when in sleep paralysis for me..I can't move or anything and it is very uncomfortable and disturbing.

It is very likely you were just feeling your own energy. It can feel rather weird at times. Once I was trying to project and it felt like something was drilling into my head, but I am pretty sure it was only my own energy doing weird things. Most of the time it can very much feel like someone is touching. But if it was not your own energy look at the bright side, atleast someone found you interesting enough to cop a feel on you. []

Yes it could be yourself. I think its in one of Robert Monroes books where he mentions as going out of body that there is a man behind him whos unshaven. He can feel this man's unshaven beard against him. It disturbs him but finds out later that its himself.

I thought I'd post an experience that really creeped me out. This Morning I woke up to something rubbing my butt, i woke up in my etheric body, I tried to get up but i found my hands and my feet were stuck and i could only come up on my knee's and, this thing was still touching me[!]. So I decided to abort the projection. When I woke up the clock read 2:15am. This really creeped me out. Anybody else ever had this kind of thing happen to them [xx(]
